- Kathryn (7/5): Comfortable but could have been more - Bed and sofas were comfortable, easy walk into the Main Street, smart TV’s. Dining Table unstable and unusable, car parking very tight, microwave on a shelf in the laundry cupboard that was too high for a person of 5’5 to reach into safely. Property was clean but not thoroughly cleaned.
- Deonne (8/5): - Great location to main street, beautiful apartment. The noise coming from the Coles carpark during the middle of the night for hours was infuriating. The truck drivers and obviously Coles staff dealing with delivering stock to the supermarket have no consideration for the people sleeping during the night. It went on for hours, it sounded like they were throwing steel onto the ground continuely. I did not sleep at all due to the noise. It was like they were trying to be loud.

- Rose (10/5): Perfect location - We had a great stay at Central Heights. The apartment is spacious, neat, clean and well equipped and provides off road parking. Comfy beds. Great location and close to everything - short walk into town for restaurants/cafes/bakeries and shopping, including supermarket. Straightforward and well communicated check in/out process. The bathroom mirrors were positioned quite high, which was a little inconvenient for short guests. Adding a full-length mirror would also be a nice touch for future visitors.

- Beverley (9/5): - Everything was fantastic. The location was superb and within walking distance of a Coles supermarket and eateries. The apartment had everything that I needed to be self-sufficient. Fantastic scenery, wineries, and excellent produce on my doorstep. Nothing, had everything I needed.
- Wan Ling (9/5): Great location! - Location is great with th supermarket nearby and lots of great restaurants all within walking distanace The bedsheet had a bit of stain but when we highlighted it they arranged for it to be replaced same day and with a complimentary bottle of wine!

- Wee (7/5): Great place to stay - The apartment has a few strong points. It offers a nice view, which makes the stay more pleasant. The Wi-Fi is decent—reliable enough for work or streaming. The toilets were clean and functional, and the kitchen was quite well-equipped with the basics needed for cooking. Overall, it has potential. Near coles and other eateries. Parking lots are supposedly assigned to each unit, another apartment consistently parked in our designated space and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Cleanliness was also a concern—the sofas appeared unclean. I found stains on both the bedsheets and sofa. This strongly suggests the unit had not been cleaned properly.

Easy walk to main street for restaurants and pub Window shades in the lounge and kitchen area were sheer and so not blockout blinds - at night with the lights on, there is no privacy from the street at all.

Excellent communication with hosts. The unit overlooks a central street and pedestrian area, another blind in the kitchen area would have ensured more privacy.

- Debra (9/5): Comfortable place to rest and recharge for the next adventures. - The location to the Main Street of the town was easy to walk to restaurants for Breakfast and dinner.
Provided many little extras and comforts….coffee machine, lounge throw rug etc. The directions given to the accomodation carpark stated the wrong name of the coffee shop (wyl and co). Carpark is quite tight to manoeuvre. Can be noisy late at night with cars and trucks using the street and leaving the shopping carpark.
- Beixian (9/5): Excellent - Great location, walkable to the Coles and Margaret River's main street. Apartment is new and modern, with everything you'd need to do some light cooking. Dedicated parking bay. There is a flight of stairs to get to the main part of the apartment. This was a known thing, so we were prepared for it, but if you're travelling with elderly or those with mobility issues, it can be a bit tricky.

- Leffy (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Central heights and would recommend this property. - Location was very central and across the road from supermarket, very handy to buy groceries. It was also a very short walk to the main street through the supermarket car park. Also the hosts provided a nice bottle of red wine on the house which was appreciated. The unit appears to be pretty new with all modern conveniences. The only negative about our stay was that the unit was across the road from a small bar that played loud music on the Friday and Sunday nights.

We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for you to stay in and cook. For privacy reason, we hoped that there was a small blind curtain on the kitchen window. Also, I found that one pillow case had some stains on it. Other than that everything was perfect.

- Clare (10/5): A lovely property in a convenient location - we wanted to stay longer! - We were delighted when we stepped into this property. The decor and location was perfect for what we required. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the local vicinity and not to mention all the surrounding winery’s to choose from. We had the most amazing and comfortable time staying here and we would absolutely come back. There was not anything we didn’t like.

- Theo (9/5): Awesome apartment. - Pretty much everything about the place was great...the location, the quality of the apartment. After "roughing it" in lesser accommodation, this was a God send, and the kids loved it! The stairs were quite steep so lugging up suitcases was a pain; something to bear in mind but it was only one flight of stairs. Some awkward design concepts given that it was a corner apartment but not really an issue.

Sadly, the pillows on the bed were not disinfected well, as there was an unpleasant odour. Did not get comfortable sleep as a result.

The street is lined with shops and eateries; Coles is just a stone's throw away. You have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs to your unit (our is apartment 4).
- L (7/5): Good - The location was great, and there was enough space to house four guests inside comfortably. The lounge arrangement was good and plenty of items in the kitchen available. There was a strong smell in the apartment, so we needed to open doors and windows to allow the smell to diffuse. The balcony furniture could have been better suited to four people.

The interior design of the apartment was a highlight for me, showcasing a modern and inviting aesthetic. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the bathroom standing out for its spotless condition, which I greatly appreciated.
Another major plus was the location's convenience, being just a 2-minute walk from Coles. This was incredibly handy for quick grocery runs, and my parents were particularly pleased with the ease of access to the store. Overall, the combination of the welcoming space, the attention to cleanliness, and the prime location made our stay memorable and enjoyable. NIL

- Wai (9/5): The Swell Stays Team is responsive to my enquiries, the stay at Central Heights is a good decision. - The apartment is well located within the Margaret River main street and within a short walk to the eateries and shopping. The apartment is clean and importantly the whole apartment is air-conditioned. Really nothing that isn't good.

For the price we were paying I would have thought that they would have been in the room.....
Plus at around 6am every morning all you could hear was car or truck doors banging and people laughing and talking loud. This was from the restaurant under the apartments.

- Cynthia (10/5): Fantastic bolthole/getaway in the heart of the Margaret River region. Near to the main street and wineries, with lit - Very nice & clean apartment within 2 mins’ drive to the main street & 5 mins’ walk through the Coles supermarket’s carpark. It is well-stocked & furnished in a modern, Scandinavian style. We cooked & ate in 1 day, thoroughly enjoying the lovely surroundings & weather.
Would definitely recommend this apartment to all our friends and relatives when they visit the Margaret River region. Wish the TVs in the room were bigger, roughly the same size as the one in the hall. Also the microwave was placed a little too high above the washing machine area for Asians but I do understand the space constraints.

We did, however lock ourselves out on the first day and while there was no staff on site, Swell Stays emergency contact had us sorted very quickly. Thanks again Salome. There was nothing we didn't like, except would suggest that sign on the telling you to make sure you had your key is made a bigger. 🤣

- Veronica (8/5): A great little quirky apartment in a good location - Very clean and modern. Everything worked and it was cosy during our winter stay. The apartment needs proper blinds/curtains in the kitchen and lounge area. There is no blind at all in the kitchen window which faces Coles. The 2 other windows in the lounge area are transparent and totally see through at night when you turn the apartment lights on. We tested this!

- Jenson (8/5): the accommodation is general good except no clear signage of Central Hrights - General good location near supermarket and restaurant. carpark allocated is just step away it take us 20 min to locate the accommodation the door entrance is back of the block. Ask around no one know where central heights or 8 Charles West Ave. There is not a Central Heights signage, ( the next block Central Apartment signage we’re clear shown). luckily we managed to ask a barber shop, which said this is the block 8 Charles West Ave.

Thoughtful basket of chocolate for Easter, wine and card from the owners. - Bedding not cozy, no doona just bed spread, no blankets had to go and buy fleece blankets. - - -Microwave was in an odd location, plugged in at the top of the laundry cupboard.
