Jeroen (3/5): In dire need of renovation - The location was pretty central, the host responded fast and moved us to another room (first had a leaking toilet). Checkin was smooth. Our first appartement had a leaking toilet. The second one looked more modern but one of the gascookers was faulty, the fridge door was broken off (you could lift it off and walk around with it), the closet door was broken and the appartements were very hot. Utensils and kitchenware were very limited, I came out of a campervan that had more plates, pans and utensils.

Si necesitan secador de pelo hay que pedirlo con tiempo.

El estacionamiento es seguro. Las instrucciones para ingresar son muy claras y el joven que nos atendió fue muy amable. El precio es aceptable para lo que ofrecen. Había una toalla usada sobre mi cama, estaba mojada, con olor a humedad, arrugada y manchada. Había pelos entre las sabanas de la cama y dentro de uno de los cajones. El horno eléctrico estaba extremadamente sucio y tenía la puerta rota. El lavamanos estaba bastante tapado, queda apunto de desbordarse solo con lavarse las manos. La entrada del estacionamiento es empinada y está en mal estado, es complicado subir. Se nota que es un edificio antiguo que ha sido adaptado, estéticamente deja mucho que desear.

RICARDO (5/5): Sirvió para pasar la noche para grupos familiares no lo recomiendo. - No dan desayuno, la ubicación es buena el estacionamiento para vehículos se cobra por separado, el anfitrión siempre atento a consultas Los utensilios de cocinas ( sartenes ollas etc... ) deben cambiarlos están en muy malas condiciones, el supuesto refrigerador como tal no era un refrigerador si no un frigo bar pequeño que no cabe nada no hay una persona permanentemente en la recepción o oficina uno se debe comunicar por cel si necesita algo, como por ejemplo hubieron un par de noches donde huéspedes hicieron mucho ruido y no dejaban descansar.

Marthanifhla (8/5): - We loved our stay in Bariloche. Communication with the host was quick and easy, with very clear check-in instructions. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed, hot and powerful shower and a very well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the main street in the town. Bus system in Bariloche is very reliable and great to get around to the trail heads. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including supermarket, restaurants and laundry facilities. The heating was extremely high in the apartment and we were unable to turn it down. It was uncomfortably hot at times, particularly at night when it impacted our sleep. The wifi on the TV didn't work meaning we couldn't make use of the smart TV facilities.

Tomas (9/5): Great for short stay in city center - A comfortable desk, a very comfortable bed, and a tidy room. My room was on the first floor. The staff speaks English. Walk able to city center. Clean and tidy apartment. A lot of natural light. The view is toward a busy street, so there is a lot of noise coming from outside, as cars often pass by and accelerate uphill. At night, with the windows closed, it didn’t disturb my sleep, but it can become annoying. The staff didn’t send check-in instructions in advance — I had to call, and only then did I receive the WhatsApp self check-in instructions.

The entry procedure was easy and the instructions for the stay were clear and simple. The shower and hot water were great. The bed was comfortable but the sheets and pillows were pretty basic.
