Martin (3/5): Nice for teenagers - The view from the window So the keys where in a keybox next to the entrance of the property, but the entrance is hard to find and there is a back and front entrance. So which one is it? The text label on the key box did not reflect the name of the appartement. There are two similar buildings and its unclear which one is the right one. In the add it was written that there was indoor parking, so logically we assumed that the keyboxes where there so that we can take the keys and go into the garage. But our code did not work. went to the office but they did not understand what i meanth. I speak fluently English and German, but the crew not at all. So we tried again to enter the garage, perhaps it reconizes our license plate, but no. Back to the office. Now we understand that the key boxes are next to the management office, so got the keys, walk back around the building to the car only to realize the garage doesnt use a key but a FOB... no fob included with the keys.... back to the office... oh the appartement doesnt have a indoor parking anymore.... grrrr almost exploding from walking around the building. Ok go the keys, went for the car, parked it in front of the door and started unloading and bringing it to the appartement thats actually a tiny studio with a sofa bed... no comfortable place to sit at all but for sleeping its okish. The neigbors had a party and the walls are so think we could not sleep. The heating in the bathroom only runs for a few minutes before it shits off so towels wont dry, the shower head is broken.

Vašek (8/5): Jinak vřele doporučuji, vše v pořádku. - Skvělé umístění pár metrů od sjezdovky, komfortní ubytování včetně parkovacího místa v garáži Nenašli jsme klasické hadrové nebo papírové kuchyňské utěrky, pouze hadřík na setření u dřezu. Na WC bylo málo toaletního papíru pro 5-ti člennou rodinu.

Markéta (10/5): - Ubytování bylo perfektní, čisté, prostorné. K dispozici myčka nádobí, kávovar, obrovská terasa s posezením, sklepní kóje pro uložení kol, pohodlné postele a dostatek úložného prostoru. Oceňuji erární deskové hry a spoustu tipů na výlety, mapy, apod. Okolí perfektní, na Klínovec co by kamenem dohodil - v zimě ke sjezdovce kousek, les plný borůvek a hub. Jediné s čím jsme měli trochu problém byla sklepní kóje - tři dospělá kola a jedno dětské jsme tam skládali velmi obtížně, ale s trochou snahy se tam všechna vešla.

Donatas (7/5): Good - Good location, spacious apartments The kitchen equipment is well-worn and unclean. Bath towels smell musty. Our parking space was occupied by other cars, the reception didn't answer to ours calls or messages.

Would not recommend or come back. - Proximity to nature The bed was a pull-out futon, which was extremely uncomfortable, the noise from the bar below (stopped once we compleained), stains on bedsheets upon arrival, interior could use refurbishment, broken shower fixed with duct tape(see photo). We ended up leaving a day earlier.
Maria (7/5): Good - Location is great, provided parking, good communication there was no heating on the first night and no water in the morning (was resolved later), no coffee machine or hairdryer.
