• Chedli (10/5): Super - Erg mooi en comfortabel. Fijne locatie en luxer dan op de foto’s. Enige punt dat beter kan is een bank in woonkamer met rugleuning.

• Gina (10/5): Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnungen - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Claudia war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Die Lage war sehr gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Bushaltestelle und zwei Restaurants. Lediglich der Ruheraum im Saunabereich hätte für uns etwas wärmer sein können.
• Marcin (10/5): Alpenchalet Vital is a great place to stay if you ski or love mountains! - The AlpenChalet Vital is located in Volderau, just 20 minutes ago (4 bus stops) from Stubai Gletscher Ski Resort. The bust stop is just around the corner, two minutes walk from the house. The place is clean, cosy, well organised and managed. The apartment we stayed in was huge, with living room + open kitchen and two bedrooms, each with individual toilet and a bathroom. The kitchen has everything is needed to cook and eat. There is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy sun and lovely view on the mountains. You can find a beautiful spa in the basement! It is definitely worth going there, even if you don't like sauna. Our host, Claudia, is very communicative, caring and helpful person.
• Eric (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Claudia und Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich gewesen. Der Schuhtrockner ist ausreichend aber etwas zu schwach.

• Ingrid (9/5): Een heel goed verblijf, echt een aanrader! - De locatie is super met de halte voor de skibus (nagenoeg) voor de deur net als een goed restaurant, zowel om af te halen als ter plaatse te eten. De ontvangst was hartelijk, Claudia is zeer bereidwillig en hulpvaardig. Ook is er een ruimte om je ski’s en schoenen te stallen en te drogen. Het appartement is verder van alle gemakken voorzien. De bank zat niet echt heel comfortabel, maar het zitje bij de eethoek voldeed prima.

• Jerzy (10/5): Napewno tam wrócimy! - Czystość, nowe kompletne naczynia, sauny,. Super położenie, otoczenie sprzyjające czynnemu odpoczynkowi.
• Armin (1/5): Einmal und nie wieder - Am Anfang Vieles, am Schluss nichts mehr Es ist nicht erlaubt, mit Skischuhen und Skiern durchs Haus zu gehen. Klar, wer will schon den Matsch überall. So hatten wir die Regel interpretiert. Haben wir auch nicht gemacht. Einer aus unserer Gruppe hatte allerdings neue Tourenski und Stiefel dabei - alles trocken und sauber wie auch unsere anderen Tourenski, da wir erst am letzten Tag eine Tour machen wollten. Die Handhabung wollten wir noch durchgehen und deshalb haben wir die Skier und Stiefel ins Appartment getragen und dadurch unbeabsichtigt gegen die Hausregel verstossen. Das kann man natürlich ansprechen als Vermieter - aber jemanden deshalb vor anderen Gästen anzuschreien empfinde ich persönlich als sehr respektlos und unprofessionell.
• WOJCIECH (10/5): Wspaniały wyjazd narciarski! - Apartament wyjątkowy, bardzo przestronny. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Z każdego pokoju wyjście na taras. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Blisko lodowca, zaledwie 12-15 minut Skibusem. Do przystanku Skibusa ok. 100m. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna!

• Moritz (10/5): Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Stubaital - Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern! Sehr große Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der Brötchen Service passt sehr gut, dass man jeden Tag sein Frühstück genießen kann, ohne zum Bäcker zu müssen.

The website with all the information prepared by the owners, the option for fresh bread delivery every morning - it really made the difference. And most of all Claudia, the host - very kind, helpful and always smiling 😊 we will come back for sure!

• Patrick (9/5): En comfortabele Accomodatie op een fantastische plek! - De ligging van het chalet is prachtig en centraal gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht op de bergen is fenomenaal. De bedden liggen lekker en de ruimte in het chalet is zeer comfortabel. De auto kan je goed parkeren voor de deur. Je hebt hierbij een vaste plek. Claudia is vriendelijk, attent en staat voor je klaar. Onze dochter was deze week jarig en als verrassing lag er een doos chocolaatjes bij de deur! In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen en restaurants zijn er voldoende. We zouden het werkelijk niet weten.

• Ruth (10/5): Fantastischer Aufenthalt - Sehr grosse und geräumige Familienwohnung. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist, ist es ein Vergnügen. Nur schon weil die Wohnung fantastisch ist. Brötchen können direkt vom Bäcker bestellt werden und werden morgens vor die Tür geliefert. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Inkl. Stubai-Super-Card.

• Magda (10/5): Perfect and comfortable stay - Apartment size Was perfect, beds are very comfortable, kitch has alle the akenities we needed and it was nice and quiet with the sound of waterfall. Saunas are great with perfect temperature and humidity. Two nice restaurants right around the corner. The owners are super nice and helpful :) We had a perfect stay!
• Will (10/5): Herbst - We were very pleased with everything as a family of 4 . The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. A short drive from the glacier and close to the bus stop and walking paths. Claudia is lovely and answered any questions we had promptly. Not a problem, but to help others, no smart TV so if you want to use streaming service then bring something like a fire stick or HDMi cable for laptop.

• Renee (10/5): Wonderful stay and accomodating hosts! - This place was in a wonderful quiet location, beautiful and comfortable place, close to Stubaital, dining nearby, excellent and responsive hosts. I would highly recommend and stay here again. The bathroom with the tub has a shower head, but no curtain. I would put a curtain in. There is no way to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Otherwise, it's just a bathtub option. Recommend having sugar and powdered creamer in the room for coffee.

• Marta (10/5): Our stay couldn’t be better. - Very spacious apartment, nicely decorated, super clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of surrounding mountains, close to ski bus and two restaurants. Convenient ski room and wellness area in the basement, which helped to regenerate after a day of skiing. Last but not least the hosts are super nice and helpful.

• Vitaly (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect chalet for a comfortable stay for many people. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, but you can have a very tasty one it in the nearby hotel Bergcristall for €18. Would definitely come back again.

• Kelly (9/5): Fabulous stay in Stubai - It was a quick 3 minute walk to the bus stop where the ski shuttle picked us up. I will say being this close to the mountain meant the bus was pretty packed by the time it got to us. The space was great -- the second bedroom wasn't attached but if you left the balcony doors unlocked the kids could come in if needed without leaving the hallway doors unlocked. Claudia was just a pleasure to deal with-- she got us some coffee pods for the next morning when I hadn't told her we needed them until after 10pm. The ski room was great-- nice to drop off stuff instead of having it all over the room. I forgot to take pictures but the room was exactly as depicted in photos. There was a kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, sink, dishwasher. The primary bath is only a tub but the second bedroom has a shower. I don't think the boot radiator was ever on. It never felt warm. The couch isn't very comfortable so could use some back pillows. The pans weren't awesome for making eggs-- supplying oil or butter would be very helpful.

We loved the fully equipped kitchen especially (e.g. soda stream, milk foamer, cutting boards, cup+filter coffee machine). Comfortable beds and the rooms stay at great temperature when outside temperature gets hot. Modern yet in the authentic Austrian style. Breakfast delivery was offered, parking spot was available, hikes were easily accessible by foot/car/public transport and an amazing restaurant right around the corner. Claudia was a lovely host. Shortly, we loved it all. Would definitely go here again. Nothing

• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - Claudia, the owner, is very helpful, gets in touch with the guest prior to arrival and is ready to help during the whole stay. The appartment itself was very spacious and what I loved very much was the greatly equipped kitchen - toaster, nespresso coffee machine, egg boiler, and tons of dishes/cups/glasses so that you don't need to wash them all the time (very helpful for a Mom of two small kids ;-)) Also, the place is environmentally friendly encouraging guests to separate different waste. The little wellness in the basement was just a perfect ending to a day on the slopes. All in all, fantastic! We will definitely return.
