Andrei (1/5): Avoid this location with every cost ! - The location is great, center Bocagrande When you arrive at the entrance in the apartment, there is a metalic gate that makes it look like jail. Once you enter, everything looks different from the pictures posted in the add. The crowded extra beds look like they were prepared for group construction workers, some lights aren't working, and there is a lot to improve in every detail. Decided to check out immediately and got a refund from the reception. The administrator didn't answer her phone for an half an hour so the receptionist just gave us our money back. She then called me back to threaten me that she will debit my credit card for the first night because in her perception the add reflects reality. Went to Atlantic Lux 4* across the street for the same price.
