• Elsa (5/5): 以照片來看原本以為是渡假，到現場後被現實打敗了，小區滿滿的大麻味，屋內的清潔並不完善，我們週末只好到飯店居住。強烈建議選擇曼海姆市區，或是跳過這個城市。 - 空間大，設備齊全 清潔程度不令人滿意，洗衣籃有用過的毛巾，洗衣機滿滿的黴菌跟上一位留下的洗衣液，微波爐裡頭是髒的，隔壁鄰居24小時傳來大麻味

• Anna (7/5): Trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. - Das Appartement war gross und gut ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehörte auch Tee. Leider hatte man bei Eintritt sofort einen Zigarettengeruch in der Nase und der Kühlschrank war nicht gänzlich sauber.
• Janine (9/5): - Eine traumhaft schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der "Selbst-Check In" hat reibungslos funktioniert und man ist in 10min zu Fuß am Rhein. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es immer recht dunkel in der Wohnung. Die Rauchmelder sind nichts für jemanden, der schlecht einschlafen kann, denn sie blinken im Minutentakt und man hat dadurch dass Gefühl, dass es ständig blitzt.

• Jacqui (9/5): Well equipped spacious apartment close to central station - The property was well equipped- everything works and had lots of coffee tea, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc. very useful when traveling around for a long time. Check-in to the apartment was simple and it is conveniently located easy walk to main station a S Bahn city station. Easy walk through town to the river and a park for walks and shopping centre if you want. Well connected with local trains to Mannheim , Heidelberg etc. this is why we stayed here not in one of the tourist towns. Minor issue that it is not possible to leave luggage after 10am. This did NOT spoil our trip.

• Dhwanil (9/5): Perfect stay in Ludwigshfen - I love everything about this apartment. It’s big and cozy apartment having everything which is required for one’s needs. Apartment is very clean, located at ground floor having all facilities. I have visited for work but would love to visit again for leisure as well. It is a bit expensive.

• Onni (10/5): Exceptional - It is located very close to the train station by only a 10 minute walk with a lot of bakeries and store in the city centre. If you go by car it's also very easy to find bigger grocery stores not too far away. There's nothing I can't complain about.

• Deborah (7/5): Nice location, close to trains. Clean property. - The property was clean. It had been renovated with modern facilities. We found the location charming. close to trains. Very cultured neighborhood. We loved the diversity of the people. The host seems to be very controlling. We felt like we were being watched all the time. Everything was timed - we didn't have heating when we were there. The washing machine was timed. We stayed for 2 weeks and left a day before our time was up. We are not children to be talked to any how, or to be controlled. You're choosing to rent out your home temporarily. People should be able to enjoy their time there. We didn't. We couldn't wait to leave. Our first interaction on text felt like we were being chastised for not messaging via whatsapp. No hello, just "why didn't you send a message via whatsapp". We had barely settled when the host asked for IDs, we sent him IDs, the host them demanded a German address. We don't live in Germany. We come in once every few months on short projects. It made me in particular wonder why he would be asking for a German address after getting our government issued ID cards and knowing that booking.com is booked by mostly international travellers. We left the place as we found it,cleaned and we took videos of how we left the property
• Yonghao (1/5): Bad experience of the stay. - The location was great, most kitchen facilities were okay the washing machine was not clean at all. There was a stinky towel in it. Only get free coffee and tea when you rate the a 10 point. Parking fee was not included. You have to pay 50 EUR (cash) for the parking garage. The check-out was too early (10 am). The landlord was not considerable. We have a 2-year-old baby who is still suffering from jet lag. We asked if we could check out later but were declined. I asked for the invoice from the hotel but was declined again. Furthermore, he said we should pay 10 Euro because we checked out late. Yes, we did check out late for 10 min just because the baby was suffering from jet lag. Until now, I have not received the receipt yet...
• Arnaud (10/5): Very good flat ! - The flat is beautiful and was very clean ! It's very close to a tramway station, in 15 minutes you're at Mannheim Train Station. The relationship with the owner was also very good and they were answering quickly to my questions! I'll come back again when I am in Mannheim. Everything was good.
• Stefano (9/5): Superb - The apartment in itself is 10/10 - no doubts. Very well-furnished, comfortable, well organized and with significant attention to details. The kitchen is particularly nice. Armchair and sofa are very comfortable and high quality. The communication with the host was very smooth, fast and effective - well done. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a good accommodation. The apartment met (and actually exceeded) my expectations. What prevents me from rating my experience 10/10 is mainly the neighbourhood - not the most pleasant residential area. Although the host provided parking cards (which were of great help!), finding a parking place in the surrounding areas sometimes required a bit of time. Again, this is not a shortcoming from the host but something future guest need to be aware of.
