• Laura (10/5): This apartment exceeded my expectations! - This apartment was the best place I stayed during my 3 week vacation. They provide excellent communication. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was a dryer as well as I washer which I appreciated. The view is incredible. It js an easy walk to the old town. Although located near the train station, the apartment was very quiet. There are blinds that you can close on the outside of the windows so it it nice and dark for sleeping. I appreciated the under floor heating. There is underground parking for one car. The apartment is of incredible quality. I highly recommend it. Nothing

• Eliza (10/5): A great stay with an awesome & responsive check in staff (Ibrahim) - The property is well located, clean & well designed for a family of 4. It also comes with a dedicated carpark lot without additional fees which is great! It has a small balcony with a table and chairs and it is accessible from the first bedroom. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It also has a great view of the mountains so I can imagine having a coffee and just chilling at the balcony during the summer. I am so thankful the apartment has both a washer and a dryer which helped to shorten the laundry time! We did some cooking. Personally I would suggest the knives, cutting board & some of the cooking appliances be changed

• Leona (10/5): Amazing stay - We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is welcoming, clean and modern with all the amenities we needed including for children. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Every window has a view of the mountains. We also had our own private parking spot in the garage (plus a bicycle and a stroller room). The check-in was easy and the team was so sweet helping us with advice when it would be best to go on top of the mountain. There’s also a small playground right downstairs that the kids loved. The absolute best about the apartment is the location. It’s walking distance to the supermarket, many restaurants, train and bus stations as well as the cogwheel train that takes you up to the Zugspitze. With parking filling up so quickly around the most popular places, it’s easy and convenient to just take public transport with the apartment as your base. It’s also a little bit removed from the main street, so other than the occasional train, there wasn’t much noise and we could sleep with the windows open. We would stay here again.

Next to the town center and close distance all the key attractions. Micheal was great! He made us felt welcome and provided us a list of what to do and eat in the area. 4 nights were too short! Nothing!

Michael was very welcoming and provided extensive information on Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was unseasonably hot for September and there was no air conditioning, though I understand this may change.

This apartment has everything we needed. It is cosy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the top of the mountains. The location of the apartment is great and close to the center, train, buses, restaurants and grocery stores. We were received and welcomed at the check in time by Mikle. He is vey welcoming and helpful. He provided us with all information we needed for the apartment and the area. Also Marie helped us during the check out. We recommend this apartment for staying in Garmich. Nothing.

The staff is so responsive without being intrusive. I can’t recommend this place enough

• Dalal (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was amazing clean and have all the kitichen items (vallary and bouch) High class furniture with amazing view at the mountain garmisch. 2 minutes walk from the train station going to top of germany. Also 5 minutes walk to supermarket (Lidol) There is playing ground for kids 2 Towels provided per person (one big and one medium size). There is shutter on the window to make the room dark that can be opened to get air from the windows. The location is in the middle of downtown no need to take the car walking distance. There is halal shop near for meat and chicken and rice for muslim people. The woden floors and the outside balcony was an art really. The parking is spacious underground (every car have allocated parking ). I recommend this accommodation strongly and its worth the money. Smart TV and you can watch nitflix with your account. Every room there is TV beside the sitting room. Mickel is very helpful and kind. There is garmisch card that can be given with the appartment that gives you access to the green buses for free and some events discounted. Everything was amazing. There is also washing machiene with seperate dryer that i really liked and takes 2 hours to wash the clothes and dry them ready to wear. Washing liquids and cleaning items with plastic bags provided and sponge with cleaning towels are also provided. Loved it to the maximum. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Hair dryer is provided. I will come again next vacation. Nothing

• Tara (10/5): Great option for Garmisch! - We had a great stay in this lovely apartment! The host met us to hand over the keys and show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. He was also helpful with restaurant recommendations and bringing by some extra bedding quickly that housekeeping had forgotten to include. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness). The apartment was really comfortable and it was so nice to have the extra half-bath for getting ready in the mornings, plus a washer and dryer for doing laundry. You could also tell the build quality was very high - nice doors/windows, blinds that kept out the light, good quality appliances, etc. The parking situation (designated spot in underground garage) was great, and we were able to walk to lots of restaurants in G-P for dinners. There's a small playground right in the apartment complex that would be nice for kids aged 2-8 or so, and you can walk to Moun10 Bakers in a couple of minutes for a really good breakfast, or to Lidl for groceries. If you're going to the Zugspitze, the train station is just next door, but doesn't disturb you inside the apartment at all. Would definitely recommend this apartment, or others managed by the same people. Overall, we loved it, but we did leave with a few suggestions. It was hot while we were there and providing a couple of fans would have gone a long way towards helping us cool it off at night. (We slept with the windows open, but did get a few mosquito bites because there are no screens.) Also, the duvet covers are nice cotton, but the flat sheets were flannel and felt a bit hot for summer. Pillows were flat and squishy, so we had to fold up a blanket to put beneath them for more support. The shower had low water pressure, so it took awhile to rinse out conditioner. Lastly, we love that Germany takes recycling so seriously, and labeling the 4 different recycling/waste bins would have helped us make sure we were complying with their sorting system. The host said it was fine if we couldn't remember how to do it, but we wanted to do it right! These are all minor things - don't hesitate to stay!!
