• Altanbat (7/5): - The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Chen 13149468 for her outstanding service. Construction nearby made it quite noisy.
• Kseniia (1/5): Ужасно, грязно, старое - Абсолютно ничего. Опасайтесь этого места Ужасно грязные виллы. Кухня в плесени и жирных пятнах. Диванам лет 20, продавленные, в пятнах, прикрытые пледом. Под лестницей хранится пыльный хлам и мусор. Двери не закрываются, оставить дом с ценными вещами нельзя. Бассейн с застойной водой. Готовить пищу просто опасно. Нам пришлось покинуть виллу, забронировать новый отель. Деньги возвращать отказались, поддержка так же ничем не помогла. Требую вернуть оплату!!!!!

Это не вилла, квартира на первом этаже. - Большие апартаменты, тихий район В бассейне не покупаешься, вода грязная, неудобный, выход из спальни только, лежаков нет. Все старое, требует ремонта, и самое неприятное, это запах. Прокуренно.
• Tatyana (7/5): Украли очки прям с виллы. Просила показать камеры , сказали ничего не видно. Персонал понимает только китайский. - Не дорогая цена. Мы отдавали около 100$ за сутки. Не далеко от улицы с едой . На несколько дней, если вы не привередливы. Море с большими волнами, купаться не возможно. До моря далеко. Грязная кухня, посуда липкая, нет тряпок и губок чтобы помыть.
• Azbileg (6/5): The manager and staff were polite and friendly, which we really appreciated. - Good neighborhood and comfortable place The house has a lot of potential and could be much more comfortable with a bit more attention to cleanliness. The walls, windows, kitchen area, doors, and dishes were not very clean when we arrived. With better cleaning, the place would feel much more pleasant and welcoming. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

• Азат (4/5): Переночевал ночь и съехал… - Во время бронирования, цена и отзывы произвели хорошее впечатление. Площадь виллы большая, две спальни. И……На этом , пожалуй всё. Когда-то это были хорошие виллы. И они могли бы быть достаточно неплохими, если бы персонал и собственники что-то для этого делали. Я снимал виллу с двумя спальнями и собственным бассейном. При заезде обнаружил, что уборку делают отвратительно, поверхности жирные, холодильник воняет, в бассейне плавают окурки, замок из двери вываливается, из стен повсеместно торчат провода, в санузле на душевой кабинке нет двери, люстры потолки и стены в толстом слое пыли и тд и тп. С трудом переночевал одну ночь и на следующий день съехал, несмотря на невозможность вернуть потраченные деньги. Если бы отдыхал один, я думаю , что перетерпел бы и даже нашел бы какие-то положительные моменты, но я отдыхал с семьей и положительных моментов не обнаружил.

• Stanislav (9/5): Несмотря на некоторые нюансы, от проживания в отеле остались только положительные эмоции. - Понравилась отзывчивость песонала. Отдельно стоит отметить Чэн - она помогла нам со всеми возникшими вопросами, порекомендовала интересные, места, рестораны и пляж. В номере не проводилась дополнительная уборка. В некоторых местах была плесень из-за сырости. Сам отель находится не очень близко к морю.

• Mark (7/5): Ok property but noting to do in the area; we left early for Yangshuo. - The apartment was large , with large spacious rooms. It was possible to cook there although the kitchen was not too clean. In the evenings we made use of the shared swimming pool as if it was our private one. We did not like the location , it is quite remote. The whole area is basically still under construction and the atmosphere very modern. By bus Yalong beach is far (1,5hours) we wanted to rent bicycles but could not find them anywhere. We did not want to rent scooters, but without them you cannot easily reach any destination. The local beach is far by foot and desolate. There are ample restaurants , some of quite good quality on a nearby road though.
• Su (10/5): Exceptional - It's only 2 kilometers away from Haitang Bay, so getting around is extremely convenient. After a tiring day of play, you can return to the hotel and take a relaxing swim in the outdoor swimming pool, which is really delightful! The rooms are fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
• Brita (10/5): Exceptional - The surrounding environment is elegant and far from the hustle and bustle, which is particularly suitable for a relaxing vacation. The transportation is also convenient, making it easy to get to scenic spots or search for delicious food.
• 恋梅 (10/5): Exceptional - The service staff were warm and attentive. They arranged everything for us before our check-in. After we arrived, they thoughtfully introduced the nearby places for sightseeing and entertainment. The villa is clean and tidy, and the facilities are new and well-maintained. It is the perfect choice for a family vacation.
• Gan (8/5): Very good - The villa itself has very well organized and provided all the equipment and tools that visitors need. Cleaning was really bad.

• Baasansuren (7/5): Decent stay, but not matching their booking photos and descriptions. - The room and facilities are nice but a little older than the pictures. The pool is clean, kitchen has basic utensils, but enough to cook a meal. Cleaning methods weren`t good, shower glass door broke during our stay (be careful). After our accident, they brought us a fruit basket, but we had to argue to get a refund as the lady at the reception wasn't very friendly or willing to compromise. The nicest beach is not within walkable distance, need to take a taxi to get there (15/20 minutes, ¥20/30 one way).
