- Ludger (10/5): Zentral in Clausthal-Zellerfeld - Großzügige Ferienwohnung für einen guten Preis. Es roch zeitweise nach Zigarettenqualm im Hausflur.

- Heinrich (1/5): Kurzurlaub 🤨kürzer als gebucht☹️😖☹️👎 - Das Badezimmer, die Lage, (6-7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum) Privatparkplatz im Hinterhof (2x vorhanden) Die Geräusche aus der Gas-Therme (direkt an der Schlafzimmertür) 😳😬🫨die alle 20-30 Sekunden an und ausgeht (vor allem nachts ist sehr störend) Man kann nicht in Ruhe die Nacht durchschlafen. Die Fenster-Verdunkelung nicht ausreichend😟 Die Rollos sind zu schmal. Im Schlafzimmer sind die Gardinen über dem Bett zu kurz. Gerade über dem Kopf, sodass sobald hell ist, wird man „von der Sonne geküsst“ 🥹☹️ TV, nur bestimmte Sender zu empfangen. Lautstärke lässt sich nicht verstellen (dauerhaft auf Stufe 19 gestellt)😏 Vermieterin nicht erreichbar. Keine Rückmeldung auf E-Mails und Anrufe😩☹️ Wir haben die Unterkunft nach 2 Nächten verlassen (3 gebucht) Keine Reaktion, keine Rückerstattung (seitens der Vermieterin) Mitteilung mit Beschwerde an Booking .😒😏
