• Stefan (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen, auch mit Kindern! Gerne wieder! - Die Lage mitten in Oberwiesenthal war perfekt! Alles war in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen! Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war hervorragend! Es wurde alles eindeutig, kurz und knapp erklärt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war komfortabel. In der Küche hat man alles gefunden was man braucht.

• Claudia (7/5): Für ein Wochenende OK.! - Die Unterkunft an sich war Ok...relativ modern u stylisch eingerichtet! Super war,die große Terasse direkt am Appartment mit tollem Ausblick ! Leider war die Parkplatz-situation eine Katastrophe..eigentlich sollte es zu jedem App.einen Parkplatz geben..Dies war leider nicht so:(wir mussten jeden Abend suchen um in der Nähe etwas zu finden! Im App.war der Geruch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ganz schlimm waren Bettwäche u Handtücher...alle Handtücher haben extrem gerochen..wir konnten Sie nicht benutzen:(
• Mathias (9/5): Schöne, geräumige FeWo im Zentrum von Oberwiesenthal - Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral in Oberwiesenthal, den Bäcker erreicht man nach 3 Minuten Fußweg, zum Skihang läuft man knappe 10 Minuten. Vor der FeWo sind Parkplätze für die Mieter des Hauses. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich ein Skidepot mit Schuhlüftern, eine Tischtennisplatte und Fitnessgeräte, die kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Von unserer FeWo gibt es einen direkten Zugang zur Außenterrasse, die jedoch für alle Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich im Eingangsbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse, kleine Küche, Bad mit DU und WC sowie einem separaten WC. Das Geschirr ist nicht in der Küche, sondern in einem Schrank im Eingangsbereich. Und die Kissen im Schlafzimmer waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten, die ich jedoch erwähnen möchte. Die FeWo können wir trotzdem empfehlen.

• Sarah (7/5): - Ferienwohnung war im Erdgeschoss gelegen, was sehr gut war um mit dem Kinderwagen hinein zu gelangen. Ebenfalls sehr zentral am Markt gelegen und Parkplätze vorhanden. Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und für 2 Erwachsene mit Baby perfekt. Heizungsthermostate per WiFi Steuerung, somit schwierig. Wir hatten öfter das Problem das die Heizung entweder viel zu heiß war oder über Nacht einfach ausgegangen ist. Das richtige Einstellen wäre mit einer Anleitung vorallem bei angezeigten Fehlermeldungen deutlich einfacher. Wohnung war hellhörig, Geräusche von obenliegenden Wohnung teilweise sehr laut. Einfache "Alltagshelfer" wie Toilettenbürste und Schuhlöffel bereits defekt.
• Janine (7/5): befriedigende Unterkunft - sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Piste entfernt sehr großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung sehr netter und schnell reagierender Vermieter bei Klärungsbedarf, schnell erreichbar trotz vollständig digitalem Check-in fehlender Stauraum für Kleidung teilweise mangelhafte Sauberkeit/Hygiene (Staubfäden hingen von Decke, Staub auf Kopfteil vom Bett, Bettwäsche Handtücher rochen nicht frisch, sondern muffig, eine Bettdecke roch sogar nach Schweiß vom Vorgänger - vermutlich die Decke selbst, trotz frischer Wäsche, Bettwäsche abgenutzt) fehlende Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmern (aufgrund des einfallenden Lichts von der Außenbeleutung und reflektierenden Schnee, extrem hell im Schlafzimmer)

• Lisa (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder - Komfortabel Gute Ausstattung Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, Check-in und Checkout Sauber Hunde gestattet ohne Aufpreis Nähe zum Skigebiet fußläufig 7Minuten Leider gab es noch Ausbesserungsarbeiten während unseres Aufenthalts im Flur Bereich. Es wurde aber auf unsere Bedürfnisse (wie Mittagsschlaf) große Rücksicht genommen. Weiterhin wurde leider der Hof und Parkplatz nicht geräumt und nicht gestreut. Es war sehr rutschig. Unser Kind ist mehrfach hingefallen. Es war eine Herausforderung vom Auto zur Haustür zu gelangen.

Es gab keine rechtzeitigen Informationen darüber, wie man in die Wohnung einziehen und wo man den Schlüssel erhalten kann. Schreckliche Bettwäsche. Nicht sehr bequeme Matratze.

• Cornelia (9/5): - Die Nähe zum Ortszentrum. Eine schöne Einrichtung. Nette Unterkunft. WC Papier könnte mehr dasein u. Die Bettwäsche war schon etwas abgenutzt

Unkomplizierter Check-In via Code, schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Parkplatz am Haus, perfekte Lage direkt am Markt, sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, topmoderne Ausstattung, perfektes WLAN, bequeme Betten, riesige Couchecke, große Tafel für unsere Gruppe, alles blitzsauber, tolles Bad, und als Extra noch die tollen Freizeiträume im Keller mit Tischtennisplatte und mehr. Wo soll man da einen Punkt abziehen wollen? Na gut, einen halben vielleicht wegen der fehlenden Schwibbögen im erzgebirgischen Advent. ;-)

• Timofey (7/5): Good - Great price-quality ratio: you are unlikely to find such a spatious multiple-bedroom apartment at that cost in Germany, even considereing it was off season. The location is perfect. You have to ask for things like dishwasher detergent or trash bags, and you have to do that often because every time you ask, you get only a couple. Washing machines and drying space are locked, so you can't use them at will, you have to negotiate that every time as well. Vacuum cleaner in our room lacked charging cable; the one we got as a replacement was clogged so much that it didn't clean anything even after I tried my best to remove the dust that clogged it. Cleaning could have been better: we found dust and candies under the sofa, and the toilet was not very clean. Also, we got the feeling that the apartment was not thought through very well. E.g. a glass door between the kitchen and the hallway that is easy to smash into (we did), or the shower cabin door that opens right onto the sink.
