- Carlos Xavier (7/5): - Gostei das pessoas da recepção que me ajudaram, onde me alugaram um quarto no mesmo valor que o flat particular vendo a confusão feita ( Eles me informaram que isso acontece direto )pois eu aluguei pensando que fazia parte do hotel os flats, assim como tem por exemplo o impar suites de BH e chegando lá descobri que era um flat particular dentro do hotel, onde do 2 ao 8 andar são particulares e do 9 pra cima são do hotel. Acho que nos anúncios tem que colocar explicitamente que a hospedagem será particular feita por uma pessoa e não pelo hotel , pois como eles usam as fotos da estrutura do hotel até por exemplo da academia e a gente não pode usar.

Banheiro com alguns problemas: tampa do vaso solta, ralo do box meio entupido, e rejuntes do box não estavam bem limpos . Tv somente com canais abertos, nenhuma opção de cabo. Ruim . Café da manhã e estacionamento pagos a parte.

- Priscila (6/5): Pleasant - - the code key provides easy access, and less friction regarding check-in; - the building has great facilities, parking, pool, gym, all with easy access; - the owner provides good items that others flats don't, like towels, soap, blanket; - the location is perfect to go anywhere in the city, with bars, restaurants and bakery near by. - the bed is missing maintenance, is not so comfortable; - the bathroom also needs some maintenance, the shower lacks water pressure and will get very hot or very cold randomly;

Quite expensive for what it is! especially the breakfast. Please be warned! you can not pay at reception for your stay, only PIX or bank transfer between your self and the host, It was not the ideal situation, we spent must of our time trying to sort this out. If we had unknown we maight had chosen some where else.
