Mas fora isso, excelente custo benefício O único problema que achei é que tem uma escada de metal para os andares superiores e tem pessoas que não tem tanta noção e sobem e descem correndo e madrugada ou muito cedo e fazia muito barulho. Mas isso não inválida as coisas boas do lugar
