Charlotte (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt zur individuellen Gestaltung - Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Ausblicken von allen Seiten. Jedes Apartment hat einen eigenen kleinen Bereich, Terrasse oder Garten. Leider war unserer im Innenhof und lag den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Das Apartment und die Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll war, dass die Fenster über Fliegengitter verfügten und es einen Wäscheständer gab, um zb Handtücher trocknen zu können. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass man täglich die Wahl hat im Restaurant zu essen (Frühstück, Lunch und Abendessen) oder sich selbst zu verpflegen. Alltägliche Dinge wie Spülmittel oder Duschgel gab es nur in kleinen Sachets. Das geht besser. Auch fanden wir 6€ für ein Poolhandtuch überzogen - da wäre zumindest ein Hinweis zu den Kosten schön gewesen. Zumal nicht gewünscht ist, dass man die regulären Handtücher zum Pool nimmt.

John (10/5): Great place to enjoy Tuscany - Gorgeous location, stunning views, peaceful and quiet. Lovely hosts who really care about the guests , and want you to be happy! Comfortable apartment with good facilities. The shower was great! It’s a perfect base from which to explore Tuscany. We didn’t eat here, but it was easy to self cater. Sadly the weather wasn’t good enough to use the pool, but it looked lovely. We liked that everyone had their own little area in the garden with chairs and shade. It made it feel very private. The gift of basil seeds was a lovely touch, Hope I can make them grow! It would be nice if a small amount of olive oil was provided. You do get some salt and pepper and a couple of sachets of washing up liquid. There was a very strong chemical smell, which was quite unpleasant.

We also really enjoyed the delicious dinner. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. What we loved most was the magical decoration and atmosphere in every room of the apartment — every detail was thoughtfully chosen and made the place feel very special and unique. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. Thank you again for such a lovely experience — we would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

A bit pricey for breakfast and dinner. It would have been nice if the pool was heated as it was a bit chilly in April, but beautiful sunny weather.

For some reason the internet routers are placed outside the house, so there is absolutely no internet inside the apartment. By simply adding WiFi extender Mesh, they could have solved this minor issue.

Tristan (10/5): Our stay was a pleasant escape away from the big city crowds. - It was quite and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Great location, close to towns/restaurants/winery. The restaurant on the property was fantastic, best Lasagna I have ever had. Having a pool on property was a great addition. No AC in the unit.

The property is stunning, with beautifully designed and well-kept gardens that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and included a handy kitchenette. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again! We truly enjoyed our time there, but it’s worth noting that there are quite a few stairs, which made carrying luggage a bit difficult. Also, Wi-Fi didn’t reach the rooms and was only available in the common living area. Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, ideal for those looking to experience authentic Tuscan charm.

Emma (5/5): There are better options in Chianti area - The views (!) and the common areas outside were really nice, ie outdoor eating area and pool. Offer some fun activities such as pasta class and wine tasting (didnt try them though but appreciate that they arrange it). Offer light lunch such as caprese and paninis. Gluten free options for the dinner. Child friendly. As I have read in other reviews the owners will likely comment that all of the below is mentioned in the description of the accommodation. However, I still want to point them out as they stand out compared to similar apartment stays in Tuscany (We stayed in several others as well during this trip): Apartment quite dark (il noce). Kitchen supplies need an upgrade, e.g. the cooking knives were really dull and we missed a coffee maker or a moka coffee maker for two people. Wifi doesnt work in room. 150 eur deposit having to be paid in cash, very inconvenient and difficult to understand Why they need it in cash when they have a cash machine. Dinner only set 4 course menu for 40 eur per person excl drinks (OK dinner but not more than that). Would be more convenient for guests with a la carte menu.

Jedyną rzeczą, która wprowadzała trochę napięcia, była wcześniejsza wiadomość z długą listą zakazów oraz folder w apartamencie zawierający wiele zasad, na które trzeba było szczególnie uważać. Choć rozumiemy troskę gospodarzy o porządek i komfort wszystkich gości, to taka forma mogła sprawiać wrażenie zbyt rygorystycznej.

monika (10/5): Wundervoller Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder. - Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll gelegen und bietet einen großartigen Blick auf die Chianti Region. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gemütlich in alten Gemäuern untergebracht. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, es gibt viele Planzen und schattenspendende Bäume. Man findet im Außenbereich viele, sehr gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, einige davon privat, andere in Gemeinschafts Bereichen. Auch von der Terrasse im Restaurantbereich aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Landschaft. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren köstlich. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön, er bietet zudem viele gemütliche Liegemöglichkeitrn mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen auch der Pastakurs.

Maximilian (8/5): Authentic Tuscany Stay - Romitorio di Serelle gives you exactly the tuscany vacation vibe you're looking for with its beautiful location in the vineyards. Very authentic rooms and overall facilities just fit into the expectations you have when aiming for a stay like this. Don't underestimate the need of an A/C, as the ventilators provided did not help much with the heat in the rooms. Additionally moskitios will find their way into the room although they installed nets in the windows. This combined might gives you a hard time at night. Dinner was good, but nothing too special for the price.

Warm hospitality, a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views, a woodland play area for children, and cozy, charming, and well-maintained accommodations. Breakfast is good (at an extra cost), though I would suggest adding a few more healthy options.. The only aspect that could be improved is the clarity of pricing for extra activities, such as the wine tasting (€35 per person, a very fair price for the experience, but not clearly communicated in advance). Everything else was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

They set up a pasta making class for my family on a day when the usually don’t have one Breakfast you can set up each day was outstanding the grounds were beautiful, with 360 degree views of the Tuscan wine country, and an exquisite pool. The hosts are wonderful people. We had a great time at this place. You do need your own transport to travel. Please do carry some snacks / drinks as the nearest shop is at quite a distance. This is absolutely not to reflect on the property itself. This is more for information. The property is beautiful and the pictures make justice.

Susan (10/5): Great villa in Tuscany - The breakfast in the morning was always fresh, and very good. We were able to do a pasta class and an olive oil tasting right at the facility. They have wine tastings also, but we already had a booking tour elsewhere at the time. It is a beautiful facility surrounded by vineyards, the pool was perfect and outdoor seating all over the villa.

It was a beautiful location on a hill top with easy access (with a car) to neighbouring towns. The villa was very clean and private with it's own outdoor sitting area. Wish the shower room is more modern. There was no shampoo provided only shower gel.
Anastasiia (1/5): Disappointed, we'd left after just one hour - Nothing We were very disappointed with our stay and ended up leaving after just one hour. The entrance to the apartment is through an extremely narrow door, barely 30 cm wide, which makes bringing in luggage quite difficult. The apartment has tiled floors throughout, and it was uncomfortably cold to walk barefoot — there wasn’t a single rug. We hoped to find some slippers, but there were none. The host showed us the apartment without even taking off his shoes, despite the rainy weather, which did not make a good impression. Inside, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of incense, similar to that in a church, which made the atmosphere feel oppressive rather than welcoming. The apartment lacked even the most basic amenities such as sugar, salt, or olive oil. Are guests expected to bring these with them? This is especially inconvenient considering there are no shops nearby. We arrived around 4 PM and there was no possibility to buy even a simple snack on the property. There was absolutely no internet in the apartment, which, combined with the bad weather, made things even worse. We understand that this is a special place with a certain atmosphere — and we were open to experiencing that. But in such weather conditions, we were at least hoping for some comfort and coziness inside. Unfortunately, due to all the issues mentioned above, we couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere at all. The bathroom was dark and had only a flimsy shower curtain for separation. Overall, the space felt very uninviting and poorly prepared for guests. Unfortunately, we had booked for the entire week — a decision we came to regret very quickly. The host was unable to understand why we didn’t want to stay and refused to refund even a part of the payment. This experience was deeply disappointing and we cannot recommend this place to others.
Idan (9/5): A homely and charming place with excellent meals, though with some room comfort issues. - A beautiful place with a warm, homely atmosphere. The rooms are simple yet cozy, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best we had in Tuscany! Dinner was also fantastic, and we felt a true sense of home. There were quite a few mosquitoes and bugs in the room, which was a bit bothersome, and the cleanliness was not perfect. Additionally, we initially received a room with a shower that was uncomfortable and close to a noisy family, which impacted our comfort. The wonderful staff addressed the issue and upgraded us to a more spacious apartment for an additional fee. This upgrade definitely improved our stay and made it much more enjoyable.

Elfie (10/5): Our Tuscan Delight 🍇🍷🌅 - The historical architecture of the property gives you the feeling of stepping back in time. The restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had dinner and breakfast. We were offered a delicious selection of Tuscan specialties. You truly get excellent value for your money. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by gentle hills and vineyards, it provides stunning views and the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. We all had an unforgettable experience that we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Tuscany. There was nothing we really didn’t like but here are some suggestions to even top our experience: 1)If you stay longer than a couple days, the towels should be changed and the rooms should cleaned. 2) some small updates, like the television and some international Programms would be great. 3) Prior to arrival it should be pointed out that there are two roads leading to this place, because one of the roads is a back road with deep potholes that could be avoided by taking the exit Poggibonsi.

Sarah (10/5): Perfect holiday destination - The property is so beautiful and secluded. Its about 15 mins by car to the nearest town, our apartment had a small kitchen with all basic cooking equipment / fridge etc. So you can prepare your own meals or there is also a restaurant on site. There's a small Cafe down the road (about 2km walk). This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Italian countryside. The pool is lovely, theres also cooking classes and wine tasting on the property. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Nothing. It was perfect. I would add that there can be some mosquitoes around, so bring spray! ( not a criticism of the property, it's just the nature of the location).

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Really missing air condition in hot summer days. Fan isn't enough in a hot days.
Szilvia (7/5): It’s not a house, only and apartment, but otherwise it’s good - Beautiful location, clean swimming pool, fresh air. It is NOT a house/separate holiday home, as stated on the Booking profile, but an apartment. Windows are small and positioned high above your head so there is no view from the apartment, only from the garden. There was no salt, no sugar, no dishwash liquid in the apartment, which is unusual in such accommodations without meals.
Rouse (10/5): Idyllic Tuscan Retreat - Owners/Staff are all lovely. Views are incredible. It's slightly off the beaten track so feels nicely secluded. The pool is perfect when weather gets too hot They offer some great experiences too, Olive Oil tasting and Pasta Making we're brilliant. Dinner there is great, better than most of the restaurants we visited. It's in a great spot for those venturing out to visit other places by car. Nothing not to like!
Piyush (10/5): Exceptionally scenic location - Exceptionally scenic location overlooking the vineyard on one side and valley on the other. Beautiful and aesthetically built, teeming with flora and fauna. We had the cottage with 2 rooms and even the view from the rooms was scenic. Ample space to park your car for free. Nothing in particular, the only minor challenge is dragging your luggage to the room.

We stayed in 2x rooms because it was so popular we had to split our booking. The brekky was delicious! Staff were so helpful. Nothing it was great! Didn’t have salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid for the kitchen, but very minor.

It was very relaxing in our own apartment, which had a small kitchen, eating area, and small sitting area, a complete bathroom on second floor with the bedroom and a smaller one on the first floor. There was also an outside dining area and a wonderful view of the sunset over the grape vines. We loved having the excellent food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast; and access to a beverage at the bar. The owners and staff were so welcoming and lovely. We met several other couples who have frequented this hotel for over 10 years, and we could see why. The pool was also perfect - with a great view of the hills.
Francisca (9/5): Lovely agriturismo in Tuscany - We all loved the tasty and freshly made breakfast, was the best breakfast during our travels. The property is lovely with views in every direction. The pool and the quiet were great to come back to each day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our 3 couples. A little bit off the main road. But on hindsight it meant that the property was lovely and quiet.
