• Riess (10/5): - Maria, die Gastgeberin war bereits im Vorhinein sehr gut erreichbar, hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Sie war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunftszeit. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt, was mit einem frisch gebackenen Kuchen bekräftigt wurde. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, um die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, muss man immer ein Stück fahren. Das dazu gehörige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leckere Speisen und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Wir können diese Unterkunft und das Gasthaus sehr gern weiter empfehlen.

Modern, clean, tastefully decorated apartment with everything you might need for a long stay (incl. washing machine, vacuum cleaner, plenty of towels, bathrobs, dishes, etc.). Their coal BBQ and electric sauna added value for the money we paid. The host Maria was very friendly, responsive and helpful, but not intrusive. Thank you very much for your hospitality and lovely tasty gifts! Btw, their restaurant serves delicious meals. The only minor inconvenience is a lack of a microwave. But it was solvable with an electric oven and a stove. The apartment was spotless and fresh, but there was a bit unpleasant smell in the hall the source of which we couldn't find. We just kept the windows open, luckily the weather was nice and warm.

• Laura (10/5): Traumhaft - Nachdem wir herzlichst mit einem Kuchen begrüßt wurden, durften wir das saubere und hochwertig ausgestattete Apartment beziehen. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die abgelegene Lage und die Sauna im Garten machten den Aufenthalt perfekt! Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert!
• Nina (10/5): Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Wandern - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Der Brötchenservice war super (vor allem das Croissant!!), die Terrasse+ Aussicht waren herrlich und das Zimmer war unglaublich schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert!
• Pavlo (10/5): Einfach nur top) - Ein fantastisches Apartment! Es war alles blitzsauber. Das moderne Design und die hochwertige Renovierung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein absolutes Highlight war die hervorragende Sauna, die uns zur Verfügung stand. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön für den köstlichen Kuchen! Zu den „Nachteilen“: Es gab keine, alles war einfach top!
• Marina (10/5): Auszeit in der Natur am Besten hier - Schon das Ankommen war wie nach Hause kommen - herzlicher Empfang & es duftet nach frisch gebackenem Kuchen. Das Apartment war so gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, die Sauna perfekt für den Abend, das Restaurant gleich nebenan eine Versuchung um nicht nur selbst zu kochen. Maria hat uns Empfehlungen für Wanderungen in der Umgebung geschickt und morgens gabs Brötchen zur Wohnungstür geliefert. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg & kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

• Janice (10/5): Perfect place to welcome spring - Charming and perfect accommodation for a good recharge. If you’re on 3 AT, there’s no reception but not to worry as wifi is provided. Maria was a lovely and responsive host and the check in/out process was smooth and seamless. Upon check-in, she brought us over to the accommodation and showed us around the place/ facilities. She also provided a yummy cake which was fluffy and moist. The toilet was well equipped and spacious, with good water pressure/ hot water. Washing machine is provided, though there is no dryer, a clothe hanging rack is available. All the cooking essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar) are provided, and the cutleries, cooking utensils are more than sufficient (pots, pans, etc). Beside the Accom, there is also a sauna available for use, and free parking on-site. Do note that there is no lift, so if you are assigned the highest level, you will have to lift your luggage up for 2 flights of stairs.

• Jan (9/5): - Skvělé ubytování v naprostém soukromí na kraji obce - velmi čisté, skvěle vybavené včetně kompletně vybavené kuchyně (dokonce i ne úplně běžné věcí jako je např. šlehač mléka). Velké množství ručníků, velká sauna.

Es gibt Gebäckservice in der Früh. Die Aussicht ist toll, auch die Sauna - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Super tolles Apartment mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin - Bei der Ankunft hat am Küchentisch schon ein selbstgemachte Gugelhupf auf uns gewartet. Das komplette Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln etc. Und im Bad gibt es mehrere Handtücher und sogar Waschlappen. Gibt es nichts
• Hadmar (10/5): Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub mit tollem, neuem Appartement und großartigen Gastgebern. - Der Kurz-Urlaub bei Maria war ein Traum. Maria ist eine herzallerliebe Gastgeberin, wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute unserer Ankunft wohl gefühlt. Wir würden auch 15 Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wäre. Was ist zu wissen: - Appartement nur 10 Autominuten von Skigebiet Dachstein-West, ca. 26 Minuten von Flachau - Absolute Ruhelage durch Tal-Ende - Appartements völlig neu, sehr groß und modern eingerichtet- ins Detail geplant, alles vorhanden in Top-Qualität - Frühstück mit leckeren Croissants, Semmel und Co. wird pünktlich um 07:00 vor die Tür gestellt - Neue große Sauna im Außenbereich ist top- schöne Liegefläche- wir haben diese zu fünft als Familie für uns alleine gehabt - Das dazugehörige Restaurant Schichlreit ist ca. 70 Meter von Unterkunft entfernt- modern eingerichtet. - Die Gastgeber-Familie ist ein besonderes Highlight - danke an Maria für diesen schönen Kurz-Urlaub. Nichts. Alles perfekt.

• Sabina (10/5): - Jezdíme do Rakouska často a tohle byl jeden z nejlépe vybavených a útulných apartmánů.Vše bylo čisté, nové, velice moderně a nadstandartně vybavené.Umístění přímo v lese, kde byl naprostý klid, bylo pro nás také výhodné.Paní majitelka Maria byla velice milá, vstřícná, mohli jsme si objednat na ráno čerstvé pečivo.Velmi milé bylo uvítání, domácí bábovka a cukroví.Příjemný bonus je restaurace hned vedle ubytování, kterou provozuje paní Maria a jídlo bylo nadstandartní a velice chutné. Součástí ubytování je také sauna, kterou jsme nevyužili. Dojezd do lyžařského střediska Flachau je 30 minut, v okolí je spoustu zajímavých míst na spotrovní aktivity. Nic, vše bylo perfektní…

You also get a self-made traditional austrian cake (Guglhupf) when arriving which was soooooo good! The host also has their own restaurant right next door so if you don't want to cook for yourself you can just go there. We stayed with 3 adults and the nature surrounding is so beautiful and calming. After a long day of hiking you can then relax in the sauna just outside the aparatment. It was always clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully will be able to come back.

• Das Schäfchen (9/5): Umgeben vom Wald - Ruhe pur - Es war eine super Unterkunft! Auf dem Esszimmertisch gab es beim der Ankunft einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Der war super lecker und saftig. Wir haben den Kuchen innerhalb einer Woche komplett gegessen. Bis zum Ende war er noch saftig. Also ein großes Lob für so eine schöne Geste! Das macht viel aus. Beim Abschied gab es dann auch noch eine kleine Flasche Likör. Ich finde sowas klasse! Der Ausblick ist einfach wunderschön so in den Wald. Die Sauna und der Bereich waren toll eingerichtet. Wir konnten die Sauna in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Zimmer war super modern eingerichtet. Alles in der Küche war sauber und alles von guter Qualität/Marke. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war super gemütlich. Alles vorhanden: Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, viele Dinge/Geräte für die Küche zum nutzen und sogar eine Waschmaschine die waschen und trocknen konnte. Großes Lob dafür! Das Bett war für unser Geschmack recht hart. Wir haben leider nicht so gut darin geschlafen. Nur in der Unterkunft gab es WLAN. Internet oder Telefonempfang, sobald man außerhalb war, gab es nicht. Zur Sauna gab es keine Beleuchtung und wir mussten mit Handylicht den Weg dorthin beleuchten. Wäre toll wenn man Licht oder Lichterketten anbringen würde damit man was sieht. Günstig ist das Übernachten dort auch nicht, aber dafür gibt es schon einiges was wirklich für die Unterkunft spricht. Ein Tipp um den Aufenthalt noch mehr upzugraden: Ein Whirlpool wäre dort auch der Hammer, neben dem Saunabereich.

L'host Maria è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e ci ha accolto con una torta buonissima! Super consigliato per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Sicuramente ritorneremo. nulla.

• hala (8/5): מושלם אבל רק ליומיים לא מעבר - מקום מושלם בעלת הדירה מאוד נעימה אפתה לנו עוגה טעימה הגענו בסתיו בנובמבר השלג היה כבר יותר מדי מזל שיש גלגלים מותאמים, הדירה מאובזרת חמימה ויש בה הכל יש שם גם סאונה משותפת שזה אחלה, שתי טלוויזיות ומטבחון קטן החדר מקלחת גדול, נורא קפוא אבל יש גם נהר ליד 😍 המקום מרוחק מהכל סגרנו שבוע ופרשנו אחרי יומיים רחוק מזלצבורג כ40 דק׳ ככה שכל נסיעה היא תכנון בפני עצמה אם תרצו לקנות משהו הסופר הכי קרוב גם נורא רחוק אבל מריה דאגה לנו להכל🙏

• Bernadett (10/5): Csodás alpesi tájon modern kis apartman - Csodálatos helyen, nagyon szép, modern szállás. Harapni lehet a csendet. Szuper kedves, gondoskodó házigazda, akinek a szomszédban található étterme is kiváló. Érkezéskor még meleg, friss kuglóffal vártak. Visszavágyunk, szuper volt! Minden tetszett, de ha nagyon kötekedni szeretnék, akkor pl: lehetnének kicsit erősebb lámpák, hogy ne csak hangulatvilágítás legyen. Illetve a mosdóban nagyon nehezen folyt le a víz.

• Patrick (10/5): Ein wundervoller Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. - Die Lage ist wunderbar, Sehr ruhig im Wald im umkreis von ca 45-60min Fahrzeit ist vieles zu erreichen. Sei es Salzburg, Ramsau am Dachstein oder verschiedene schöne Wanderungen und Almen. Des weiteren hat uns ein wirklich leckerer Kuchen erwartet bei unserer Ankunft. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und hat uns noch viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Nebenan betreibt sie ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit hervorragender regionalen Küche. Ein kulinarischer Genus! Die Kühe und Schafe auf dem umliegenden Wiesen bieten lassen sich harmonisch in die Umgebung ein und sorgen für das perfekte Feeling. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen und haben absolut Nix zu bemängeln!

• Zeynep Bedia Gül (10/5): Perfect Alpine stay!! - Very comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay here again. The host was so kind and helpful. The house is a bit away from town. It even has no cellular connection. However it fits with the concept, because it’s a getaway house. You’re completely in nature. Even though it’s in the middle of nature there were almost no bugs and spider webs. Stressless beds were amazing for us. And it’s also gorgeous when youre driving down the way to the town, you can see the snowy Alps. Amazing stay!!! Wifi is definitely too slow. 4-5 Mbps is way too slow for a place that has no cellular service. But I’m bot sure if it’s possible to get it any faster anyway.

• Shaked (10/5): - דירה נהדרת, משופצת, מרווחת ונקייה. המקום יפהפה, בקצה כפר וליד ערוץ נחל. מתאים למי שמחפש שקט (כ‐8 דקות נסיעה מהכניסה לכפר). יש כמה מתקני משחקים לילדים. מריה המארחת זמינה ואדיבה מאוד.

• Martin (10/5): Nádhera - Toto ubytování nemá chybu, krásné prostředí, velmi pěkné a stylově vybavené apartmány, sauna a k tomu extrémně milá paní domácí, která nás přivítala vynikající bábovkou. Navíc hned vedle provozuje skvělou restauraci, kde jsme si velmi pochutnali. Strávili jsme tu jen 2 noci po cestě z dovolené v Itálii a určitě se sem musíme vrátit na delší dobu. 👌🏻 Jedině počasí, ale to se ovlivnit nedá a i tak to bylo skvělé! 🙂

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin und ein selbst gebackener Kuchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Iuliana (10/5): - Locația se află poziționată intr-o zonă liniștită. Apartamentul în care am stat a fost foarte curat, iar Maria este o gazdă extrem de primitoare și de atentă cu cei care îi trec pragul.
• Verena (10/5): - Die Gastgeberin ist einfach nur wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Begrüßung (inkl. eines frischgebackenen und noch warmen Kuchens, der auf dem Esstisch auf uns wartete) bis zur Verabschiedung stimmte einfach alles. Wir hatten jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor der Türe liegen und es fehlte im Appartement an nichts. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, verschiedene Gläser, Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Müeslischalen, Teekanne) ebenso das Bad (Föhn, Handtücher, Bademäntel vorhanden), was extrem großzügig geschnitten ist. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Die Betten inkl. Schlafcouch sind sehr gemütlich und das ganze Appartement ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Eine Sauna gehört ebenfalls zu den insgesamt drei Appartements und dient als wunderschöne Auszeit nach langen Wanderungen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Blick vom Balkon rein in die Berge und ins Grüne. Rechts vom Haus verläuft ein wunderschön anzuhörender Bach. Im Gasthaus Schichlreit kann man österreichische Küche auf höchstem Niveau genießen. Entweder drinnen im gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wirtshaus oder draussen auf der großzügigen Terrasse. Der Urlaub war sowohl für unsere drei Kinder (unsere Jüngste war begeistert von den Katzen und Kühen) als auch für meinen Mann und mich eine superschöne Auszeit und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Das Motto unter dem Gasthausschild trifft zu 100% zu: herzlich, gmiatlich, guat! Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Catherine (10/5): A little bit of relaxing luxury in the country! - The accommodation was very luxurious with plenty of space for two. The kitchen had quality cooking equipment, and ground salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar were supplied. The sauna was another little relaxing luxury! There was a lovely outlook from the top floor appartment. Also there was very little traffic because the accommodation the near the end of a country road, only one house further on. The restaurant next door was very convenient for a quality meal, especially since the day after we arrived was a holiday and all the grocery shops were shut! Nothing…everything was fantastic!
• Or (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable, well designed and equipped apartment. Maria is very nice and accessible. We came with 1 year old baby, and Maria had all the necessary equipment for him. Bed was super comfortable. Location is a bit isolated, There are no window screens, and bugs enter as you leave windows open. Apartment is next to cattle barn.
• Adi (10/5): Amazing 🤩 - Maria, the host, was absolutely wonderful! Her hospitality was truly heartwarming and inspiring. We arrived late with our kids, and she had baked a cake for us and brought milk and cereals — such a thoughtful gesture! The place was spotlessly clean, neat, quiet, and very cozy. We will definitely be back!

• Lavinia (10/5): Wonderful - Beautifully designed apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. In the most peaceful location on a quiet street overlooking the forest and streams. My friend and I absolutely loved our stay with our two small dogs and we are already planning to come back! Maria was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She baked us a delicious Marmor cake on arrival and we received Christmas cookies on our doorstep on our second day. We loved using the sauna next to apartment too. Everything was so clean and organised which I loved. Thank you again! There is not a single thing I could say negative, everything was perfect. Thank you!

• Dagmar (10/5): Lovely place with great host - The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need! Maria is a great host and she welcomed us with a delicious freshly baked cake. Every morning she brought us fresh bread and croissants. We unexpectedly had snow in September, but due to the sauna we could nicely warm up after a walk with our dog. We will definitely come back and experience the place during real summer ! Nothing
• Sinamis (10/5): exceptional ⭐ - one of the best places I ever stayed at, everything in the apartment was very thoughtful, designed, clean, just wonderful. Maria is so kind and helpful, she welcomed us with a fresh baked homemade cake ! the apartment is so beautiful and spacious, and when you go outside, at one side there is a forest and on the other side a stream, peaceful and unique place, we absolutely loved it
• Veronika (10/5): Perfect family holiday - This stay and accommodation was nothing but MAGICAL! ❤️ The apartment was super clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, it makes you feel so good and warm there. The kitchen utensils such as casseroles and pans are of high quality which for me was definitely a great plus. The calm, the nature, the sound of the small river and animals, it was all so relaxing. We also enjoyed sauna which was perfect after biking or hiking during the day. And, last but not least, Maria, the host, is such a nice person always ready to help with anything and bringing you fresh bread and the best croissants for breakfast, if you want to 🤤❤️ thank you Maria, we loved your apartment! If I have to look for something negative, I would recommend installing window screens so the mosquitos and wasps can't enter through the windows. But otherwise, as I said, it was a wonderful accomodation!
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay in the Austrian mountains was absolutely wonderful, with the serene beauty of nature and the perfect location offering unparalleled tranquility. The apartment was a cozy haven, complete with a relaxing sauna, providing a perfect retreat after a day of hiking. Maria, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made the experience even more special with her warm hospitality. The cows on the road had no respect for traffic rules at all. Just joking - they were charming ;)
• Milvio (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a fantastic place surrounded by nature, if you love to stay in the mountain with his quiet and his landscape this is perfect. The apartment was very clean with all that you need in the kitchen, some details like new kitchen sponge, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, oil, salt are a sign of the attention to detail that I appreciated very much. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with kitchen, bedroom. a very big bathroom and a large balcony with chairs and table. It is possible to use a big sauna. The supermarket is reachable in ten minutes by car. The cake made by Maria was fantastic, perfect for our breakfast. Maria, very nice woman, she took care of us every day.

• Katerina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is fully equipped, modern and clean. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed the surroundings. You literally live at the end of the world and in the morning you can hear the song of birds and river. There are cows grazing all around and the children especially enjoyed it. The owner is very nice and welcoming. She even baked us a bun as a welcome. We felt at home here. We will definitely come back here.Thank you Maria!

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Maria is a great host! The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and very clean. We did not miss anything essential and we intend to return. Minor suggestions for improvement: - toilet paper could be stored in the bathroom so that it is not necessary to ask for it - a shoehorn would be useful - paper towels could be in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was great.

The offer is really good from the sauna, the possibility of lunch and dinner in their restaurant. Possibility to order excellent bread for breakfast. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with delicious pastries and even more delicious cookies on holidays :)

• Vrchní (10/5): Amazing place, food and nature - Everything was amazing! The apartments are obviously new and that's definitely a plus. They are almost at the end of the road (only one more house behind, but quite far) so you are surrounded by tranquility. Only sounds you hear are sheep bells, birds and mountain stream. Maria (the host) is an exceptional cooker and baker. We've already missed her croissant for breakfast. Hope to come back soon! I can't thing of anything negative.

• Oded (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! We stayed with a baby in the smaller room which is at the top floor. The room was great! Very new and modern. Big and new bathroom, entrance hall with a new washing machine, great kitchen, great bed, nice living room and a wonderful balcony with an outstanding view to the forest and mountain. Most important, Maria was so nice! Her restaurant (which is one minute away) has the best food we had in Austria, very nice play ground and a great staff. The buns and croissants she made for us in the mornings are a must! Soooo good! And also the cake we got with the room was delicious! She also helped us with anything we needed - with the room and with places to go to in every weather. We didn't want to leave! And will be back! No door between the living room and the bedroom.
