• Lukáš (10/5): Moderní, prostorný a perfektně vybavený apartmán v klidné lokalitě. - Apartmán jsem využil pouze na jednu noc kvůli kontrole v nemocnici, která je doslova minutu pěšky, ale až mě mrzelo, že jsem nezůstal déle. Pokud se někdy znovu vydám do Českých Budějovic, určitě bych si ho rezervoval znovu. Apartmán je prostorný, krásný, moderní a zároveň útulný. Nechybělo mu vůbec nic a bylo vidět, že je vše promyšlené do detailu. Oceňuji také klidnou lokalitu, v blízkosti je obchod a do centra města se dá pohodlně dojít pěšky. Mám už něco procestováno a můžu upřímně říct, že tento apartmán patří k těm nejlepším, ve kterých jsem byl.

Kousek pěšky do centra, apartmán je blízko nemocnice. Rád budu nadále využívat služby tohoto apartmánu při cestách do ČB.. nic.

• Veronika (10/5): Moc hezký pobyt 100% spokojenost - Velmi prostorný apartmán v tiché čtvrti. Pohodlná postel, teplíčko. Vybavení 100%, nechybělo nám vůbec nic. Byli jsme moc spokojeni , cítili jsme se pohodlně jako doma.

• Jeroen (10/5): Zeer compleet en schoon verblijf met super service - We hadden heel last minute geboekt, maar alles werd razend snel voor ons geregeld (sleutel, parkeren etc) Het appartement was heel erg compleet, schoon en modern.

• Lenka (10/5): - Velký, nový, čistý a voňavý podkrovní apartmán. Klíče na kód. Parkování zajišténé v modré zóně před domem. Klidné místo, půl hodiny procházkou do centra Budějovic,mhd 5 minut chůze. Vše v pořádku,není nic co bychom zmínili.

• špela (10/5): Highly recommended - This apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished. Everything is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out are extremely easy and contactless, yet the hosts provide all the important information for your stay and are highly responsive. The location is very convenient—less than a 30-minute walk to the city center—and there is free street parking available.

• Jiří (10/5): Doporučuji - čistota, vybavení, útulné, ale zároveň prostorné Jediné co bych vylepšil je aby v kuchyni bylo dřevěné prkénko, ne to plastové. Jinak vše dokonalé.

• Margit (10/5): Gern wieder. - Der freundliche Empfang, eine ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung, modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Eva (10/5): - Apartmán se nachází v klidné ulici v blízkosti řeky Vltavy. V okolí mnoho krásných cyklostezek podél Vltavy nebo Malše. Ubytování bylo komfortní, ocenili jsme pračku, myčku a moderní vybavení. Komunikace s majitelem byla perfektní, majitel ochotný a umožnil nám také uschovat elektrokola. Vřele doporučujeme. -

• Renata (10/5): Very cozy, moden apartment - The apartment was super clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, stove and oven, and also plates, glasses, pots - everything you would need. There is a cool balcony as well that opens on the street, but the neighborhood is actually pretty quiet, and there is a possibility to park on the roadside. You would need to provide your licence plate number to get it registered, then you'll be allowed to use the neighbourhood parkings for free. So if you sit on the balcony, chances are, you would see your own car :) Extra bonus point for having a small freezer in the fridge! Not big, but enough for a couple of things. The bed was comfy, though for my taste the pillows were a bit thick - but that is just me, I'm picky with my pillows, my boyfriend slept like a baby on the same ones. The apartment has heating and also AC, so can be used in any kind of weather. Location-wise, the apartment is abour 20 minutes walk from the old city center, which is fine for us. If you don't want to walk, you can try to go by car and park closer. In the surroundings there are big supermarkets as well - there is a big Lidl and a Billa behind it, easily accessible on foot, but also by car. Nothing in particular comes to mind. The only thing I could mention which may be of concern for some travellers is that the shower cabin is a tad too tight, especially for the taller / bigger visitors. That being said, it is squeaky clean, with lots of towels and shower gel provided.

• Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a beautifully converted loft. Everything is fresh and modern, lots of light, very clean, and a lovely quiet street. It is also very spacious. It is a nice 1.5 km walk to the old city. We loved our stay there and will be back for a longer visit Nothing. It was perfect!
