Please note that the wellness area is open free 3 times a week in winter and once a week in summer. Guests can book the wellness area on the other days of the week with an extra cost. (opening hours can be found in the guest app) Our apartments / apartrooms are only cleaned on departure. A weekly change of towels is only provided if requested. Please note all rooms/apartments in the basement have no direct view. Free private parking is possible on site. Please note that only one parking place is available for each apartment without a request. Please contact the accommodations in advance if you have more than one car. This property offers self check-in only. A surcharge of €45 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking and additional costs to the city tax.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Anja (7/5): Sehr schöne FeWo gewesen, gleichzeitig ist ein Brötchenservice wünschenswert, Welnessbereich inklus. - Sehr gute Lage zum Sixpack Lift. Grosszügige FeWo, schneller Service/ Antwort bei Anfragen. Zugangscode erst 17.00 Uhr erhalten, früher nur mit Aufpreis. Es gibt kein Brötchenservice, Bäcker fussläufig mind. 20min. entfernt. Zugang Welnessbereich nur gegen Aufpreis. FeWo gebundene Parkplatzordnung.

Paur (10/5): Super, skvělé. - Ubytování bylo opravdu super, čisto, pohodlí, úžasné pohodlné postele. Super lokalita, klidná, tichá. Skvělá sauna. Jen doporučuji číst pokyny, které Vám přijdou mailem, jsou opravdu důležité a tím se i omlouvám hostitelům, za to, že já jsem je nečetl a pak byl překvapen s řešením mých požadavků, ale po několika zprávách s umělou inteligenci, mi přímo volal hostitel a vše s námi vyřešil, i když to byla má chyba.
Sabine (10/5): Eine erholsame Urlaubswoche mit Freunden in einem sehr schönen Appartement - Die Filzmooserin ist ein sehr schöne Appartementunterkunft, die etwas außerhalb vom Ort - in Übermoos - liegt (was wir wussten, aber kein Problem war). Wir hatten das Appartement König Dachstein im 1. Obergeschoss, das hervorragend für uns 4 Paare geeignet war. Die Loipe liegt genau gegenüber und der Lift Sixpack (mit Holzwurmhütte, sehr zu empfehlen) ist schnell zu erreichen. Der kostenlose Filzibus hat 3 Linien, von denen einer (fast) gegenüber (ebenso wie die Linie 521 von und nach Radstadt) und die anderen beiden am Sixpack abfahren. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Kontakt zum freundlichen Vermieter unkompliziert über WhatsApp oder Telefon jederzeit möglich. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen! Jederzeit gerne mal wieder! -

Ganz besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir, das die Küchenzeile optimal ausgestattet ist. Habe ich so noch nirgends vorgefunden. Vielen herzlichen Dank 😊🫶💖

Nir (7/5): דירה גדולה, חדשה, נוחה. אין שום פינוק. המנהל עוזר מאוד - נקי, מסודר וקל לתפעול המנהל מאוד שירותי ועוזר. דירה מפוארת ובכל זאת אין בה שום פינוק. שבת זה יום הנקיונות, אין סאונה. לא מתאים לסופש. לא מצאנו בערב את הבית (שלג וקרח וחושך), ואף אחד לא עונה לטלפון.

Dirk (7/5): Man ist doch überrascht, dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist. - Das Appartment war sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Im Eingangsbereich waren Prospekte und Landkarten zum mitnehmen ausgelegt. Das große Bild des Dachsteins im großen Schlafzimmer bring einen gleich beim betreten in Urlaubsstimmung. Das Apparment ist eine Kellerwohnung, Man blickt durch die Fenster auf Betonwände. Beim betreten steht man gleich im eher kühl gestaltetem Wohnzimmer bzw. der Küche.

Les 4 chambres avec chacune leur douche convenaient parfaitement à notre grande famille (5 enfants) Le sauna est tres bien L’absence de machine à laver le linge: le propriétaire fait payer 10 € par cycle et 10 € de plus pour le séchage Le contact avec le propriétaire manque de fluidité par whatspp via une application et/ou de vive voix rendant la communication confuse: par exemple nous avons souhaité utiliser le sauna, la réservation devant se faire via une application et ce n’était pas possible le we. Mais par whatspp ça l’a été quand même. Bref, une communication plus simple et plus directe serait bienvenue.

Мы не успевали никак после прогулок. Все инструкции по заселению и прочее понятные, но показалось их слишком много. На кухне есть вся посуда, но нет элементарных вещей, кофе, чая, соли, масла ...

Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Great fitness room, just remember to hold the button of the sauna for at least 5 seconds or it's a 90 min wait before you can get it to work, the kitchen was simple but ample and the location was fantastic for the Filzmoos slopes and meant very little walking was required! The staff was attentive to queries and kept everything clean in the communal areas. Definitely want to come back in the future.

Appartement slightly outside the town, which is ok if you are ok with the company you are with - Good stay with use of the sauna (needs to be pre booked) Close to the 6 lift (walkable in snowboarding shoes. Less comfy for skiboots) The extra “shared living g room” gave an extra space to play some games. Soft beds and shame sauna cannot be used for free everyday.
