• Aria Vink (9/5): - Heel netjes, schoon, fijne bedden als je van iets harder matras houdt. Lekkere sauna en heerlijk zwembad! Jong personeel, goed Engels, heel vriendelijk. Super lekker gegeten, al was het restaurant bijna leeg...wij vonden dat na een drukke dag niet erg. De locatie is prachtig, je kunt niet echt veilig een wandeling maken vanuit het hotel, omdat die langs een drukke weg ligt (van het geluid weinig last, resort ligt verder naar achter net grote tuin ertussen. Maar met 10 minuutjes in de auto zijn er prachtige hikes te maken vanuit Llogara National park! Wij bleven 2 nachten op onze rondreis door Albanië.

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue sur montagne, or la chambre donnait sur un espèce d’entrepôt. Montagne cachée par des arbres. De plus, mal insonorisé, des enfants criaient tard dans les couloirs.

• Sonittas (10/5): - Pięknie położony hotel, otulony górami. 2 baseny wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny, czyste i bardzo przestronne pokoje, proste, smaczne śniadanie. Idealny na rodzinny nocleg. Blisko do Dhermi i Wlory. Czas otwarcia wewnętrznego basenu 11-20 trochę krótki, ale mimo tego udało się skorzystać.

Przemiła obsługa, śniadania - Dostęp do sauny, przy niepogodzie w maju można było odpoczywać na basenie lub saunie. Jedynym małym uniedogodnieniem było : Brak haczyków na ręczniki lub szlafroki, Brak czajnika w pokoju na kawę Mały, Niezagospodarowany balkon
• Fabian (9/5): Super - Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bon petit déjeuner. Grand parking. La piscine extérieure et intérieur, et ainsi que le sauna sont vraiment agréables. Dommage pour l’accueil qui est à revoir.

• Debosscher (10/5): On reviendra ! - L’extérieur, notamment la piscine et la devanture de l’hôtel, est magnifique. Les lits sont très confortables. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et accueillant. La nourriture, aussi bien au petit-déjeuner qu’au restaurant, était délicieuse et proposée à des prix très abordables. Je vous conseille de privilégier une chambre avec vue sur la piscine. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique depuis les étages, mais il y a malheureusement une entreprise située juste derrière l’hôtel, ce qui n’est évidemment pas de leur ressort. Cela dit, les agréables espaces extérieurs du restaurant et du bar permettent largement d’en profiter sans rester enfermé dans sa chambre.
• Sarah (8/5): Très bel hôtel - Chambre très spacieuse, grand lit confortable. Linge de toilette changé tous les jours. Bouteilles d'eau et réfrigérateur. Peignoirs et petits chaussons. L'hôtel est très beau avec une très jolie vue. Bon petit déjeuner avec ce qu'il faut pour tous les goûts. Piscine intérieure chauffée avec salle de sport. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Le serveur du petit déjeuner était gentil et souriant. Piscine extérieure non chauffée mais sympa avec transats pour prendre le soleil. Sauna et hammam (le hammam ne fonctionnait pas et n'a pas été réparé durant notre semaine), pas de grande importance pour nous mais pour ceux qui aiment dommage. Petit bémol également durant notre semaine ni la douche, lavabo et wc n'ont été nettoyés. Il y avait une TV malheureusement impossible à mettre en français. Nous partions à la journée et le soir cela aurait été sympa de pouvoir la regarder un peu.

• Radim (6/5): - Very good breakfast We had one of the best rooms just above the entrance. We stayed 5 nights, 3 of them were really terrible. Some other visitors were very loud in a deep night, walking throw whole hotel singing, yealing, they were also knocking on a main door over one hour at night trying to get in. No one cared about that, no rules were taking care about that. At the end, personel before 6am were moving chairs at loby trying to prepare breakfast which was also very very loud. The hotel is wery nice, but the nights were very very busy.

• shanti (8/5): - Mooie, schone kamers. Prachtig zwembad buiten en de spa is ook heerlijk. Het personeel (oogde) erg jong en misschien wat onervaren. De meeste waren heel attent maar een aantal voornamelijk bij de receptie gaven je geen blik. Daardoor is het ontvangst niet heel hartelijk. Bij het restaurant daarintegen zijn ze heel vriendelijk!

Très bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner, personnel serviable et agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'acces au sauna, hammam et piscine intérieure. A noter que la piscine extérieure était déjà également ouverte Temps d'attente peut être un peu long le soir au restaurant, mais rien de grave. Tout le reste est parfait

• Elisabeth (4/5): - Der Spa-Bereich hat so gestunken und es war sooo klein. Die Duschen im Spa waren kaputt. Der Spa Bereich ist auch so überschwemmt mit Wasser, dass man im Wasser steht. Eklig. In der Sauna nutzen die Menschen kein Handtuch und gehen mit Badehose rein. Außerdem entsteht schon Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Zimmer haben nach Farbe gestunken, giftig? Außerdem war das Abendessen nicht gut. Einige Gerichte kamen nicht an. Das Personal war unfreundlich und sehr jung. Wahrscheinlich nicht erfahren. Die Fotos täuschen auf jeden Fall. Das Hotel befindet sich noch im Bau aber geht schon überall kaputt.

La distribución y conexiones son muy insólitas . Para llegar a algunas habitaciones del segundo piso debes tomar dos ascensores diferentes ….
• Dominique (10/5): Geweldig! - Heerlijk hotel, goed ontbijt en een heerlijke wellness. Personeel was ook erg aardig! De gasten die er ook waren, gebruikten hun barsten, ‘s nachts en vroeg in de ochtend. Hier mag wel beter op gemonitord worden. De accomodatie straalt heel veel rust uit en dat haalt het wel wat onderuit.

• Dhimiter (10/5): Soggiorno super consigliato 5 stelle piene - colazione veramente top, posto bellissimo super nuovo e moderno, penso di non avere mai trovato uno staff cosi disponibile in tutti i viaggi che ho fatto, pulizia perfetta, la spa e la piscina sono meravigliose, Paula la receptionist è stat super disponibile in tutto il soggiorno e tutto il gruppo che eravamo in 30 si è trovato meravigliosamente bene. Quando ritornerò sicuramente soggiorno nuovamente qui. Stra stra consigliato !!!

• Algirdas (4/5): - outside view was perfect We booked two rooms with balcony and poolview, got only one with garden view. The other room was with half window and no balcony. Also the room size was not as deacribed, it was smaller. We tried to talk about the problem at the desk, but girl was very rude, and our room was left the same, even that we paid more for better rooms. The smell in the room was not good, but the cockrouch in room number 102 was very friendly kind and polite, you should consider making him manager of the hotel. Other hotel staff was kind, and willing to help.

• Gerard (7/5): Kon beter - Binnenbad en fitness, uitzicht. Ontbijt kon beter. Kamers op de 1e verdieping hebben een balkon, kamers op de tweede verdieping hebben een soort nis. Buitenbad was gesloten. Savonds veel lawaai op de gang. Hotel kan hier niets aan doen. Ligt aan mensen die geen rekening houden met andere gasten

• Emilia (8/5): Śniadanie - Piękna lokalizacja, spa basen na wysokim poziomie, miła i pomocna obsługa W płatnej wersji śniadania była do wyboru albo kawa albo cherbata. Jeśli wybrało się cherbate to trzeba było płacić za kawę. Byłoby lepiej dla gości aby zapłacili kilka euro więcej i mieli wliczone w cene śniadania kawę i cherbate. W pokojach hotelowych nie było szklanek na wodę.

• Coudron (8/5): - Le complexe est impeccable et très récent, la piscine intérieure et le sauna hammam inclus sont très appréciables, les chambres étaient très spacieuses. Le personnel est souriant et serviable Rien à faire autour sans voiture, le petit déjeuner et le service au restaurant ne sont pas à la hauteur , les boissons chaudes ne sont pas en self service il faut attendre qu un serveur nous demande ce qu on souhaite et souvent ça arrive quand on a fini de manger donc le café passe moins bien, au restaurant la nourriture est moyenne , moins bonne qualité qu en ville mais rien d accessible sans voiture et faut vraiment chercher en basse saison pour trouver un restaurant d ouvert. Dhermi et himare rien à faire en basse saison, seul vlore et la balade du national parc llogara valent le coup

• Florian (10/5): Parfait - Hotel au top. Malgré une petite déception de nos vacances en Albanie, l'hôtel était pour le coup très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel toujours très serviable si besoin. Petit dej simple mais efficace, le choix peut sembler un peu limité mais pour avoir la tranquillité d'un hotel plus petit il ne faut pas s'attendre à plus. Pour le restaurant, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable, niveau qualité c'est difficile de faire mieux aux alentours, il faut aller sur la plage de Vlore pour trouver des équivalents pour varier. Petit bémol sur les quantités qui varient beaucoup selon les plats.. Et pour les équipements, encore très bien, nous n'avons pas eu la piscine extérieure car fermée avant mai, mais ce qu'il y a en intérieur nous largement suffit. Le prix de l'hôtel parait surréaliste par rapport à la qualité de service. Cela change des arnaques aux locations de voitures, entre autres.

• mucaj (10/5): Amaizing and perfect place to stay. - Everything was perfect at Acros Resort. A very cosy place to stay and enjoy. An amazing view, fresh air, quiet and very clean hotel. I highly recomend it for couple and family vacations. Nothing.
• Nadja (7/5): Super für die Durchreise - Es liegt direkt an einer Verbinungsstrasse was super war für unseren Weg in den Süden außenrum ist sonst nichts. Man hat defitniv seine Ruhe dort und die Betten waren sehr bequem Der Innenpool und die Sauna waren toll, das Dampfbad hat etwas gerochen . Obwohl es warm war, waren draußen noch keine Liegen aufgebaut. Hinter dem Hotel hat man eher einen vermüllten Ausblick aber es ist ruhig.

• Becci (8/5): A beautifully located small family hotel - The location has spectacular scenery. The room was clean, well-kept and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gym and indoor pool facilities were modern and well maintained. The food in the restaurant in the evening was freshly cooked, delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast selection was sparse (possibly due to it being out of season), I arrived towards the end of the serving time and everything was cold. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and when you ask for coffee, we were sometimes charged and sometimes it was complimentary - this seemed to depend on who you asked. For all but the last day of our stay, staff were happy to open the indoor pool and gym for our family in the morning. On our last day, we were turned away abruptly, which was extremely disappointing for our young children. We booked the deluxe quadruple room with pool view which from the pictures, should have had a partition. The room we were given had no partition and no pool view. In the hotel's defence, we didn't bring this up with the hotel as couldn't be bothered to change rooms.

• Monika (10/5): Idealny wypoczynek - Pięknie położony hotel. W otoczeniu gajów oliwnych, z jednej strony widać w oddali ośnieżone szczyty, a z drugiej zatokę. Cicha okolica idealna na odpoczynek. Hotel bardzo zadbany i pięknie się prezentuje. Bardzo czysty. Na miejscu niczego nie brakuje. Jest restauracja, basen kryty i małe spa, a także basen zewnętrzny. Bardzo wygodne łóżka -dawno nie spaliśmy tak dobrze. Smaczne śniadania. Sympatyczny personel. Dodałabym tylko jakieś wieszaki w łazience na wysuszenie kostiumów kąpielowych.
• giuseppe (10/5): séjour au top - personnel aux petits soins, hôtel magnifique d’un point de vue extérieur, belle chambre spacieuse pour 4, petit frigo … vraiment rien à dire le spa , la salle de sport et la piscine sont très agréables, piscine extérieure magnifique, petit dej simple et efficace et restauration au top nous avons réservé 2 nuits au départ … puis sommes revenue 2 nuits supplémentaires car nous nous y sentions vraiment bien rien

• frederique (10/5): Je recommande vivement - Excellent séjour avec vue sur les montagnes imprenables. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le restaurant excellent, le personnel toujours disponible et très accueillant. Idéal pour un séjour en famille : spa, proximité pour randonnée en montagne et proche de la mer.

• Jeremy (9/5): Superbe hotel resort - Superbe hôtel resort au pied des montagnes et assez proche de la mer. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 (en famille) accès piscine et sauna a tous moment de notre séjour, nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. le Petit déjeuner buffet était copieux et bon. Le personnel très bien et sympathique. Possibilité de mangé au restaurant le soir.
