Guest Reviews
- Chrisanthy (10/5): So peaceful and such a lovely place to wake up to - We stayed for one night with our dog and had a lovely experience. The property was peaceful, relaxing and very welcoming, making it the perfect stop over on our road trip. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Although, it's a bout 5 minutes from town, we actually loved that it felt tucked away and quiet - it added to the charm. We would definitely recommend staying here, whether you are travelling with or without a dog. Nothing
- Rob (9/5): Wonderful -
- Rod (9/5): Was a very cosy cabin with no road noise.. perfect for an overnight stay or a couple of days.close to town but far enoug - Close to town and no road noise…A very cosey cabin with a fire place..
Would Definately stay again Nothing to comment it met our expectations
- Barry (8/5): -
- Huie (10/5): Will stay again - Very clean , very peaceful, close to town Nothing
- Teresa (10/5): Excellent - A great place to stay not far from the centre of Glen Innes. Beautiful gardens and very peaceful. Loved being able to take our dog. Really recommend.
- Sharon (9/5): - Beautiful location and scenery. Places to walk the dog. Clean accommodation with everything required for a comfy stay. Undercover parking.
- Georgia (10/5): -
- Paula (10/5): Best pet friendly accommodation we’ve stayed in. Looking forward to returning. - Spacious accommodation with beautiful grounds. Nothing
- Michael (10/5): -
- Gemma (8/5): Very pleasant and comfortable, great after driving all day to unwind and watch the sunset. - The location was as indicated, in a farm setting, very beautiful and peaceful yet relatively close to the town centre. The cottage was clean and comfortable and easy to find what we needed. There is no cooking facility beyond a microwave oven and an outdoor bbq. A small stove top would make it very enticing for us to come again and stay longer so we could cook some of our meals. There would be space to install something.
- Leonie (10/5): Gre s - Very good . Nothing to improve N a
- Elizabeth (10/5): Peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings - Quiet ,peaceful , very clean Nothing
- Long (10/5): Excellent - Location was amazing with excellent facilities. Home away from home!!
- Bonnie (9/5): Beautiful weekend getaway to just relax and unwind in the country. Would stay again. - This farm stay was set in such a beautiful location not too far from town but still a little tucked away. Was well equipped with all you could need in terms of cooking equipment and space was perfect for a couple with such a comfy bed. Couldn’t fault anything to be honest. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything was to expectation and further.
- Sharlene (10/5): Excellent location for a short or long term stay. - I have already recommended the location to our daughter. There was plenty of space. Everything that you could possibly need for a short or long stay was provided. The cottage was clean and well furnished. There were a lot of little touches that are beneficial to a cold climate stay (even though we were there in summer) e.g heated towel rail. The bonus under cover parking was also most appreciated.
- Trish (9/5): Very pleasant - Would have appreciated two slices of bread to m a k e toast for breakfast before setting off on next long l eg of my journey Light breakfast food
- Lothar (9/5): - Ruhe und viel grün Weiter weg in der Nacht zur Toilette
- TERENCE (9/5): Absolutely wonderful so relaxing and peaceful could have stayed a lot longer . - We really liked the location and the quiet peaceful surrounding of the farm. The hosts were wonderful and very respectful of our privacy. You have to meet Ernie the dairy bull. There is only a couple of things I think may help a little and that would be a little bit more kitchen counter space and maybe a ceiling fan in the bed room .
- Carol (9/5): Peaceful getaway in lovely surroundings not far from town - A peaceful cottage set in picturesque gardens and a lovely view of the horizon.
Well set up with all the amenities we needed.
- Mason (9/5): A breath of fresh air. - The property is amazing, it's super clean, and the location is great.
If you love a good garden?
You will love this place.
It's nice and quiet, and it automatically feels like home. The internet is a little bit patchy in the area. But if you don't use it very much? You won't have any problems at all.
- Paul (9/5): - Very good accomodation with our fur baby.
- Michael (9/5): This was a return visit and we’ll be back again. - Spacious, comfortable bed and chairs, clean, quiet and good value Cooking facilities could be better but what was available was adequate.
- Rod (9/5): - Peaceful location, close to town by car.
Dog friendly.
Will stay again.

- Nigel (9/5): An very enjoyable stay in a comfortable cottage in a pleasant location. - We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was comfortable and well located a few minutes drive from Glen Innes town centre. The outlook from the veranda across the local paddocks was lovely and the local birdlife was very pleasant to see and hear. The cottage was private but the owners were friendly and very helpful.

- Chris (9/5): Spent two nights but wish it could have been longer. Highly recommended. - Such a relaxing stay. Super comfortable, clean, and well out of the centre of town on the southern outskirts of Glen Innes. Out on the patio the views stretch across rolling fields and hills - a great place to sit and watch the sunset or have a morning coffee. Tiffany was really easy to deal with and you wouldn't even know the hosts were there ... other than a shared undercover carport. I couldn't find Channel 9 on the TV to watch the footy :-(
- Lynnette (9/5): Superb -
- Keith4000 (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (9/5): Superb -
- Sutherland (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (10/5): Enjoyed the beautiful little cottage. It had everything you needed in a quiet, serene setting. - Such a beautiful setting- gardens were lovely!
- Martin (10/5): Would stay there again. - The ‘cottage’ and the surrounding garden was excellent. We had our 2 dogs with us and it was a wonderful environment for them. The host was welcoming and friendly on arrival. We arrived in the dark so more signage would have been helpful.
- Kurt (9/5): very relaxing - scenic and quiet nothing
- Terry (8/5): In town to visit a friend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but had a comfortable night - Breakfast not included
Tea/coffee, milk & biscuits supplied Host not home when we arrived and no communication received re this.
Tradie on site was helpful
- Moore (9/5): Great place to spend a long weekend. - Location was only a short distance away from the reason we were in town. The accommodation was as per expected perhaps a bit better. Very nice views and relaxing after our activities. Would definitely stay again. Friends who stayed elsewhere were not so comfortable. Would only suit a couple in my opinion. Communication was a bit slow. Did not receive any communication about the wifi which was advised we would during a quick phone call. Didn't matter as we used our own and did use much. Seems silly to mention really.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Petrina (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely accomadation peaceful and quiet
Pets were welcome
- Geoff (10/5): Exceptional - This is a quaint, private cabin in a setting that has beautiful gardens, with abundant bird life and is full of charm.
Our dog was most welcome, and we were very comfortable. We loved it all
- Harry (10/5): Exceptional - Location, cleanliness, comfy bed, gardens were beautiful too. Nothing.
- Marielena (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in a beautiful location. We loved the cottage garden. The farm stay building was really nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Plus we could bring our dog. Nothing. Just that we only had one night and that it wasn’t cold enough to have the wood fire on!
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Convenient - Was a good location, very clean and was fantastic to be able to take dogs inside. Extra bed could of definitely been better , and as a lot of couples do sleep separately theses days an extra single bed in room ( even if it was a lounge that folds down to a bed of required ) but a nice location and very clean . Good and bad above
- Kerry (10/5): Wonderful accommodation in beautiful, tranquil setting - We loved our stay at Glen Waverly. The setting of the cottage is wonderful as it is surrounded by manicured gardens and rolling farm land. The cottage itself is large, clean, and very comfortable. We would stay again and we'll definitely recommend it to family and friends.

- Sonia (9/5): Superb -
- Lyndon (10/5): Room with amazing view - Secluded yet only 5 minutes from town, easily accessible, the photos do not do justice to the size internally, amazing views and beautiful manicured gardens. Very relaxing and peaceful.
- June (10/5): Restful in peaceful surroundings after a long drive - Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location. Wish I could have stayed for a week! Nothing

Lounge & dining and cooking area open plan. Carport adjacent to the cottage Verandah on two sides with views to the adjoining paddocks and mountains. Kangaroos in adjoining paddocks. Two hundred metres drive from property to main highway to Glen Innes and Armidale. Unfortunately there was no washing machine or clothes drier that I observed. No actual stove but electrical cooking appliances supplied
