• Jana (5/5): Pokud je hezké počasí, možnost sedět venku, chodit po okolí-fajn, pokud jste nuceni trávit čas uvnitř-nepohodlné, malink - Čisto, teplo, dobrá dostupnost. Hezký výhled-potůček, sauna, kolárna, přístřešek-možnost grilování. Blízko autobusová zastávka, restaurace, lanovka. Příliš malý prostor-pouze na spaní, žádná jiná možnost-přijít a lehnout si do postele. TV jen na vlastní heslo-QR kód. Chybí lampičky na čtení-jedna pro oba. Oceňuji rychlovarnou konvici a sklenice, chybí alespoň par pytlíků čaje, kávy a cukru-v pochůzné vzdálenosti není obchod.

• Denisa (10/5): Příjemný pobyt v krásném apartmánu - Velice pěkně,vkusně navrzený interiér. Čistý, pohodlný apartmán. Dobrá lokalita pro lyže, turistiku či výlety do okolí. Velmi příjemná obsluha na recepci. Nic.

• tepla (9/5): - Jelikož jsme si chtěli vyjít Dlouhé Stráně tak lokalita byla super. Co se týče snídaně tak ta byla moc dobrá i s možností více výběru. Jeli jsme tedy na jednu noc, ale pokud pojedeme na tuto stranu zase, určitě se na ubytování vrátíme. Doporučujeme navštívit saunu.🙂 Nic

• Vadim 77 (6/5): Wohnung schön, Service könnte besser sein - Sehr nah an der Skipiste, große Zimmer, großes modernes Bad, Skiraum am Haus, genug kostenfreie Parkplätze Am Anreisetag war die Wohnung nicht sauber, nach Reklamation wurde die Wohnung gereinigt, als Entschädigung haben wir 2 Skipässe ( Tagespass) erhalten. Am 3. Aufenthaltstag wollten wir die Sauna ausprobieren, leider war diese defekt. Wir haben die Störung bei Rezeption gemeldet. Trotz mehreren Meldungen wurde die Sauna in den restlichen 5 Tagen nicht repariert. Meiner Meinung nach, ist es nicht in Ordnung, dass innerhalb von 5 Tagen nichts passiert ist, trotz mehreren Meldungen. Haben extra bei der Buchung darauf geachtet, dass eine Sauna im Haus ist. Damit man nach einem Skifahrt reichen Tag sich in der Sauna entspannen kann. Es war leider auch kein Holz am Haus, um einen aussenstehenden Kamin zu befeuern.

• Ivana (8/5): - Ubytovani bylo moc hezke Tma po ceste od vily do restaurace. Bohuzel k snidani nebylo maslo, jen nejaky margarin, jinak byla snidane dobra, prumerna.

• Stanislav (8/5): Přes drobný nedostatek ubytovací zařízení doporučuji! - lokalita Ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji málo místa pro prázdná zavazadla - uložili jsme je na šatní skříň. Když jsme při odjezdu kufry ze skříně sundali, spodní strany kufrů byly šedobílé.

• Bronislava (9/5): Skvělé místo pro letní pobyt, turistiku - Hodnotím pobyt v létě. Zvolili jsme poslední volný malý pokojík v přízemí. Větší pokoje jsou jistě komfortnější. Na letní, krátký pobyt i tak bylo na pokoji vše potřebné, využitý pidi prostor na maximum včetně mini ledničky a velkého zrcadla. Skvělá a pohodlná, vysoká matrace. V bezprostřední blízkosti recepce, restaurace, busu, lanovky, výhled směr potok a les. Vše se nám líbilo, jen pro nás 2 dospělé nezvykle malý prostor. Na recepci i v restauracích všichni velmi milí, jídlo naprosto vynikající. Přímo před domem sauna. Hodnotíme malý pokojík, v létě. Jediná věc: řešení skleněné stěny sprch.koutu-umístěna nebezpečně. Člověk se kolem ní musel cíleně opatrně protahovat při vstupu do koupelny, přístupu k wc a umyvadlu, aby se na docela ostrou hranu nenabodnul. Větší/objemnější člověk by měl asi velký problém. Pro pobyt s dítětem nevhodné. Věřím, že se to dá vyřešit jinak i v tomto malém pokoji. (A fén na poličce ve výšce 2m asi taky málokdo ocení.)

• Milena (10/5): - Vstřícnost, čisto, lokalita, pohodlí. Cena trochu vyšší, ale za poskytnutou kvalitu a vybavení lze považovat za odpovídající.
• Ivana (7/5): - Hezké čisté prostředí Snídaně spíše průměr, na recepci zmatené dámy, které nám neukázaly místo bydlení. Také nás neupozornily na nezaplacenou snídani i přes můj dotaz, na čež jsme tuto situaci řešili druhý den právě na snídani.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a vey good location - Perfect place, next to the bikepark (50m?), parking available, big loft apartment, designed in modern-old style. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom. Lots of space. Sauna is available, nice garden with grilling tarrace and river. Quiet, comfortable, really nice. Keys can be picked from the reception, ladies there are really helpful and nice.
• Ihor (10/5): Exceptional - This is a cozy villa on the bank of a mountain stream near the hotel complex and ski lifts. The villa has several separate apartments. There is barbecue equipment in the yard. A Finnish sauna is available. You just need to reserve it in advance. Keep in mind that it takes 1-1.5 hours to heat it up. Tip: when using Google navigator, do not focus on the address of the accommodation. It is better to enter the search for "vila Kouty" or "Bar Lyžárna".

• Marek (9/5): Superb - We had 2 apartments booked. Apartment no 1 was large, with spacious living room, many windows, all necessary utensils. Apt 4 was a bit small, but just enough. Rooms had all necessary kitchen utensils and were clean. Location was very good.

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was fantastic - right next to the main restaurant and very close to the lift. There is a small, lockable storage space for bicycles next to the apartment. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. All new and fresh and very nicely decorated. Perfect place to stay for biking or hiking holidays. The kitchen in the apartment has basic equipment, although enough for simple breakfast/lunch cooking. There is also a little mess in the garden, but probably because of some final construction.
