Beatrice (4/5): - I very rare put negative reviews , but in this case we had no empathy from the owner , refused to accept what was happening and refused to refund even though we left the place after first night and dealt with booking team after and overall had a very bad attitude. This is not a criticism to the person in charge of the apartment, Claudia who was actually a sweetheart, empathetic and respectful. The garage door blocked in the first night so we were out in the night trying and trying and had to get a paid one , apartment had a leak at the main bathroom sink , so if used the bathroom floor will flood, there were no sheets under blankets in any bedroom, huge hygiene issue, the air conditioning in the first bedroom did not work, the location it might be good, but good luck with trying to sleep , is first floor and extremely noisy. The fact that the place at core is not well maintained wouldn’t bother us but still we couldn’t stay there We had to find a different accommodation .
