Ernesto (10/5): Excelente para descansar estando en el centro - Ubicación inmejorable, con una vista hermosa. El departamento está impecable, muy nuevo y limpio. Fabián estuvo muy atento desde el primer momento. Nada, todo perfecto.
Escudero (10/5): - Bien ubicado. Departamento con instalaciones nuevas. Colchones cómodos. Anfitrión muy amable nos permitió según disponibilidad y consulta, prolongar el check out. Muy recomendable!. Sobre el edificio. Se trabo uno de los ascensores y demoramos mucho en subir. Se hacían filas para ocupar el elevador.
Rodrigo (10/5): Como en casa, pero en Bariloche! - Empezando por el dueño, muy cálido y amable, nos permitió (por que tenia disponibilidad) ingresar antes de tiempo al departamento. El lugar esta muy bien cuidado, cuenta con una cocina completa bien equipada, lugar para que 4 persona duerman cómodos (ideal para familia con 2 hijos) tiene detalles como que la bañera cuenta con sopapa antideslizante, varios juegos de toallas, frazadas por si refresca. La ubicación es excelente Cuesta encontrar algo para escribir aquí, tal vez que las cortinas, si bien son black-out, no cubren del todo bien la ventana y deja entrar algo de luz de afuera, pero en nuestro caso no fue un problema y pudimos dormir hasta la hora que quisimos
Inojosa (9/5): - Ubicación excelente. Tenía varios detalles como café o mismo las toallas bien dobladas y hasta aerosol con perfume automático y era tal cual se ve en las imágenes. La llave de acceso al departamento en forma automática,ese detalle también me pareció que sumaba. Lo que llama la atención que el dueño hasta da indicaciones de que la puerta de abajo quede cerrada... pero eso nunca ocurre porque no funciona y queda abierto. En el piso 10 hay un restaurante se ve que queda abierto para conveniencia de dicho servicio. El resto todo impecable.

Guest (10/5): Días soñados - La ubicación es espectacular. Pleno centro de Bariloche. A media cuadra de la Catedral y 4 cuadras del Centro Cívico. El depto es súper cómodo y funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario: vajilla, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, pava eléctrica, secador de pelo, toallas, sábanas, almohadas. La calefacción es perfecta! Todo funciona bárbaro. El dueño, Fabián, súper atento a nuestras consultas o inquietudes. 100% RECOMENDABLE!! Ojalá podemos volver. Fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Pasamos unos días soñados! No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
Emilio (10/5): Hermosa vista de Bariloche - La ubicación del Apartamento es perfecta, a media cuadra de la calle Mitre (principal del centro) lo que no obliga a subir calles empinadas para desplazarse desde y hacia el Centro, con una vista desde su 6to piso, excepcional hacia la Catedral, el Lago Nahuel Napí, la Montaña y la calle Mitre. La calefacción es espectacular. El apartamento tiene TODO (destacando artículos de limpieza y tocador) lo que se necesita y su propietario Fabián es un excelente anfitrión que nos esperó a nuestra llegada y nos explicó todo lo necesario y más, denotando la preocupación que pone en el cuidado y mantenimiento del Apartamento. Nos sentimos permanentemente atendidos por Fabián. Todo perfecto.

Carolina (7/5): He onky takes cash as payment - The view was spectacular and the location very central. He also allowed us to check out late as our flight did not depart until late, which was very accomodating of him. The site and the owner never explained that he did not take credit cards as payment. So, when we showed up we had to pay in cash which was not expected. Further, he provides no hand soap as you are expected to bring your own (there is body gel and shampoo in the shower). You only get the roll of toilet paper that is in the apt at the time- you have to buy any extras.

Craig (10/5): Amazing apartment, definitely stay here - This is one of the best holiday apartments I've ever stayed in. There are nice touches that are too often missing from apartments, such as hooks to hang things on, and somewhere to put your toothbrush. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, the neighbourhood is quiet but central. The room gets a bit bright in the morning, the blinds aren't quite able to fully cover the window. I'm only noting this because the place is basically perfect, this was the only issue, and it's not like most places do this aspect better anyway.
