Yvonne (9/5): - Nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber Die Auflage sofort alles zu überprüfen, ob alles in Ordnung ist, sonst kann es sein, dass man zur Rechenschaft gezogen wird. , Hallloooo so beginnt man doch keinen Urlaub. Sehr unpersönlich, alles online.

Susanne (8/5): Die Lage reißt alles raus - Die Lage ist top, auch wenn man zum Lift mit Skischuhen mind 10/15min läuft. Die Betten waren sehr hart - wir mögen es so. Es war nicht sonderlich reinlich. Die Küchenschränke waren dreckig, es klebte... Dies ist eher dem vielen vorigen Gästen vorzuwerfen, die nicht sauber waren. Aber es wäre trotzdem schön, wenn das Personal zwischendurch mal reinschauen würde. Besteck musste ich vor der Benutzung auch nochmal gründlich reinigen. Die Menge an Geschirr ist sehr übersichtlich. Ein Küchenmesser oder eine Schere fehlten z.B.

Lucas (5/5): Die Lage ist hervorragend, jedoch lässt der Service deutlich zu wünschen übrig. - Die Lage des Apartments war hervorragend, und auch die Zimmeraufteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. An zwei Tagen hatten wir einen Stromausfall, doch leider hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Der Gastgeber reagierte weder auf unsere Anrufe noch auf unsere Nachrichten.

Markus (6/5): Nice location but little overpriced, not good value for money - - clean - check in and check out worked well and was easy - rather new buildings - nice and central location - The bed collapsed on the first night because it was assembled incorrectly (it was fixed quickly on second day, however no compensation was offered) - The very bright outdoor lighting, which works with a motion detector, was set to be very sensitive. When assessing the shrubs, the light came on, so that it kept shining into the room at night. - Some of the coated pans were badly scratched and therefore no longer usable. - no fresh towels were available or offered despite that we stayed 9nights (no washing machine). Would be good to know so that we could bring own towels
Ute (8/5): - Wir waren zum 2.Mal in der Gegend und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Für 5 Personen war die Wohnung fast zu klein, da es nur ein Schlafsofa gegeben hat, das gleichzeitig Wohnsofa war. Wenn man über eine Woche hier ist, dann reicht eine kleine Handschaufel und Besen nicht aus. Wir haben uns dann einmal vom Reinigungspersonal einen Staubsauger geliehen.
Lukáš (5/5): Pěkný vybavený apartmán, který by zasloužil trochu víc péče o hosty. - Ubytování kousek od trailparku na Klínovci, skvělý výchozí pozice pro výlet po okolí. Plně a kvalitně vybavený apartmán. Lednice, trouba, televize, internet. Klidná část obce. V dochozí vzdálenosti příjemná restaurace. Výhled z druhé strany budovy pěkný. Poměr cena/výkon nad očekávání, když pominu pár detailů, tak bylo vše ok. Nedostatečná komunikace s recepcí, požadavek na dřívější check-in nedokázali během 2 měsíců evidovat a zamítli ho hodinu před tím. Následné zpoždění checkinu, ale to se stane. Recepce se omluvila lahví vína. Nepochopitelné parkování pouze jednoho vozu u 6 místného apartmánu, argumentace, že počítají 4 dospělé a 2 děti pořád nevychází, i to jsou 2 auta. Veřejný parking daleko a do kopce. Apartmán nebyl dokonale čistý, ale nic zásadního. Klasický prach pod postelemi, za gaučem, ve skříňkách. Jedny klíče pro 6 osob je také málo. Matrace tragická, pružinová, měkká. Kolárna fajn, ale držáky na kola mohou klidně sundat, kola z trailparku se tam nevejdou :-) Dětská postýlka je bez lůžkovin, což jsme se také dozvěděli až na místě.

Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed my stay at the apartments. Everything needed for a comfortable vacation was there. Clean, pleasant, and with beautiful views from the window. It's a great option for a family holiday.
