- tibor (1/5): - Páčilo sa nám len okolie penzionu, nič viac sme osobne nevideli, pretože sme sa do zamknutého a prázdneho penzionu, v ktorom sme mali zaplatený nocľah s raňajkami, nedostali. Po hodine čakania, niekoľkonásobného volania majiteľom - bez odozvy, sme v nepriaznivom počasí museli odísť. Nechápali sme, prečo tento penzion ponúka cez booking svoje služby, keď na nás (v máji) pôsobil ako mimo sezóny... Bolo to pre nás veľmi nepríjemné - nielen, že nám neposkytli ubytovanie, ale ešte k tomu nám odmietli vrátiť už zaplatené peniaze a ignorovali aj booking, ktorý penzionu po našej sťažnosti poslal správu. Píšem to sem ako upozornenie na takéto neférové správanie - pre ďalších cestovateľov. Touto cestou chcem poďakovať booking-u, ktorý túto situáciu rieši. - ignorácia majiteľov penzionu nás prekvapuje, keďže iné recenzie ich na booking-u vychvaľujú... - ich jediná a arogantná odpoveď na našu žiadosť o zrušenie rezervácie bola: "že nášmu jazyku nerozumejú" - nepríjemná skúsenosť s ich zavádzajúcimi a nepravdivými informáciami o možnosti ubytovania, ktoré uvádzali, nás dostali do veľmi nepríjemnej situácie (penzion sa nachádza v odľahlejšej oblasti) a my sme nakoniec museli cestovať v noci na iné miesto. - nebolo nám možnené ubytovať sa u nich - preto je pre nás nepochopiteľná ich neochota vrátiť peniaze.

- Zahra (9/5): - إقامتي في Pension Zenzlgut كانت رائعة! السيدة ليندا وزوجها وابنهما كانوا في غاية اللطف والتعاون، دائمًا مبتسمين ومستعدين للمساعدة. المكان نظيف جدًا وهادئ وموقعه جميل تحيط به الطبيعة. ربما يراه البعض بعيدًا قليلًا عن مركز المدينة، لكنه بالنسبة لي كان هذا ما يميّزه ويمنحه طابعًا مريحًا وهادئًا. تجربة جميلة وأنصح بها بشدة! 🌿✨ شكرًا لعائلة ليندا على حسن الضيافة وجمال الروح! 💛 My stay at Pension Zenzlgut was wonderful! Linda, her husband, and their son were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The place was very clean, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature. Some might find it a bit far from the city center, but for me, that’s what made it even more special and relaxing. - Martin (8/5): Good value for money, outside the main rush in calmarea of Irrsee - Positive side: Big apartment - 2 bedrooms. Originaly it was 3 separate rooms, so apartment has 3 bathrooms. Nice balcony. The family running pension was very nice and communicative. Breakfast was fine (nothing hot like sausages or eggs, but we dont need it). Negatives: It is old pension, lots of equipment is used (like creaking beds or old toilets). Rooms were very clean unless you open drawer - better attention to detail while cleaning would be nice. There are animals and kids playground but very basic - dont expect that much out of it.

Linda our hostess was wonderfully helpful, gave us great suggestions for sightseeing and provided everything we needed. Really a fabulous pension. Well worth the price. Cant wait to return. - Almuhsin (7/5): I would come again but i wish internet is better and cleanliness too - The Meadows around the place.. the isolation was great and made the stay very calm and relaxing, the ease of reaching the animals and the kindness of the house owners ..they gave us free milk from the farm Wifi and mobile internet.. these were bad. Balcony and apartment should be empty from spider webs, there were so many

We picked the place just to sleep over originally but fell in love with this pension and started to plan our next vacation here. We had to leave to take our planned vacation in Italy.

A perfect place for children, large apartments with a well-equipped kitchen Cleanliness, especially of the toilets, needs improvement. There was only a little liquid soap and towels. Beyond that, nothing was provided. On the last day we left at 5:30 in the morning, we were promised groceries as a substitute for breakfast but were not provided.
