- Paola (9/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del apartamento cerca del centro, la vista maravillosa, es muy cómodo y espacioso, con todo lo necesario, exceptuando las sábanas y toallas que se pagan aparte. Las camas muy confortables. Me confundió una foto que aparecía una piscina pero era de otro edificio, mal que no tenga. En las noches se escuchaba el ruido de la calle hasta muy tarde y el check out es demasiado temprano a las 9:00 hrs

- Gregory (6/5): Given the price we paid, I felt the experience was below expectations. - The location is amazing. Everything is very close, and the hotel is right on the beach. Beautiful! 😍 The apartment is very modern and stylish. It has everything we needed, which made our stay so much easier. Wagner was incredibly attentive and always available to help us. As soon as we arrived at the apartment, we were amazed, but when night came, there were cockroaches everywhere—in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. There were cockroaches inside the pans, glasses, and even in the drawers with the silverware. I got up in the middle of the night to get some water, and the table was covered in cockroaches. My mother is terrified of cockroaches, which made our stay very unpleasant, as she couldn’t sleep at night out of fear. The second issue was the lack of toilet paper. I’ve stayed in hotels and apartments around the world, and there’s always been a provision of basic items like toilet paper. According to the owner, the cleaning lady forgot to leave it, and it’s apparently not the owner’s responsibility to provide basic items like toilet paper. Given the price we paid, I felt the experience was below expectations.
