• Ifran (10/5): Lovely hosts, an extraordinary apartment, and a wonderfully comfortable stay. - We had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Martin’s holiday apartment and would highly recommend it. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. When we arrived, Michelle and Martin were already waiting for us and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. They took plenty of time to show us around the apartment and gave us a detailed and helpful tour. They explained how the equipment and machines worked, and also shared great suggestions for tourist activities in the area, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many appliances and everything you could possibly need during your stay. In fact, the apartment has so many useful extras, including umbrellas and even a sewing kit. The showers were excellent, with very good water pressure, and the whole apartment was wonderfully quiet. Although it is located near a train station, we could not hear the trains at all. The neighborhood is peaceful, with restaurants within walking distance, and there is a supermarket only about three minutes away by car. We also really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the windows, which added a special touch to our stay. Another very practical advantage was the underground garage, which has its own key and felt very safe and secure. Since we were travelling with quite a lot of luggage, it was especially convenient that we could take the elevator from the garage up to the apartment floor. This made arriving, unloading, and leaving again very easy and comfortable. Michelle and Martin are very warm, inviting hosts, and their apartment is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would gladly come back again.

• tereza (10/5): Excellent experience with wonderful hosts in a modern, clean, fully furnished apartment - The flat was very clean, modern, very comfortable and very well located with easy access to train station and ski lifts with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Michelle and Martin are excellent hosts and very helpful.
• Meike (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem, die Ausstattung top. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln.
• Sascha (9/5): Rundum ein gelungenes Paket aus Unterkunft und Ort zum Wohlfühlen - Super Lage zum Bahnhof mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Trotz direkter Lage am Bahnhof sind dies kaum zu hören. Super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter die einem persönlich empfangen und alles erklären was man wissen muss. Und sie sind jederzeit erreichbar für vielleicht noch offene Fragen. Für uns war alles Perfekt somit Nix auszusetzen.

• Nu Mai (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin , schöne u saubere Wohnung - alles da was man braucht für Schlafen und Wohnen. Badezimmer ist auch groß und sauber. Küche ist auch sehr modern und gut ausgestattet - Kaffeepulver, Tee , Salz , Öl alles da , was man in der Küche benötigt. Sogar welcome Schokolade. Wir waren zu fünf - ein Kind dabei. Das Kind hat auf welcome Schokolade gefreut. Draußen gibt es auch Kinderspielplatz. Zum Parken gibt’s Tiefgarage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof auch in der Nähe mit Füß 10 mins erreichbar . • Ashling (10/5): Perfect stay for family ski trip - The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable, clean, secure and warm. Centrally located close to train station and ski bus. The furnishings were as new and showers excellent. Very comfortable to relax in evenings. We couldn’t have asked for more.

It is a lovely modern, spacious apartment with everyhting you may need for a family or couple's holiday, in a great location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It is close to the railway station from which you can go to the Zugspitze, Eibsee, Alpspitze ... - if you are extremely sensitive to sound, the trains may bother you, but we didn't have any issue with it! On the contrary: the fact that we could see the trains from the living room window provided great entertainment for our little boys. We also loved the different playgrounds between the apartment buildings, that was a great surprise! The hosts welcomed us, showed us around, and they were super friendly and helpful. Also very generous with toiletries, detergent, towels, hangers and kitchen utensils etc. The place is very well kept and clean. The shower hot water is wonderful. Overall, we were extremely comfortable and had a good time. The garage for our car provide convenience. The pillows were a little soft for our liking.
