Very detailed instructions for all aspects of our stay. Perfect for two families, plenty of space. Views were amazing, kids enjoyed feeding the cows and seeing all the wildlife.

• Tanya (10/5): Magnificent property in such a beautiful location with wonderful hosts. - Thirlestane was exceptional. The house is beautifully styled and well-stocked. It had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There were so many sections in the house to enjoy, from morning tea in the sunroom to drinks on the deck, Finska on the lawn, Friday night footy on the big screen, and a stroll through the paddocks down to the dam. The cows came to visit, the chickens provided fresh eggs and the honey from the bees was delicious. It was a wonderful, peaceful weekend in the country.

• Alicia (10/5): Highly recommend!! 10 out of 10! - When I read the amazing reviews, I thought they all sounded too good to be true! But I can confirm Thirlestane Farm Cottage and Barn meets and even exceeds all of the great reviews. We recently visited with our four kids under seven. From start to finish, we loved every minute of the holiday. Excellent communication from the owner. It was great to have so much space for the kids to run around and just be loud, energetic kids without having to worry about other guests. And after a busy year, the spectacular views and relaxed, homely space was just what we needed. Amazing coffee is a three minute drive away at The Bus Stop and Cooroy in an eight minute drive away with an art gallery, brand new adventure playground and the Cooroy Brewery where we celebrated our son's birthday and can also highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

• Jacquelyne (10/5): Amazing stay and the best property l have stayed at since being on booking.com - This property is absolutely amazing and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay one you won’t forget. With the two detached self contained accommodation types being an old renovated cottage and a modern style barn there was ample space to enjoy with family and friends. The outdoor cinema area is an absolute must while staying here and also experienced an outdoor bath for the first time. The hosts are dedicated to making sure your stay is very special and will go over and above to make this happen - thank you so much to hosts Tee & Stephen for making my 60th so special and will definitely be back.
• Stacey (10/5): A beauty county cottage in a quite location set atop the hills in Cooroy. - Our stay at Thirlestane Farm Stay was perfect. Every detail of the cottage and barn has been well thought out. Everything you needed was there. The location is private and you are able to fully relax. Sitting around the fire pit at night star gazing while roasting marshmallows is a memory our families will cherish for years to come.
