Guest Reviews
- Stu (10/5): Quality rustic country get away - Great get away in tiny home.
Amazing view A little bit of work to find the place, host was great.
- Trudy (8/5): Very good - Better signage needed for night vision.
- Sonia (1/5): Terrible. Do not stay here! - The view Dirty, no clean water, no hot water for a shower. Fridge was a tiny car fridge. Couch was broken and there was rubbish left outside. Owners were uncontactable. Not as advertised and a complete rip off. Was so bad we had to leave and find alternative accommodation.
- Travis (8/5): Very quiet and satisfying. -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Lovely view Needs better instructions for finding location (in the dark)
- Hemanta (10/5): Very nice loved it - Great location Toilet wouldn't flush properly
- Luisa (8/5): Very good - Great view
- Marion (8/5): The peace and tranquillity was awesome - The setting was spectacular.
It was a big adventure for us oldies. There was nothing to dislike.
It took us back to our childhoods. We forgot to check the hot water so the shower was very cold but we laughed so much it wasn’t an issue. We know the book says call the Managers but why bother. We saved water by having a 2 minute shower. Good experience
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caitlin (1/5): Bad - Not much Miss leading photos
- Emily (8/5): Wonderful experience, perfect for a weekend getaway. Lovely hosts. Gorgeous spot. - Absolutely stunning and serene location with beautiful view and friendly, cheeky animal visitors! Bed was super comfortable and house got really warm with the pot belly stove. The water pressure in the kitchen sink. That’s all.
- Tracey (6/5): Pleasant - Great view relax beautiful Not happy Bec no water and not good for old people Bec climbing up and down for toilets
- Stephanie (7/5): Such a fun experience, beautiful view very quiet location. Hosts were very accommodating - The view was breathtaking, it was so quiet it made relaxing so easy. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Could of done with a deep clean
- Alissa (10/5): one of the best trips and experiences ever in Victoria absolutely loved it - the views, the privacy, the hosts, the price. overall everything exceeded our expectations by far was amazing the power running out was the only downfall
however we were using a lot of electricity, it could
of easily lasted us longer!
- Natasha (7/5): Nice experience in our tiny house - Great to escape from the city and feel the peacefulness of the countryside. Great set up in tiny house - it was our 1st time in one. Nice to have a little fire for the cold winter's night. Communication with hosts was easy. It was our first time in a tiny house so didn't know what to expect really. The toilet was an interesting experience and no hot water to wash dishes.
- Kylie (7/5): Good - Location was wonderful. Views were amazing. It was great to be in nature on the farm and seeing all the animals. The tiny house was lovely. The drinking water smelled like Sulphur- we weren't game to drink it -luckily we had some drinking water with us.
The composting toilet had a plastic bag in it.
With no other heating- a small amount of firewood for no extra cost would have been appreciated.
- Noemi (9/5): lovely sunset views -
- Manmeet (9/5): wonderful stay!! - location was beautiful !!
- Jasjeet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rowdat (7/5): Good -
- Sarika (6/5): Lovely stay, thank you. - Location was excellent. Very removed, just gorgeous. It was wet and windy on the day, but I felt quite safe in the tiny house.
Fireplace was easy to use.
The contact person was super responsive and quite helpful, via messages. Extra firewood was stored outside, exposed to the rain. So I couldn't find it until I was checking out the next day and when I did, it was wet.
Kitchen utensils could do with a bit of sprucing up. The hot water kettle is quite rusty. Please consider replacing it.
The linen did not seem like it was freshly washed.
- Linda (7/5): it’s a busy goat farm so slight over look on tiny house setup especially when buying to stay!Stunning location great vie - entertaining instructions to find the right gates. a SUV/4WD recommended fire pit half an effort that fell apart
lack of attention to battery being charged & gas running out., so no shower no hot cuppa!
- Teagan (7/5): Defiantly worth the experience - Beautiful spot up in the hills. Was stunning to watch the sunset Did not prepare ourselves for the weather to be so cold. Make sure to rug up in winter
- Jamie-lee (9/5): Superb -
- Bella (5/5): Overall a bit disappointed, but pleasent scenery. - Everything was set up nicely. Complimentary wood both nights we stayed for the inside fireplace. Herbs and spices, coffee tea and sugar, available too. Linen was clean and bed was very comfortable and spacious. The inside fireplace wasn't cleaned therefore didn't work properly, my partner ended up emptying out all the charcoal. Fridge did not cool down our supplies. Shower head needed cleaning as the water came out in all directions and in a dribble. We arrived and checked the battery power, 46%, and were woken at 4am by a loud beeping to say the battery was low. Then the following night we lost all power at 9pm meaning no hot water, lights, or fridge. The smoke alarm went off multiple times even with the door and windows open. The inside of the kettle wasn't clean at all, limescale all throughout. The soap bottle in the shower was empty. The shower also drains straight out to the ground under the tiny home.
