• Maria (10/5): Heerlijk ontspannen - Mooie, ruime kamer, netjes, mooie badkamer en mooi uitzicht via het terras. Goed bed, lekker ontbijt en ook niet te ver bij Fiss vandaan.
• Stefanie (9/5): Sehr schöne & gepflegte Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück. - Ein sehr schönes und mit sehr viel Details und Geschmack dekoriert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend: alles frisch gemacht. Große Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Früchte und Getränke. Absolut keinen Grund über irgendetwas zu meckern!! Die Zimmer waren sehr großräumig mit einem großen Balkon, wo man sich ausruhen kann (siehe Kommentare über Sauna unten). Die Badezimmer waren OK, eventuell etwas eng, aber es ging. Die gesamte Anlage war insgesamt sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir hatten auch einen überdachten Parkplatz, wo der Wagen eine Woche lang sicher stehen konnte. Das Hotel liegt in eine sehr ruhige Straße, ca. 7-8Min zu Fuß von den Gondeln zu Fiss. Innen Sauna-Bereich sah sehr neu aus mit einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (es gibt 2 Saunas). Die 2 Saunas sind an sich super schön...drinnen. Zur Infos: die Saunas befinden sich ganz oben vom Hotel, auf die Dachterrasse sozusagen... mit gewaltigem Blick auf die Alpen. Aber leider keinen Ruheraum!! Man kann kurz draußen gehen, aber das war's auch. D.h. wer sich gern nach der Sauna in Ruhe abkühlen will, fällt dabei etwas kurz.

• Kseniya (10/5): - Все было прекрасно. Очень уютный новый отель-апартаменты. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Прямо в апартах есть инфракрасная сауна, что очень актуально после катания. В отеле есть все необходимое для детей: детская комната, качели на улице, в номере детское полотенце, кроватка, стульчик для кормления и детская посуда. Из окна открывается шикарный вид на всю деревню, горы и крепость. Отель дает скидку на ски-пассы и предоставляет шкафы для хранения лыж с подогревом для ботинок. Курорт полностью заточен на отдых с детьми. Отсутствие стиральной машины, но можно попросить на рецепшн постирать вещи.

Room was marvelous, had everything one could need - a full fledged kitchen, along with a dishwasher, toiletries, comfortable beds, great terrace. The breakfast had great choice of local products, among others. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that we got free access to the cable cars that can take you up on the mountains where there were lots of activities for kids. Everything was great

• Abigail (10/5): Idealic winter holiday and coeliac/gluten free friendly. - This was our second stay in winter and the location is top. Just a short walk to the start of the ski lifts, and you can leave your ski gear in dedicated hotel lockers at the lift so you don't have to carry it backwards and forwards. The hotel and holiday apartments are all immaculately clean, very spacious and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The kids play room near the breakfast area is a great little feature too. The breakfast is fantastic and there are even plenty of gluten free options for Coeliacs on request (including the best GF croissants we've found since the diagnosis). I have to say the area looks like a great place to visit during summer and autumn as well. Nothing
• Slavik (9/5): Amazing - Amazing hospitality, very good breakfast, comfortable apartment and very nice place and view . Bar and snakes are usually available in reception. About 7-8 minutes walk uphill to gondola is compensated by close to gondola lockers provided by hotel.
• Oleg (9/5): Ski vacation - The hotel is new and spotlessly clean Very rich breakfast The rooms are big The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need The location is a bit distant from the gondola (7-10) minutes walk but there are lockers available right near the lift…so not a big deal I read in some previous comments that there is an option to use sauna facilities after the check out so you can take the shower after the skiing…but not this time. We’ve been refused. So we asked to change our ski pass (to cancel the last day) and this was also impossible due to the fact that it was purchased in the hotel. We were informed that in case of buying it directly in the kasse next to gondola there is an option for refund…but again not in our case.

• Sander (10/5): Amazing… - This place was amazing, with the following really exceptional; -Sauna - supernice setup in the castle tower -Breakfeast - just wow -Ski lockers at the lift - saves you so much hassle -Parking (with option to charge an EV at high capacity) Thank you to the owners for allowing us such flexibility to accommodate the very different (and many) wishes of our group, we weren’t and easy one to satisfy but you managed exceptionally! -A couple pillow options (soft/hard instead of all soft) would have made this an A+ grade, but this is literally the only point of improvement I can think of…
• Jayson (10/5): Definitely recommended 😃 - This property is new and modern. A lot of attention to detail. The amenities are great and clean. The sauna is excellent. The breakfast selection is delicious. Parking is in tandem parking spaces and can be tight.
