- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location would stay here again. The view is beautiful Floor in kitchen and back porch was dirty. I asked for an extra pillow to sleep on as the ones there were none existent and was told not possible. The drain in shower was blocked threatening to flood bathroom told them again and end up cleaning it out myself because of slow communication. Got a thankyou off the management but nothing from the owner!!!

Our frustrations began when we had to walk half an hour to pick the key up. The person at the office was rude and unprofessional, preferring to interrupt us and prioritise phone conversations over customers standing in front of them.
The apartment itself was below average, with cupboards falling off hinges and pillows that were so flat and functionally useless we needed to stuff our clothes into them to get them to anywhere near adequate.
Following the unprofessional meet & greet at the property managers office, we found that they had neglected to mention anywhere on the accomodation page the large and extremely noisy construction site directly next door that was in operation 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.
There was no air con or a fan, so even if we wanted to keep the doors and windows shut to block out the noise it was stuffy and stale inside. The property managers were rude and not understanding of our frustrations at all.
We consider neglecting to mention something as important as this dishonest and false advertising as we would have not booked this location had we known of the construction.
In addition to this the property owners dismissed our frustrations and lied about multiple elements of the construction, before simply ghosting us after we attempted to resolve the issue with them. We have since opened a dispute with booking.com due to this extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. AVOID this property.
- Lurdes (6/5): Well located apartment, but limited storage room - Location very close to the train station and to the Zugspitzelbahn. Nice balcony with morning sun exposure. I needed to cross the city to collect the keys, after arriving at the apartment location. That was not pleasant, mostly because we had ski luggage to care. Heating was too warm and we couldn't find the thermostat to regulate it. There were no clothes hocks to hold the clothes, in particular the ski clothes. The storage place is limited
