- soraya (9/5): Super séjour en plein coeur de la ville et des principales attractions - Très bon emplacement à proximité du Vernissage Market et à quelques minutes de la place de la République. On peut tout faire à pied même pour rejoindre le quartier de l Opéra. La résidence est située dans une rue/impasse calme. Les studios se trouvent au 4ème étage avec une réception. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Il y a un supermarché et des restaurants à proximité. Manque de luminosité dans le studio mais cela est dû à la rue entre les 2 bâtiments. Aussi ajouter une ou 2 lampes dans le studio pour éviter l'éclairage "fort" des spot au plafond. Peut être bruyant dans le couloir lorsque les hôtes rentrent le soir.

Supermarket just 2min away, bank and atm 5min away, the famous fleamarket is literally just over the street. The receptionists helped me with everything, from taxi to check in then offered me tea and pancakes in the early morning I arrived. they went the extra mile to make sure your experience is good, thank you all so much!💐 /

- Lusine (10/5): - The staff was very welcoming, attentive, and always there to help. I had everything I needed in the room. The location is very convenient, right in the centre, next to the Vernissage market which I highly recommend to attend if someone is not from Armenia to get vibes of Armenian culture, colors, art. I was pleasantly surprised when I came after a super busy day at work to the hotel, it was my last night in the hotel, and the envelope was waiting for me with a handwritten note from the staff thanking for staying with them. It might be a small detail but extremely important. I will definitely recommend it to friends. Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Supermarket right next door, great place for breakfast across the street, but hotel also offers in room breakfast option. Bed is made out of 2 matresses and has 2 one person duvets. Not really a lot of space to take out your clothes, an extra shelf in the dresser would be nice.

- Gica-Giorgieana (10/5): Locație și servicii de top. - Locație foarte buna, aproape de tot, într-un bloc, la etajul 4, langa Carrefour , vizavi de Piata de Artizanat, Vernissage.Se poate ajunge ieftin, cu taxi de la aeroport.Exista lift.Personalul foarte amabil și disponibil, recepția deschisă mereu. Am stat două nopți.Mi-a plăcut orașul foarte mult! Excursiile le-am cumpărat chiar din fata de la Vernissage, sunt mașinile agențiilor cu bannerele destinațiilor care fac tururi private.Se poate ajunge ușor și la Piata Gum( legume,fructe), care m-a impresionat mult.In oraș tot pe jos am mers, toate obiectivele importante se afla la maxim 30 minute de mers pe jos.Deci locația merita prețul plătit! Nu știu dacă este un nou trend in Armenia, dar tavanul camerei era lăsat cum l-au tencuit, părând a fi neterminată lucrarea, in sensul că nu era zugrăvit,precum pereții! Sau probabil așa le place lor.Veti vedea acest lucru într-o poză.Noi cel putin nu am maii întâlnit până acum acest aspect în călătoriile noastre, de-a lungul timpului.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Yerevan, just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square and the underground. The hotel itself is cosy, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the reception team. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warm attitude added a personal touch that we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Nothing

- Denka (8/5): Задоволително съотношение цена - качество - В непосредствена близост до Vernissage Market и Площада на Републиката,персонала е много мил и отзивчив,поради късен полет ни осигуриха и трансфер от и до хотела,чистота в студиото,в което отседнахме В описанието и снимките на хотела има тераса към студиото ,където бяхме отседнали ,но тя не може да се използва ,защото е заключена и не се отваря, много неудобен матрак на леглото, а разтегателния диван,на който трябваше да спи детето беше всъщност една дъска с около един сантиметър топ матрак- повече от неудобен и всъщност невъзможен за спане , стаята не се почисти за двата дни по време на престоя ни
- Елена (9/5): Требуется небольшой косметический ремонт. Добавить подушек. - Расположение идеальное: есть где погулять и где поесть. Нужно уехать дальше от центра - рядом станция метро. Возле отеля несколько продуктовых и продовольственных магазинов. В самом отеле достаточно уютно. Соседей не было слышно. Тихо и спокойно. Были в конце марта, переживали, что может быть холодно в номере, но нет - было очень комфортно, температуру подстроили под себя и получилось супер. Да, ванна уже просит косметический ремонт, но облезлая краска не влияла на функционал техники и напор воды. Гостям предоставлены зубные щетки, минитюбик пасты, расческа, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. В ванне есть фен и электрический полотенцесушитель. В нашем номере была большая удобная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Розеток хватало, мебели тоже. Маленький кухонный уголок - классное решение для туристов. Можно было и что-то минимальное приготовить или разогреть, есть чайник, базовый набор посуды. Чай, кофе, сахар, соль, но в минимальном количестве. Есть стиральная машина, дают капсулы для стирки. В прихожей тапочки и ложечка для обуви. Не хватало губки для обуви, щетки для одежды и швейного набора Было бы не плохо на кухне добавить посуды и предлагать гостям какой-то минимальный набор соусов\специй. В номере есть кастрюля и сковорода, но они огромного размеры, как на многодетную семью, а номер то всего на двоих. К сожалению, они были с сильно поцарапанным дном. Не знаю, что такое готовили в них предыдущие гости, но так испортить посуду - это реально нужно было специально делать. Очень жаль, что не все готовы бережно относиться к чужому имуществу(

Множество достопримечательностей в пешей доступности, кроме того по близости много продуктовых магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Апартаменты просторные и очень чистые, есть кухонная зона со всем необходимым для готовки, а также стиральная машина, что особенно удобно при более длительном пребывании. Очень порадовала возможность заказать завтрак в номер к определенному времени! Сам же завтрак разнообразный, очень вкусный и сытный. Мы всем остались очень довольны, огромное спасибо команде отеля за радушие, гостеприимство и незабываемый отдых!

- Maria (10/5): Спасибо за гостеприимство! - Персонал дружелюбный, в номере есть всё, что нужно. Кровать не двуспальная, а две однушки соединенные. С нами был малыш, проваливался в щелку между кроватями. Ну и в принципе кто захочет спать в обнимку, будет не очень удобно.

- Anna (10/5): Super 👌 - We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, absolutely spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything felt extremely clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect ,very close to the city, which made everything very convenient for us. Asha was incredibly welcoming from the very first moment we arrived at the reception. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel comfortable right away. Her positive energy and genuine care truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Marie was equally wonderful , professional, kind, and very attentive throughout our stay. They both made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back! 💖

The staff were extremely kind and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. There is also the possibility to book breakfast in the room, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

- Alex (6/5): - Локация , персонал , уютные номера Шума изоляция просто ужас , не серьезно. не до конца оснащенная кухня базовыми предметами необходимости. Необходимо сделать косметический ремонт некоторых частей номера которые имеют следы эксплуатации и износа , в чем проблема не понятно.

- Anna (10/5): Однозначно рекомендую! Сама вернусь снова! - Отличный отель, превзошел все мои ожидания! В следующий раз остановлюсь также здесь. Номер достаточно просторный, у меня была студия с кухней, где есть холодильник, плита, микроволновка, чайник, вся необходимая посула, включая сковороды! Есть также стиральная машина и капсулы для стирки! Отличная уборка! Прекрасный персонал, говорят по-русски. Отдельное спасибо за завтрак - очень сытный, приносят прямо в номер все свежее и горячее, стоит всего 5000 лари. Отличное расположение, прямо в соседнем здании есть супермаркет, также аптека. Все достопримечательности рядом. Всё понравилось.

- Cathlyn (10/5): - This hotel exceeds our expectations! Me and my family decided to book this hotel for our Christmas vacation last December 2025. And we have definitely had a great time. Location is nice, walking distance to the Republic Square, Vernissage Market, and park. It's location is almost in the center of everything, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy. There is Carrefour grocery beside the hotel. Plus, free snacks available everyday beside the hotel reception. There is also an elevator which helps guests to easily go up and down in the hotel (the hotel is on the 4th floor of the building). Our room is clean, neat and well prepared when we arrived. Space is okay for 3 of us, 2 adults and one kid. Everything is working, the kitchenette is a big plus for guests that want to cook. Utensils are also provided. Toilets are clean. There is bidet, and hot water is working well. Internet is also not a problem. The Balcony is nice, perfect to relax while drinking your hot coffee. Kudos to the staffs also, they were very attentive and approachable. We would like to commend all the staffs that help and granted our favors: Grig, Asha, Marie, Kamo, Bahag, Manager Tigranuhi, the housekeepers, and Arthush - our airport transfer driver. Thank you for making our staycation wonderful. We will definitely book again here.
