• Alex Sieber (10/5): - Sehr zentral, alles was man braucht und sehen will in Laufweite Nicht gefallen ist falsch ausgedrückt. Da das Zimmer doch klein ist (auf den Fotos wirkt es viel größer), gibt es zb keine Möglichkeit zu essen - kein Essbereich. Für uns kein Problem - weil nur eine Übernachtung. Wenn ich allerdings mehrere Tage gebucht hätte und auch mal selbst Frühstück im Appartement machen will, wäre das hier wohl nicht gegangen. Da bringt mir dann auch die Küche wenig, wenn kein Essbereich vorhanden ist.

• Zbyšek (8/5): - Ubytování bylo dostatečně velké pro naši skupinu - 6 osob. Líbila se nám také lokalita, hned kousek od historického centra, od parku. Měli jsme s sebou pejska a jsme velmi rádi, že jsme ho mohli mít s sebou v ubytování. Bylo by potřeba opravit některé věci v tomto ubytování - klika k oknu, odlepená tapeta apod. Ubytování bylo dobře vybavené, ale postrádali jsme věšák nebo háčky na zdech na pověšení bundy, kabátu.

• Ágnes (10/5): Minden rendben volt, szívesen ajánlom másoknak. - A fedett parkolóház a közelben, ahol biztonságosan, nagyon jó áron tudtunk parkolni. Abszolút a belvárosban van, mégis egy csendes utcában. 2-3 percre volt gyalog szinte minden (étterem, folyópart) Hiányoltunk egy mikrohullámú sütőt.

Proto ze jsem počítal s tím že jsou ve svazku 2x ( a nebyly ) celý pobyt jsem musel strávit v prostorách chodby když se mi zabouchnuly dveře ! Telefonní číslo na ubytování nebylo k sehnání. Na adrese a ani na internetu, booking už v nabídce neměl toto ubytování a telefonní číslo mají uvedené pouze tam.
• Viktor (5/5): - Die Apartments hatten eine wirklich tolle Lage – sie waren fußläufig in die Stadt zu erreichen, und es gab viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der Nähe. Allerdings hätte die Sauberkeit besser sein können – das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber, auf dem Balkon lagen Zigarettenstummel, und auch in der Wohnung hätte man ruhig den Staub wischen können, bevor die nächsten Gäste kamen.

• Alexandr (1/5): Zakouřeno, neodpovídá realitě, nejhorší ubytování na bookingu - Ubytování neodpovídá fotkám. Není co by se líbilo. Vchod je hned vedle veřejných záchodů. Pokoje smrděly kouřem, a nábytek levný, otlučený rozvrzaný. Pokoj je malý. Nedalo se tam přežít, museli jsme jít bydlet jinde. S majitelem nebyla žádná domluva, přišli jsme o 17.000Kč, protože jsme se museli ubytovat na své náklady jinde!

• Lucie (7/5): - Poloha ubytování, podlahové vytápění koupelny. Relativně nové vybavení. Kuchyně dodatečně vybavená. Postel pohodlná. Plíseň na zdi za kuchyňskou skříňkou a nevábný odér z odpadu, ale chápu, je to starý dům. Chyběla nám jen druhá židle/křeslo, nebo alespoň stolička.

• Petr (10/5): Brzy přijedeme znovu - ideální místo pro náš pracovní pobyt v českých budějovicích, měli jsme s kolegy 3 ložnice, takže dostatek soukromí a velký obývák s kuchyní apartmán je doslova v centu, ale přitom na klidném místě ve slepé ulici podle starších recenzí je vidět, že majitel investuje do obměny nábytku a vybavení, včetně matrací - spalo se nám výborně jednoduché vyzvednutí klíčů pomocí kódu nic - vše bylo v naprostém pořádku

• Katrin (10/5): - Super Lage. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ob zum Einkauf oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Diese Stadt ist eine Reise wert. Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung ist unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Keine Beanstandungen.

• Jan (8/5): - Výborná lokalita, ticho - dobře se spalo. Vyhovující velikost apartmánu. Vybavení pokoje nebylo vždy funkční, okno se nedalo otevřít, lampa nesvitila apod. Také chyběl druhý ručník pouze velká osuška.
• Sarah (7/5): Top Lage, Rest okay - Check in klappte kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Lage unschlagbar. Kaffeekapseln waren vor Ort, das war super! Möbel müssen dringend repariert werden. Lattenroste zum Teil kaputt, Sessel instabil, Fenster schließen zum Teil nicht ordentlich.

• Niclas A (5/5): - Bra läge. Vi var 2 personer som fick ligga i trasiga sängar med kraftigt ryggbesvär som följd. I ena duschen var det ett trasigt duschandtag. Blev till att duscha med bara slangen.🤬. Krångligt incheckningssystem, fick göra om det flertal ggr på flera mobiler på grund av dåligt nät.

• Adámek88 (7/5): - Na fotkach to pusobilo honosne. Fajn lokalita, kousek od centra mesta. Ubytovani ciste az na par nedostatku, mate tu vse co potrebujete na zakladni vareni, kavovar dolce gusto. V koupelne vyhrivana podlaha s regulaci. Urcite by tu obcas mohl nekdo utrit prach a vsudepritomne pavuciny. Jedno okno nejde zavrit a drzi ho kostka kamene, chybi na nem i kliky...to nepusobi uplne dobry dojmem. Co ale hodnotim velmi zaporne je postel...tenka a naprosto mekka matrace, jedna z tech nejlevnejsich, nekdo jako ja kdo ma 100+ kg, citi pri ulehnuti postelovy ram do zad a hyzdi...vubec jsem se nevyspal. Za ty penize co se apartman Deluxe prodava by tomu slusela aspon 24cm vysoka stredne tuha matrace.

• Guido (3/5): - Locatie was top. De foto’s schetsen toch wel een fraaier beeld. Het is een karig hok met een heel smerig balkon, waar de asbak met 100 peuken en vieze koffieglazen nog stonden. Verder ontzettend gehorig, voor mijn gevoel tussen de studenten die tot laat aan het feesten waren. Qua prijs veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt, zeker gezien hoeveel je euro’s waard zijn in Tsjechië waar verder alles heel goedkoop is.

Lieber ein Hotel buchen, waren jedoch schon ausgebucht. - Nichts, außer die Lage genau im Zentrum Fenster ging nur eins zu öffnen , Baudreck lag da, es war nur ein Zimmer und nicht wie gebucht 2 Zimmer vorhanden ( 1 Doppelbett und 1 Couch) auf die Beschwerde ging der Vermieter nicht ein , sie sagten es liegt an Booking, deswegen nach einer Nacht abgereist statt 2. Vorm Hauseingang ist noch Baustelle, da ist Vorsicht geboten. Lärm die ganze Nacht auf der Straße. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige. Warten immer noch auf die Rückerstattung, werde wohl sonst nicht mehr über Booking buchen.
• Ann Cathryn (6/5): - total zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, großzügige Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, Schlüsselübergabe total einfach, Bettwäsche sauber und hygienisch gereinigt Leider waren die Möbel bereits sehr abgenutzt und teilweise sogar kaputt, es könnte viel viel sauberer sein und die Tapeten lösen sich bereits von den Wänden ab. Auch einige der Fenster lassen sich nur schwer bedienen oder gar nicht schließen. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet in dieser Hinsicht.

• Angela (6/5): The host is not a answer for calls, and we need and try, and try, and try to connect with her. - The apartment is tastefully decorated and cozy. The cover on the sofa looked unpleasant and stained. We try to connect with host 30 minutes to got cod for the door. After all of that when she finally answered us, we explained that in this city our internet doesn't work well, asked for a code to get into the room, but the girl said that until we fill out the registration form, we won't be given a code for the door. we stood in the middle of the square with our passports and filled out the registration forms. It's strange, in other hotels they let us into the room and there we could fill out the documents. I didn't like the cleanliness of the apartment. It took the cleaning girl 10-15 minutes to clean the neighboring room. I'll post a photo, you can see what i mean. The first thing we realized when we entered the room was that someone had smoked there, later we found a candle in which they had put out cigarette butts. There was an old coffee cartridge from the previous guest in the coffee machine. There was no kitchen towel in the room (not even a paper one). There is an iron, but no ironing board. The door frame at the entrance to the bathroom is dirty... in general, I don't think they care with cleaning here.

• Eleanor (5/5): Good location, but not clean or secure - The location was very convenient. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee. Comfortable temperature and easy to adjust the heating. Bed was reasonably comfortable for a short stay. Heated bathroom floor, a nice touch. The floors were quite dirty, not cleaned or vacuumed or swept. The toilet was also not cleaned, really disgusting. The drain in the shower was clogged so even a short shower caused a small flood. The sofa was extremely stained and didn’t look clean enough to sit on. The front door of the building was frequently left unlocked by others. So the only secure lock was the door to my apartment. Didn’t feel safe at all. Other guests in the hall were very loud as well, yelling and having long loud conversations in the hall.
• Mitja (9/5): Perfect stay for an affordable price. - The apartment is very spacious and ideally located on the main square. It has been renovated and is extremely comfortable. We loved everything about this apartment, although it could be a bit warmer inside.
• Gabriele (4/5): Not a romantic stay - could be improved - Location right at the entrance to the old town in a quiet cul-de-sac. Clear instructions for arrival, car park and key locker by message in advance. But there was no host in the house. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. The entrance is very unkempt (photo) and the stairwell has not been cleaned for a long time. The apartment should also be given a deep clean. The mattresses are thin and hard, the sofa is stained and the furniture is slowly breaking down (photo). There is no dining table. In the kitchen there are only the most necessary IKEA plates and cups left, there are 5 lids in the cupboard, but only one small cooking pot. The TV unfortunately only had Czech channels. The house is noisy; if there is a party in the larger neighbouring apartment, you have to live with it.

• Paul (7/5): Good - It’s quite well located as far being near the centre. The downside is it’s literally round the corner from a nightclub and Friday & Saturday nights there is a lot of noise from people drunk after the night club closed. I found that very unpleasant and kept us awake as you need the windows open at night mid summer. I guess the room at the back would be better so you’re away from the noise. But lots of drunk talking very loud as people do. The shower is tiny and shower unit is broken and very cheap. Could do with upgrading.

• Filip (1/5): Worst Experience ever! I really advise people never to book this apartments! - Absolutely nothing. It was the worst experience I ever had! This is a literally a scam! It smelled, the apartment, especially the couch and the bed were filthy and dirty! I left after one night and booked something else! I tried to reach the owners but they were completely unhelpful, they didn't even answer or tried to reach out!
• Michaela (7/5): Great location, not so great cleaning - Great location, very nice contact with the owners, great size (apartment no 3) and the balconies were a great addition. Very uncomplicated. The apartment unfortunately was not cleaned properly. Lots of dust in the bathroom, it was dirty when we extended the couch to turn it into a bed, the terraces were not clean (leftover cigarette butts,...).
• Emily (9/5): Overall great place - Location was great. The drains in the upstairs bathroom would not drain properly. Shower and sink could easily overflow.
• Van (5/5): Passable - Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Unit number was not clearly marked so it was hard to.find when we arrived. Old building with bad smell. This unit is above the bar & restaurants, a lot of shouting and yelling during the night until 3am to 5am. Shower head was broken. Washing machine is super loud like a tank. Not quite 3 bedrooms as described because 1 double bed is in the living room, 1 double bed is in the dining room next to dining table & kitchen. Only one Toilet!!

Peelin wallpaper and shower curtain doesn't close - Location is excellent Communication regarding collection of key delayed by approximately 25 minutes. No response on the number shared by other residents. Finally received Text message after waiting outside for 25 minutes. Another 5 minutes and I would have looked for another place. I would not wish this sort of experience on my worst enemy

It was quiet and comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure, and the place was very comfortable. Also warm at night, which was great because it was quite cold weather-wise. • Debora (7/5): Some of the beds had NO bedding, and could not reach the hosts. - easy to get keys and get in The email address given did not work. Any email I sent bounced back to me. I tried to call the phone number given and NO answer either. Could not reach the hosts at all. There were 2 beds that had no bedding. We are a family of 6, with 4 grown children who preferred not to sleep together. We booked the whole apartment, not partial, so I expected all beds to be accessible since the apartment "sleeps 11". Very strange there were beds with NO bedding.. Only a few coffee pods also.
• Raquel (9/5): Superb - Pretty and modern apartment, it has a small kitchen, very good location, staff was available for my concerns and gentle.
• Péter (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed the place was close to the center. It took only 5 minutes to get there. Buying things for breakfast was easy too thanks to small shops around the accomodation. Many restaurants can be found nearby so having lunch was no problem either. The accomodation was big enough for 9 people. Parking was not easy and cheap. We got information about a free parking possibility but that place was always full and beacuse of a building construction it made things even more complicated. The place was well equipped although we missed some issues like kitchen towel,micro, dishwasher capsule or dishwashing liquid and a mop in the bathroom.
• Katrina (8/5): Very good - The location was awesome. A very short walk to the main square and to the river. For being so close to the most popular area, it was very quiet. Very easy contactless check-in with the combination box locks holding the keys. The person managing was very kind and helpful, with a quick response to messages. Having the balcony made the apartment very comfortable. The kitchen didn't have all I needed for simple food preparation.
• Joanna (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, very close to Old Town Square, lot of bars and restaurants around. Nice and well equipped apartment. Helpful host. There is no parking place next to the building, but there is paid parking on the next side of nearest bridge (not too expensive I can recommend). View from the window. View from balcony and bathroom was directly on the wall of tight inner courtyard. Cleanliness could be better. We found greasy fingerprints on the windows and dust under the bed.

The towels are smelling. Better to make other washing programm for them or to dry them better. Maybe also the host could change more and buy more new fresh towels.

Very large apartment right next door - with 10 people or more right next door (in our cas). We saw drunk people sleeping even in the hallway. Support only moderately available (almost everything can be done online). Online manager doesn't feel responsible - mixes party people with families in appartements next door. ATTENTION!
