• Sandra (10/5): Tolles Appartement - kommen gerne wieder! - Wir hatten ein komplett neu renoviertes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr modern und sauber. Schöne Bilder, nette Deko! Der elektrische Kamin war ein echtes Highlight und die großen Fernseher in jedem Zimmer ein zusätzliches Plus. Die zwei Schlafzimmer waren natürlich mit Kindern ideal. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wirklich alles perfekt ! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Obwohl wir ihn nicht persönlich antrafen, hat er immer sofort auf unsere E-Mails geantwortet und Fragen beantwortet. Für die Therme erhielten wir einen Rabatt Gutschein. Der Ski Keller ist ebenfalls positiv! Insgesamt eine tolle Ausgangslage für Skifahrten nach Flachau, Zauchensee oder Eben.

• Petr (10/5): Příjemné ubytování v klidné oblasti. Restaurace v dosahu procházky. Za nás super. - Dobře vybavený byt, dostatečné množství nádobí, varná deska, trouba, mikrovlnná trouba, kávovar na kapsle, vše nové, pěkné a čisté. Vybavení pokojů moderní a opět čisté. Tepla bylo dost, stahovali jsme topeni, teplá voda bez problémů. Super byla lyžárna, kde bylo teplo, sušáky na boty funkční. Prostě super ubytování. Můžeme doporučit Nic mě nenapadá.

• Joris pieter (10/5): Heerlijk appartement, ruim en schoon. - Alles was nieuw en schoon. De bedden sliepen heerlijk. En we werden heel vriendelijk geholpen. Het was toch even een klein stukje lopen naar de bushalte. Was prima te doen maar op skischoenen niet heel comfortabel. Sowieso is de bus verbinding in Flachau niet heel goed geregeld. Maar daar kan het appartement niks aan doen. Betekende wel dat wij terug heel vaak een taxi moesten nemen.

• Gerald (10/5): - Vielen Dank an Sami – die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert, und er war so freundlich, mir sogar anzubieten, mich kurz zu unserer Veranstaltung zu fahren, was wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Apartment ist groß, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs ist ebenfalls vorhanden – insgesamt alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht.

Балкон еле вмещает двух людей( худых! ) Я спрашивала хозяев заранее по поводу вида и размера,получила не верную информацию. Наш номер был на 3 этаже,это тоже не было указано в описании. Искала проживание со стиральной машиной- она была,но в самом низу,и хозяйка сказала,что я сама должна купить средства для стирки.. в итоге я постирала 1 раз и мне сделали Большое одолжение Впервые нам не хочется вернуться в этот гестхаус, в Австрии были много раз ,такого неприятного чувства никогда не было .

• Rotem (9/5): חוויה מצוינת בדירה נוחה, מתוחזקת היטב ובמיקום נהדר. - הדירה נמצאת במיקום מצוין, קרוב לכל מה שצריך. היא הייתה נקייה מאוד, מעוצבת בצורה נעימה ומאובזרת היטב. במטבח היה את כל הציוד הדרוש, כולל מדיח כלים וחומרי ניקוי. המיטות היו נוחות, והיה נעים לשהות בדירה לאורך כל התקופה. הבעלים היה זמין ואדיב בכל פנייה. בקרבת מקום יש סופרמרקט, מה שהקל על ההתנהלות היומיומית. בבניין יש שתי מכונות כביסה משותפות, ולא נתקלנו בשום בעיית זמינות. גם החנייה הייתה נוחה ונגישה. סמי דובר אנגלית, אך אשתו ובתו לא, והיה לעיתים קושי בתקשורת. ממליץ פשוט לדבר עם סמי ישירות. אין מייבש כביסה, ובימים גשומים הכביסה התייבשה לאט – אפשר לתלות בחדר הדוודים שהוא חם, אבל גם שם זה לקח יומיים. אזור המטבח ופינת האוכל היה מעט צפוף לחמישה אנשים. אם היו במטבח מעט תבלינים ושמן, זה היה משלים את החוויה. :)

There is a nespresso cafe machine so if you have the capsules you can have a coffee. TV in every room. Complete kitchen within dishwasher. There is a nice balcony with view on the city. The apartment was very clean. Perfect apartment for one night or longer stay. It was perfect.

• Nimrod (9/5): Very nice propery, great location, helpful owners - Great location - reasonable distance by car to major attractions. Large dining area, kitchen with dishwasher. Although the property only has a washing machine in the building (and no dryer), the owners helped with our laundry - washed, dried and even folded it - which was unexpected and highly appreciated! Stove very close to kitchen entrance, which was challenging with a small child roaming around.
