Milch direkt vom Bauern, persönlicher Kontakt zur Familie/ den Vermietern - Der Schiederhof ist eine familiär geführte Zimmervermietung mit mehreren Zimmern und einer großen Küche mit Essecke - wie am Bauernhof üblich. Alle Zimmer gehen auf einen großen Balkon mit herrlicher Sicht auf die Berge. Also mitten in der Natur. Man kann gleich vom Haus loswandern... Uns hat alles gefallen

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located on a beautiful mountain side which is great for families with children. In wintertime you may go sledding just behind the house all day long and not get bored. The slope is long and steep enough. If you like skiing, Schmittenhöhe is within 15 minutes drive by a car or you may catch a ski-bus which is free. In the ski-room you may use a special ski-boots heater which dries them over night. This place itself is like a little museum, old furniture, pictures and other decoration, plus the house is a traditional Austrian house which you may see everywhere is Alps. However, it is in a perfect condition - all works just fine and is well designed. Our family loved it. Everything in the bathroom is very clean and looks like it was installed yesterday. The rooms are nice, big and bright with access to a balcony. Kitchen is another big advantage. You will find whatever you need to cook, huge number of plates in all sizes, cups, glasses, all hardware, toaster, bread cutting machine, oven, etc. There is also a big table for 8 to 10 people there. The host is very friendly and helpful and speaks English very well. It is a bio-farm so you may find normal farm animals like cows, chickens and cats. The place is excellent if you look for quiet living in a sensible distance from civilization. Literally nothing. We got exactly what we expected.

• N (9/5): Superb - Nice location and hospitality. Very well equipped kitchen. There is no leaving room in the apartment. The apartment is a 2nd floor in a family house and you hear the host family and children's also during the night.

• Ioanna (10/5): Great place for travelling the High alpine road - Amazing location (perfect for driving the High alpine road) and a lovely family. Just be a bit more careful with the location in google Maps. If you arrive in the evening it might be difficult to spot the apartment. It reaches the apartment via another street which is closed (Private). I recommend the host to create a small map with the right street. Nothing to complain about. Just a small note: In the description it is stated that there are 2 bathrooms. But one is the WC and one is the shower bathroom.
• Roos (10/5): We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful holiday home and these surroundings! - We had a perfect holiday, everything was exactly what you would want for a great stay. The appartment was really big with nice spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and a big balcony. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast with fresh milk from the farm’s cows and fresh eggs. The surroundings are beautiful, stunning mountainviews and so much to do nearby. We recommend bying a Salzburgerland card which gives entry to many activities in the area such as swimming pools, musea, klamms and also the gondola’s for going up the mountains.
