L'agriturismo è immerso in un paesaggio meraviglioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e lontano dal caos cittadino. - Albrecht (10/5): Herzlichkeit, wunderschöne Lage, tolles Essen und Wein, ruhig mitten in den Weinbergen - Die Lage ist wunderschön. Der Unterkunft ist auch sehr schön, sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. In der Nacht hat man nichts gehört. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und schlafen. Wir fanden, das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und mit vielen frischen Produkten zubereitet. Uns hat besonders beeindruckt, wie liebevoll das Personal mit uns war. Insbesondere Lisa hat sich um uns äußerst liebevoll gekümmert, sodass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Sie hat für uns abends italienisch gekocht und das Besondere war, dass die Zutaten aus der Umgebung sind von Bauer der Nachbarschaft, eigene Eier usw. total frische Produkte. Wenn man Wert legt auf gutes Essen und frische, erstklassige Nahrungsmittel ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch der Wein und Pasta sind sehr zu empfehlen. Lisa hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich. Wir können dieser Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Czystość obiektu oraz codzienne sprzątanie. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Lokalizacja wypadowa do zwiedzenia Toskanii. W opisie było dużo dodatkowych usług, tj. gotowanie, tematyczne wieczory itd. Okazało się, że we wrześniu nie były już dostępne. Drzwi są raczej cienkie. Słychać innych gościu na przedpokoju i innych pokojach.

Parkplätze sind direkt auf dem Gelände verfügbar. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich vom Eigner begrüßt der uns die Unterkunft vorgestellt hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

- Paula Valentina (10/5): La mejor experiencia en la Toscana - Podere en la Doccia ha sido, sin duda, el mejor alojamiento en el que me he quedado. El lugar es mágico, rodeado de naturaleza, con vistas espectaculares y una tranquilidad que invita a quedarse más tiempo. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con ese encanto típico toscano que hace sentir como en casa. Pero lo que realmente hace especial este lugar es Roberto, su anfitrión. Es una persona maravillosa: amable, servicial, atento y cercano. Desde el primer momento se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y estuvo siempre pendiente de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados. Si viajan a la Toscana, Podere en la Doccia es una parada obligada para vivir la auténtica hospitalidad italiana. 🌿🇮🇹

- ontourfromvienna (9/5): - Sehr netter Empfang! Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Leider war der Geruch im gebuchten Zimmer zu intensiv. Es war glücklicherweise kein Problem zu wechseln, wenn auch um in eine einiges teurere, freie Suite. Die Suite ist um einiges größer u hat eine Küchenzeile. Der Chef ist sehr bemüht! Das Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr wenig. Die auf Fotos dargestellte Terasse, ist eine allgemeine Terasse, die jeder benützen kann.

This place is the most amazing accomodation we've had in our travels, around Europe. If you want the real autentic feel of Tuscany, what you've seen in movies, read about, this is it! Cypress trees, vineyard, Tuscany hills, classic tenuta house, pool, terraces, silence, the views... The place is conviniently located, on a tiny secluded road from the main one, 50 min to Florence or Siena, 15 min to Arezzo, around 1h15 to the other cities you'll plan to visit. The rooms are better than in pictures, extremely clean, comfortable, all needed toiletries, lots of towels, nothing is missing! The hosts are the best you'll ever want, so friendly and available, with suggestions for everything you can do around, or here (you have a nice presentation video of their activities in the room). Breakfast is yumm, Italian style sweet & sour, plenty to choose from. You can go see the animals, walk around the vineyard, get some bikes for a promenade, picnics, stargazing, horse riding you name it! Too bad we dont have more time to spend here, but we will be back for sure 🤗

Gaetano y su gente son amabilísimos y cordiales. El desayuno exquisito con productos locales , las habitaciones super cómodas. - Silvia (10/5): - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare una notte presso Il Podere a Civitella in Val di Chiana e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura è davvero stupenda, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un contesto incantevole. La camera era pulitissima e confortevole, e fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità. Un grazie speciale va ad Alberto, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e la dedizione con cui, insieme alla sua famiglia, porta avanti questo posto: si percepisce in ogni angolo la passione e l’amore che ci mettono. La mattina seguente abbiamo gustato una colazione straordinaria, con prodotti genuini e fatti in casa, dal miele ai dolci, tutto davvero speciale. Un soggiorno breve ma perfetto, che ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo. Torneremo sicuramente! Nulla

- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property with great views and amazing breakfast. Very clean and the owner is very sweet and happy to help. We were there also on rainy days and it was a very comfortable place to be when driving was too much of a hassle.

- Cem (9/5): Superb - Podere La Doccia in Civitella is a delightful boutique farm hotel, perfectly nestled near the small town of Val di Chiana, Italy. Although the roads leading there are narrow and barely fit two cars, the scenic drive through the Tuscan countryside was an absolute joy. The hotel offers a comfortable and impeccably clean stay, with rooms that were remodeled less than five years ago, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The staff is always attentive and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. they need daily towel service.

We loved the donkeys and the views were beautiful. We were in the two bedroom apartment. We loved the property but it was a bit too minimalist. We were a family of 4 in the 2 bedroom apartment and it would have been nice to have a 2nd couch or 2 comfortable arm chairs in addition to the one couch that was there.

They also offer a lot of activities and experiences, so would recommend to stay several days. Very bad sound isolation between the rooms - we could hear the other guests like we were in the same room. The same breakfast every day, not too many options.

- Ceren (10/5): Quite luxury in Arezzo! - We had a 2-week road trip in Italy and stayed in many different hotels; this place was the most peaceful and pleasant place where we had a lovely time. Everything in the rooms was very carefully and thoughtfully designed and prepared, including towels, bedding, and linens, and everything was of very high quality. And most importantly, everything, everywhere, was very, very clean. You can feel that the owner and employees of the hotel care for the hotel like their home. They are very hospitable and friendly. They also gave us excellent tips about Arezzo. Thank you very much for everything, We highly recommend it to everyone who is traveling to Arezzo!
