• Adam (3/5): Very Disappointing. - The property was clean and in a good location. The hosts were unfortunately very unhelpful. The listing did not match the apartment amenities and the host told us, he would accommodate us for the inconvenience. Instead, he simply waited till we were out of the apartment and broke off all contact. Booking.com was also no help. Felt very cheated that they were able to get away with that and that the Booking.com staff didn't even offer to help even though I contacted them many times throughout the duration of my stay.
• Inge (8/5): Good price for an amazing place - Best equiped kitchen we had in Costa Rica. A bread toaster, clean pans, good knifes... Dark quiet room to sleep in. Good shower. Excellent fridge and freezer. Terrace nicely done. We saw mot mot, kolibries and an oppossum in the trees. Very clean, fresh smell.

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, quiet, nice sheltered balcony, very well equipped. We walked into town (a bit of a hill). We used our car to access the forests and reserves. Private parking right next to our door. Nothing. It was great.
• Weiping (9/5): It’s great! - The apartment was very nice with great views. Oscar is a tour guide and he took me for night tour and morning tour. We saw amazing birds. No Uber in this town and it’s an uphill and downhill. Need to get used to the walk.
• Kateri (9/5): Superb - I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt compelled to give one for Narica apartments and Nasua tours. I almost didn’t book this place because I thought the price was too good to be true. It’s not! I paid more for a guest house in Monteverde with a private room and a shared bathroom and kitchen. This really is a great deal for what you get, an apartment all to yourself with all the amenities including new appliances and a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed lounging on the patio and would have liked to have stayed longer. It’s a very quiet residential place, a little further from the centre of town, maybe a 10 minute walk, but has good restaurants and a market nearby. A cab ride is also pretty cheap (approx. 2000 CRC, Uber is not available in Monteverde). Great for people who have a car rental because a parking spot is included. I also went on tours to the Monteverde Cloud Forest and Curi Cancha with Oscar. He is a knowledgeable guide, and I learned a lot about ficus trees and the different microclimates of Costa Rica. We saw many types of birds, insects and mammals. I went on the night tour with Johnny who was also very good. We saw vipers and frogs and more birds, all of which you get to see with a telescope. With both guides I was able to get decent quality closeup photos through the telescopes. I highly recommend.

• Nick (9/5): Best value for money in town - Great big appartment with everything you need. Nice kitchen witch allows you to cook your own meals. The location is good, just a couple of minutes from the big national parks. Friendly host. We missed a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. An extra (small) towel for your hands would have been nice.

• Lilly (10/5): A very comfortable place - The place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with basic stuff to prepare a meal, tea, coffee or even drink a cup of wine. No hand soap but there was one in the shower so we used that one.
