• Thijs (8/5): Great stay in a nice room on a beautiful place with very friendly staff - It was a very good secured property with a really nice and helpful owner. We were welcomed really friendly and everyday fresh breakfast was made for us. If you want to be close to a lot of facilities and the city centre this is a bit inconvenient, but with bolt or grab that’s not really a problem.
• Peter (8/5): Hyvä yhden yön stoppi! - Kiva pieni mökki lammen päällä. Rauhallinen sijainti. Kalastaminen olisi mahdollista mutta pitäisi tuoda omat syötit. Paikkaan on lukittu portti joten joudut soittamaan omistajalle aina kun menet ulos tai tulet sisään, kannattaisi keksiä parempi ratkaisu, esim antaa vieraille avain. Varauksen jälkeen tuli automaattiviesti että alkoholijuomien nauttiminen kielletty, huomasimme viestin vasta kun istuimme terassilla juomassa olutta, soitimme omistajalle ja kysyimme asiaa eikä se sitten ollut ongelma mutta on ehkä hyvä mainita että on muslimi alue ja lähiseudun ravintolat ovat halal ja rukouskutsut kuuluu.

Про нас забыли, когда мы приехали в отель там не было ни одного человека. Мы 30 минут кормили комаров, пытаясь дозвониться хоть до кого-нибудь, нам повезло, что мы успели купить симку по пути. Да, там много комаров. Все дни нашего прибывания шел ремонт территории, было очень шумно и приходилось рано уезжать и поздно приезжать.

• Sarah (4/5): do not come here unless you have your own vehicle - bed linen was nice. had the upstairs room,so view was nice (but only nice in the green rice season. way tooooo far away from town. they dont rent bicycles or motorcycles/scooters. taxis are very expensive (100 baht +) to go anywhere near town. the tuk tuk/taxi wanted from the train station wanted 300 baht to get to this guesthouse so we had to arrange Grab instead. i absolutely do not recommend this accomodation to anyone who is not coming with their own car or has a hire car due to the expense of vehicles and taxis here. its also a constant hassle to message the owners everytime you want to go in and out of the property for them to open or close the big security gate.. there are better, more convenient places to stay directly in town, near the attractions for the same price or cheaper. i cannot recommend here and i would not come back.

• Giao (6/5): Pleasant Wind down Experience - The surrounding within the facility is very relaxing. Locate next to a rice field and has a pond. Couple owner is very nice and helpful. Reachable with app ride. Far off in village would need private transportation or use app ride. Nothing is nearby, just private residential village - closet is 3km away (get your supplies/snacks before coming) Typical Asian wet bath layout
• Chathuri (10/5): Comfy - The hosts are super nice and friendly. They take very good care of their guests. Location is a bit far but taxis are available all the time. The entire stay is so relaxing and comfortable. The hosts even dropped us off to the train station when we checked out.

• Daniel (10/5): Amazing hosts and a nice quite place in the suburbs. - The place has everything you need, the bed is one of the biggest I have seen and the price is right for what you get. The hosts are amazing, taking care of every need and wish and the breakfast is hand made by the host every morning by the menu. I was a bit afraid that it would be hard to get to the place as it is outside the city, but it was super easy and affordable to rent a scooter just next to the train station and drive to the place which I liked that it was remote as the city itself is quite intense and crowded. Dont expect big rooms, most of the room is the bed, but thats all I needed as most of the time I spent exploring.

• Graham (10/5): Peaceful, tranquil and relaxing - Quiet, peaceful location, away from the tourists and noise. The hosts were super friendly, and a pleasure to meet. Extremely helpful and kind. Nothing. Unfortunately I made the mistake of booking, without having transportation (highly recommend bike, or car… or at least bicycle….)
• Gabriella (7/5): Quiet spot. - Lovely quiet place a 15 minute drive out of Ayuttayah surrounded by rice fields. We enjoyed listening to the birds and the frogs. We were upgraded to the room on the lake which was nice, if a bit on the small side thanks to the massive (but rock hard) bed. The grounds are lovely and very well kept. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower was good and got nice and warm. The air con was good and there was a fridge in the room. The included breakfast was nice and the staff were very accomodating and helpful. We particularly appreciated the very, very early check in after a terrible trip on the night train. They gave us a lift to get a motorbike to rent and helped us book a tuk tuk to the train station when we left. We don't use plastic water bottles and they were nice enough to supply us with glass ones instead. A water dispenser would have been even better. As I say, it is a bit far out of town with not much by way of restaurants or shops in the area so if you didn't have a car or rent a motorbike it would be problematic. The shower drain was blocked so there was an inch of water in the bathroom after a shower which drained really slowly but I forgot to mention it. The door was noisy and a bit stubborn to lock. The curtains were a bit light so with the outdoor lights it never really got dark. They say there's a coffee shop there but it was never open and there was no way for us to make our own as there were cups in the room but no kettle.

• Abbie (10/5): A beautiful cabin on a lake - paradise! - Falik Farm stay is a hidden gem, just out of the city. Our cabin sat above a beautiful blue lake, surrounded by paddy fields. We are so glad we found this paradise. The owners were extremely helpful, giving us lifts into the city (15 min drive), helping us to organise transport late at night, and coming to catch a spider when asked. The locals were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean with A/C, a fridge, a warm shower. We think this accommodation will be difficult to top during our journey! IF you wanted a busy stay, this isn’t the place. Very chilled and out of the way.

• Zulk (10/5): amazing stay, will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Ayuthhaya. - The family who own this property are very kind and considerate people and will go out of their way for you. They bring an amazing breakfast to you and won’t let you miss it. drove me into town to get a motorbike too. located in a rural setting, peaceful and calm and only 10 min drive to the main attractions. perfect stay
