• Georgi (10/5): Tolle, gemütliche Wohnung - Wir buchen die Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal, da sie uns letztes Jahr sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah zum Zentrum, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber, warm und perfekt ausgestattet mit alles was mann braucht. Unser kleiner Hund ist immer herzlich willkommen und füllt sich sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse über den Fluss finde ich hervorragend! Wie werden gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen... Nichts

• Maricris (10/5): Very spacious and relaxing apartment. - The photos and information posted about facilities were accurate. The apartment was spacious and roomy. Kitchen utilities were also complete. Staying there was very relaxing and comfortable, you can hear the water flowing down a stream at the back which you can see in the balcony. The host named Nico was very nice and answer all our queries. Nothing in particular.

Couch converted to sleeper could comfortably sleep two adults. It had a quality foam topper. Bathroom was extra spacious with shower and separate tub (didn’t use). Kitchen had high quality appliances from the dishwasher, stove top, to coffee maker. Lots of windows for plenty of air flow, with nice roller shades which would allow to block light but still be able to open the window from the top. The patio balcony was amazing. Could sit there to relax and hear the river flowing. You could see the mountains from the patio when not cloudy. We had rainy weather. We had an expected late arrival and owner was very accommodating.

• John (10/5): Wonderful place - Great location. Apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Really upscale kitchen. Loved the balcony overlooking the river with a view of the mountains. Perfect for a couple. No on-site parking but plenty available nearby.
• Geneva (6/5): Pleasant - The host (we never learned his name) seemed to us a nice man who is too preoccupied with his young family to handle this role. He missed our call and text and email when we were at the door on our arrival. (He seems to have assumed we would know which doorbell to ring, but we hadn’t received any instructions and didn’t want to guess and bother neighbors.) He promised to deal with an issue that bothered us (a very bright light in the hallway that is on a motion sensor, awakening us at night) and then left town without doing so.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect apartment in great location - The apartment was beautiful! The style and decorations were simple and modern. I loved it! The beds were comfortable. Bedding soft and clean. And the kitchen had everything we needed. The back deck overlooking the river was such a delight! We sat out there both nights after a busy day and it was so relaxing. The owner is on site and he was so kind and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions about the area. We love staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and would most definitely stay in this apartment the next time we come!!
