• Barbara (8/5): okay - - zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig - große Wohnung - Küche gut eingerichtet, Waschmaschine im Bad - Entgegen der Beschreibung als "behindertenfreundlich" war Duschen nur in der Wanne mit sehr hohem Rand und ohne Haltegriffe möglich. - Schwierige Parksituation auch in den Nebenstraßen - keine Internet-Verbindung herstellbar - keine direkte Kommunikation mit Vermieter über angegebene Tel.Nr.

• Mihaela (3/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Altstadt Vorsicht! Diese Anzeige enthält Betrug, es gibt weder einen Parkplatz an, noch Internet in dieser Unterkunft! Wir haben direkt einen Strafzettel bekommen :(. Auf unsere Fragen bzw Bitte nach einer Lösung, wurde sehr patzig kommuniziert, so sollten wir doch einfach unsere eigenen mobilen Daten nutzen und weiter weg einen Parkplatz suchen. (Den es übrigens auch nach 15 Minuten rumfahren und suchen nirgendwo gratis gab) Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war überhaupt eine Katastrophe. Als wir ankamen lief Wasser aus der Waschmaschine aus, als dann jemand am nächsten Tag kam, wurden wir ziemlich grob angefahren warum wir das nicht einfach selber gelöst haben. Ich habe vollstes Verständnis für stressige private Situationen im Leben, aber am Ende kommt es einfach auf den Ton an, und der war hier insgesamt mehr als unangemessen.

• Kim Sensener (10/5): Zentral und bequem - Zentrale Lage und einfache, freundliche Kommunikation. Ansonsten mehr als genug Platz für eine bis mehrere Personen und sehr bequem.

• Renée (9/5): Het was er heerlijk - Het is een zeer veilige grote woning. Ik heb het er echt naar mijn zin gehad.

• Reinstra (7/5): Na een slechte start hadden we een prettig verblijf in dit ruime appartement op een mooie locatie. - De locatie en het ruime appartement Op de afgesproken aankomsttijd was er niemand aanwezig. Na heel vaak bellen kregen we pas na ruim 1,5 uur wachten telefonisch verbinding met de verhuurster die ons (toen pas!) de code van het sleutelkluisje vertelde. Ze maakte hiervoor geen excuses. Er lagen 6 steentjes van de oprit buiten, in mijn bed. Heel vreemd. Er waren verschillende lampen kapot De dekbedden ademen vrijwel niet en voelen daardoor heel warm en broeierig aan. In de beschrijving staat dat het appartement rolstoeltoegankelijk is maar de drempel van de voordeur is een barrière die ik als rolstoeler niet zelfstandig kon nemen.

• Andrew (9/5): Just what we needed. - Lovely apartment. Very close to the centre. Main railway station about 15 mins walk away. We chose the property off the back of the profile suggesting free parking. Just to note, I believe the only street offering free parking for 24 hours is Friedhofweg, opposite the cemetery. This is literally around the corner so great if you are lucky enough to get a spot.

• Alan (10/5): Home from home in Mulheim. - This is a home from home. Everything you need is in the property. it is spacious, welcoming, well-furnished, great bath/shower. Location in Mulheim is perfect, in the characterful Old Town but only a short stroll to the town centre, shopping, restaurants, riverside walks etc. The owner is super-friendly and helpful. Ideal for our long stays in Mulheim. nothing.
