• barbara (10/5): - Excellent location to everything , ski lifts just around the corner . Supermarket within a few metres . Ideal especially with children walking in the ski boots . We got one of your updated modern apartments in the complex . So clean and tidy . Nothing .

• Patrick (9/5): Leuke vakantie met veel activiteit! - Goede ligging, centraal in Saalbach. Vele activiteiten binnen loop- of busafstand. Met de JOKER kaart krijg je kortingen en zijn de bergliften gratis (onbeperkt) te gebruiken. Fietsen huren bij Bründl geeft zelfs 15% extra korting vanuit het hotel Neuhaus, waar de appartementen toe behoren. nvt

• Flafi (10/5): Perfect vacation, can't wait to return! - Great location. Wonderful staff at hotel Neuhaus. Comfortable and clean apartment. There is a nice stream, that runs by the apartment and you can hear it in the apartment. Joker card was included, which was awesome. /

• Carolyn (9/5): Superb - Key were collected from the reception at a hotel just a few doors up the street which made it very easy. The apartment was also ready early so we could get in as soon as we arrived in resort. The was a ski room but this was like a cupboard and we could not lock out skis away. We did not like the idea or leaving our skis and boots in this very small room so took them up to our apartment and put them on the balcony to dry before bringing them in overnight.

• Tereza (9/5): Superb - great location, spacious apartment, friendly ladies at the reception desk (which is in hotel Neuhaus), joker card included the apartment was a bit dark, the house is among several others, so not much light gets into the living room. Upon arrival, an electric kettle was missing. There was no dish soap or sponge on the premises. However, everything was successfully obtained at the reception. Very restricted mountain view. Only one (!) tea cup in the kitchenette.
• Zviel (7/5): Basic apartment, clean, no laundry facilities. - Reception staff was welcoming. Central location in town. Kitchen equipped for cooking decent meals. Large rooms and balconies. Hotel parking lot free access, few minutes walk away. No laundry machine and no dryer in the apartment or even communal. The closest laudromat is 30 minutes drive away. Sorry I refuse to pay 5 euros per shirt for your wash service!! This is critical for a bikepark vacation!! Kitchen provisions include a small salt shaker and dishwasher tablets. Not even dishwashing soap or sponge.

• Chris (10/5): Great location, but Spa is not worth it until late afternoon - Location. Clean. Staff in the hotel are super helpful. Sofa bed is rock hard. The sauna and hot tub at the hotel don't turn on until 3, so we had to make other plans on our last day while waiting for our shuttle.
