Spacious apartment We booked the apartment in the morning. 7 hour later when checking in we received a message telling us that there would be an additional fee for registration in the reception. As well as an extra fee of 5% for card payments. None of these were in the ad for booking. After 1 hour of arguing, the owner settled at least the registration fee. The apartment had broken walls, broken furniture and the kitchen was poorly equipped with a bad stove. It took over one hour just to boil water. No hot water and there was no soap even though we paid an additional 60.000cop for cleaning service etc. in the end it was more expensive than expected and the stay did not reach our expectations
• Jaimar (1/5): Lo más agradable fue la cercanía a todo, muy central la ubicación del apartamento. - El arrendatario nunca atendió las solicitudes que se hicieron después del ingreso al hospedaje. No respondió llamadas ni mensajes de whasapp. Recibimos el apartamento en pésimas condiciones de higiene, paredes sucias. Los sofocamas olían muy maluco de verdad que muy desagradable. Cafetera sucia, plancha con cables reventados.

• Liliana (1/5): Sin agua y gotera encima de la cama - Nos quitaron el agua y no pudimos bañarnos. Hay una gotera justo encima de la cama, así que cuando uno está durmiendo le caen gotas de agua sucia en la cara.
• Estefania (7/5): - La cama muy cómoda, el apartamento es bonito y tiene lo suficiente para pasar muy bien, baño completo, televisores, etc... La ubicación perfecta frente a una callecita que conecta a la playa. El primer día nos olía a gas, por suerte se solucionó pero deberían arreglar lo que lo causa para evitar inconvenientes más adelante, en el hueco qué hay entre el marco de la puerta y la pared estaba relleno de papel higiénico, es decir, hay detalles en los que hay que tener más atención para que el apartamento se vea perfecto. La ubicación y la vista es espectacular por lo que además por dentro debe estar en perfecto estado. Como recomendación, cuando sepan qué habitación nos van a dar no envíen fotos otro apartamento sino el de uno, pensamos que nos tocaba Con balcón por la foto y realmente no tenía.
• LINA ESPERANZA (9/5): Bien - Buena vista, el apartamento muy limpio. El horario de entrada y salida ya que llegamos muy temprano y nuestro vuelo de salida en la tarde y tuvimos que estar con las maletas dando vueltas mientras entregaban el apartamento y lo mismo para la salida.

• jaime (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE malísima experiencia - nada muchas cosas malas en este sucio y feo miniestudio las fotos que estan en la pagina no se corresponden con la realidad, es publicodad fraudulenta un delito en colombia luego te hace un cobro extra que no esta descrito en los cargo del apto, 30mil pesos por una manilla de papel la comunicación es mala, responden tarde el edificio feo y viejo huele humedo, en mal estado, el ingreso es lento y primitivo precario el acceso al ascensor parece una plaza de mercado por la multitud de personas dan una sola tarjeta para ingresar sin importar en numero de personas que sean cuando sales debes retirarla para poder salir Queda el apartamento sin luz sin aire y nadie se puede quedar allí absolutamente primitivo y precario el apto sucio es el colmo que te cobren 60 mil pesos de limpieza por ese chiquero el apto feo viejo mal estado sabanas rotas enchufles habitación todos malos ponen em jabon medido y papel Último día nos tocó bañarnos con jabón de lavaplatos y nos toco comprar papel todo se puede apreciar en las fotos anexas no respetan las políticas de booking Deberían sacar de la plataforma y sancionarlos e indemnizarnos por tan terrible experiencia
• ESCOBAR (4/5): - La ubicación y la vista a Cartagena fue lo unico primero el asco de la piscina, toda la alcantarilla de los balcones cae directamente en las pisicinas tanto la grande como la de niños, segundo, el apto es muy pequeño, para 4 personas quiza pero permiten hasta ocho. Cobran unas manillas a cada integrante, los ventiladores de losaires acondicionados no permiten que uno pueda disfrutar del balcón por la bulla y el calor que generan.

• Andres (2/5): Harassed by the staff - Location and easy check in I requested the cost of late check out 2 DAYS BEFORE THE END OF MY STAY and nobody answered, then the day we were leaving after 1pm I received a call stating that I needed to leave and I was at the beach at the moment so I rushed back and was harassed by the staff to leave the property after being ignored when I requested to stay until 8pm due to our flight leaves at 11pm. PS lots of cockroaches in the room. 🤮🤮🤮

• Derek (5/5): Not What I Expected! - The location was decent, but filled with solicitors and homeless by day and prostitution at night. The air conditioning worked very well. There bedroom had a door separating you from the living room. The process for checking in and securing the key card was poorly executed. A cash payment was required and there was no nearby working ATM machine. I wasn't clear who I was supposed to meet and I was required to search the lobby for the person. There was no hot water. The room is extremely dated and needs repairs and upgrades. There linens were for a twin sized mattress. The mattress was uncomfortable. Finally, there was a roach crawling on the bathroom when I returned at night. Yuck!

• John (5/5): Mixed feelings. Manager's response to our requests were not take seriously. The place is nice. - Location. View. Accessibility. Safety. Easy access to pool and beaches There were two main problems One issue was about the lack of a working stove. I contacted the manager multiple times during several days. He promised to fix the problem right away. It did not happen and I had to call again. He did promise to take care of business right away. It did not happen. I stopped calling. I got tired of talking to this person without any results. He did fix the issues two days after my last call. Another issue was the lack of a closet or drawers for our clothes. We had our clothes all over the place (kitchen and room). He promised to fix it right away. He did not deliver. I got tired of making phone calls and getting the same answer from him "I will fix it right away". It never happened.
