• Wilma (8/5): - Goede locatie, ruim appartement, fijne badkamer, parkeren op eigen terrein achter gesloten hek. Een kamer heeft een heerlijk ruim bed. De andere kamer heeft een smaller bed. Helaas wordt het afval niet tussentijds opgehaald en worden de handdoeken niet ververst

Cuisine bien équipée.Parking sécurisé Le jacuzzi pas utilisable l'eau n'est pas chaude enfin juste tiède.dommage on avait pris ce logement pour ça. Idem pour la douche ça ne marche pas très bien. Et a monteverde vu le temps la douche chaude devrait être une priorité. Parking sous un arbre qui vous salit complètement la voiture complètement.
• ALESSIA (10/5): - We arrived at Casa Succulenta after spending 2 weeks in Costarica and we needed a place where to rest and recharge. The place was just what we.needed. it is clean, two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen , a working washing machine and a dryer. The hot tub is.a added luxury! In addition. Andrea the host was a pleasure to interact wirh: very responsive and super helpful. Andrea even booked for us the best zipline experience! 100% recommended! All perfect

• Cassandra (8/5): Very good - The bedrooms were modern and there was space to put your things. It was nice to have a tv with netflix. The kitchen has the most important tools. The jacuzzi is a nice plus. The host was very responsive and helped us with all out needs. In one bedroom it was hard to sleep without earplugs because you could hear everything from the outside, every car, people talking, the dogs barking almost the whole night. The kitchen and living room was quite small and very dark. I‘d say it‘s a bit expensive for what you get.
• Heather (9/5): Our family had a great stay at Casa Sucalenta! If visiting Monteverde, consider booking here. - Casa Sucalenta was great stay for our family of 4. We had a 3 day stay in Monteverde during the Christmas holiday and this rental met all of our needs. Andrea, the host, was very communicative and clear with each question leading up to our stay and while we were there. Having the full size washer/dryer was great! It helped with our extended stay once we moved on to our next location. It had just the right amount of amenities. Casa Sucalenta is located very conveniently to all of the tourist activities and places you may want to go to. However, it is in a local neighborhood in which the roads are not paved. Poor road conditions were there throughout Monteverde /Santa Elena. Our host, of course, has no control over this but, it is one thing that took getting used to. The property itself is behind a secured gate which was helpful in feeling safe.
• Brent (9/5): The facility made a good visit with friends better by removing any hassles about the stay. - Good location, very secure, and the property was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was also a short walk to a very nice restaurant up the street for those who don't wish to "cook at home."
• Lux (9/5): Andrea is a great host and loved the apartment - Good apartment, very clean, compact and love the full size washer and dryer and the jetted tub. Also the full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave and induction stove made if very convenient. Location access (unfinished road)

• Carolina (10/5): Comfortable stay with great location - It was a really comfortable stay, the apartment had all the needed amenities. The communication with the host was fluid and easy. My friends also enjoyed the stay. The place has a great location near the center of Monteverde.

• Julia (3/5): Probably nice when not left alone too long for the damp to become a major issue - Wifi was good, though internet dropped out once a day, but quickly came back up. Succulents were a nice touch. TV was a smart one. A massive relief to have laundry facilities. Unfortunately the accommodation wasn't habitable. Both bedrooms were very damp. We also could smell something like cat wee. But it wasn't there all the time, you'd just start to get to sleep then turn over and the smell would be very strong. There was no hot water to wash up with. The water in the shower was either lukewarm or low pressure. There was building going on outside which was noisy from 7am each day. The kitchen grill was dirty, there was mold in the glasses in the cupboards, the cupboards also smelled strongly of damp.
