• anna (7/5): - Die Wohnung sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter war super nett und entgegenkommend. Auf spontane Nachfrage konnten wir 2 Stunden eher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, die Betten bequem, die Küche super ausgestattet und es war sauber. Es gab ein Bad mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken, ein separates WC und noch zwei weitere Bäder mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Die Wohnung verfügt über keine Wohnungstür, wodurch Privatsphäre fehlt. Man kann die Wohnung nicht abschließen, sondern sie ist offen zum Treppenhaus. Lediglich die Vermieter haben eine Wohnungstür (wohnen im EG). Verlassen sie ihre Wohnung, stehen sie direkt im Treppenhaus und quasi in der vermieteten Wohnung.
• Adrian (10/5): Ne-a placut mult pentru o saptamana la ski in aprilie - Un apartament foarte mare. Terasa foarte frumoasa. Foarte usor accesibil atat cu masina cat si cu autobuzul. Aproape de centru si restaurante. Nu le-am folosit insa ar fi fost mai frumos daca canapeaua din sufragerie nu era asa uzata si televizorul ceva mai modern (dar cum spuneam - nu le-am folosit - doar estetic stricau putin imaginea de ansamblu). Internetul merge in hop-uri. Dusul de la prima camera curgea putin pe langa furtun, sigur se poate repara usor. Oricum - niciuna deranjanta versus cat de frumos era apartamentul, zona si locatia.
• Adrian Kądziela (10/5): - Kontakt z właścicielem, do tego piękne widoki, pokoje są czyste, bardzo przestronne, a łóżka wygodne.Kazdy z nas czuł się tutaj jak w domu i będziemy chcieli na pewno wrócić do tego miejsca, dziękujemy za wszystko i gorąco polecamy. Brak uwag.

• Ligia (10/5): A rustic and welcoming apartment, close to the ski bus, with a very kind host. - A rustic, spacious and warm apartment. The ski bus stop is a few steps away. The owner is very kind and friendly and gave us all the information we needed.

• Jan (10/5): - Hubert is een fantastische , vriendelijke host. Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie en is ruim en gerieflijk. Wij waren er met 6 volwassenen en dat ging zeer goed. Neustift is een aangenaam dorp met voldoende restaurants en cafeetjes. Skiën via skibus op de Gletsjer of in Schlik. Twee gebieden voor de prijs van 1. Uitstekend allemaal. Een absolute aanrader! Niks.
• Regina (9/5): - Die Lage der Fewo ist perfekt- kurze Wege in die Stadt zu den Supermärkten und zum Skibus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat er stets ein offenes Ohr. Die Fewo ist gut und üppig ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder
• Andrina (8/5): Loved being back in the Stubaital. - Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Lovely location- views, bus stop nearby. Great host Seating to relax in evening not too comfortable and if more than 2 people it was very limited. Kitchen as described but cooking a meal was challenging.

L'endroit est très bien situé pour visiter la région, et à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants. L'hôte est très accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

• Melanie (10/5): A fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. - Loved this ground floor apartment! It is in a fabulous location; quiet, yet a 10 min stroll into town and with the most beautiful mountain views. It has everything you could need and we found it stayed cool inside during the 32C days we were there, which was a bonus. Immaculately clean, helpful owners, easy parking and a lovely terrace. Nothing!

• Edward (6/5): Good location, helpful host, additional cost. - Had a pleasant stay and the owner was helpful. As others have said, the location is good with bus stops outside for up and down the valley and only a short walk into the town centre along the side lane for restaurants and shopping. Note that the two apartments are in different buildings. The owner lives in one and his mother in the other. The main picture is of the more modern house but the remaining photos are a mixture of both apartments which is a bit confusing. We stayed in the older apartment at number two. This has a very small kitchen area with no dishwasher (but perfectly OK for our needs). Note also that, rather than paying for the whole apartment, after two persons there is an additional charge and we had to pay an unexpected extra 280 euros as we had added a third person.

• Mary (10/5): Perfect. Beautiful place to stay, very central, great value and superb host - The host was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fully equipped for self catering. All bedrooms were lovely and large, 2 with showers and two separate toilets on the corridor. It was ideal for four of us staying. Just be aware it is cash payment There is a bus stop on the road very close to the house so easy to explore the area further.
• Prashanth (8/5): Comfortable stay for a family in Stubaital - Large rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need and the living room is comfy. View from the balcony is brilliant. Host is helpful and always available as they live downstairs. It isn’t very obvious (atleast to us) that the payment at the property is only through cash. A heads up during check-in at the very least would be nice. There are ATMs near by but be aware they possibly will charge 5EUR extra for cash withdrawal.

Great location, kind and helpful host, comfortable and cozy accommodation. Also a great option for those traveling by public transport, as there is a bus stop in front of the apartment and the supermarket and town center are just 5 minutes walking distance.

• Stefy (9/5): Cozy and comfortable!!! - The guest house is well placed, surrounded by green, but really close to everything you need. Nearby there are gas stations grocery stores, and other stores. The panoramabahn cable car is minutes away, even tho it's not the noe to take for the slopes. There were domestic animals around the house. The terrace is a treat if you enjoy staying outside... The owner was very helpful and kind, he speaks German, English and Italian. If I really have to be picky and put something in this category, the furniture is a little dated compared to other places I've stayed in Stubaital, but nothing to be considered a deal breaker, the kitchen was not that well utilated, but all the necessary things were all there, the beds a little stiff for my preference, the pillows are huge, but, almost empty and the toilet is separate from the shower and sink in some rooms. Nothing serious, like I said, just to be picky.

Than from the kitchen and our bedroon there was a spectacular view of the mountain, amazing! We could not imagine a better experience and vacation, thanks Mr. Weber. nothing
