Fully equipped and very friendly and supportive hosts! - The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you could need (really nothing was missing). Very nice layout and everything was clean. The area has everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, restraurant, grocery stores, etc). Walking distance to downtown Vienna (10-15min depending on your pace). Hosts were super responsive and friendly and helped us organize and extend our stay even though the apartment was already booked. There was/is a major construction site right downstairs with sledgehammer work starting at 7am in the morning. That's not the fault of GrandQuarters of course, but I do not recall that being advertized/ communicated properly in advance.

- natsuki (9/5): - 充分に広く、清潔に整えられていて非常に快適だった。1階にSPAR があるので日常の買い物も便利。トラムのラインが2本通っていて一つは乗り場が目の前。ミッテ駅にも近く利便性が高い点がとても良い。 午前中に到着のフライトだったので、荷物預かりを事前にメールしていたところ、清掃スタッフとやりとりして、早めに部屋に入れるように手配してくれた。オートチェックインの指示だったが実際には部屋近くに来てくれていた。 給湯の不具合の際、夜にもかかわらず、電話対応が親切で折り返し何度もうまくいっているか確かめるなど、対応が親切で細かく動いてくれた点は非常に感謝している。 キッチンの設備は最低限で、簡単な準備しかできない。オーブンがあったが、instructions などの冊子があれば良かった。

Eine Kleinigkeit: Die fünfte Person schläft auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, das nicht vollständig verdunkelt werden kann.

Super location with a tram stop 1 minute away to take us to city centre in less than 10 mins. The communication from Anna , whose office was at the property was 5 star from the moment I made the booking and all during our stay, she could not have been more helpful and efficient. Much better value than staying in city centre , and so easy to get to everywhere from here on public transport . Highly recommend. Nothing

The apartment is a short ride to Central Vienna. We enjoyed the local surroundings in this residential area with very close proximity to Central Vienna. The apartment heating was not the best. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

- loukia (7/5): Charming apartment but only for couples! - Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. The small balcony was perfect for my husband to smoke outside. Although a little far from the historic centre, still within walking distance or a few stops away with the tram. The stuff was very helpful and polite. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and one window did not have a blind. That means whoever gets to sleep there must not be sensitive to light during sleep.

- Shunsuke (10/5): 大変楽しかった。今度は春か秋、もうちょっと暖かい頃に来たい。 - 全てが過不足なく充実した施設だった。スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかった。 時期もあるかもしれないが、到着した直後はちょっと寂しい場所と感じたが、すぐにトラム等の便利さに慣れ、観光を楽しむ事が出来た。 今回欧州でのサービスアパートの使用が初めてだった為、室内の設備の使用方法に戸惑いが若干あった。 我々は直ぐにスタッフと連絡を取り、特に問題は無かったが、英語をあまり分からない日本からのお客には若干辛いかもしれないので、欧州では当然の室内の設備(洗濯機、TV、食洗機、窓のシェード等)のマニュアルがあればなお可。

- Gloria (10/5): Si lo necesitase repetiría. - Estaba muy limpio. Era cómodo. Camas cómodas. Cocina bien equipada para un uso básico de viaje. Dejaron bebida y unos dulces de bienvenida. Hay un supermercado justo debajo y dos paradas de tranvía también. Buena localización. Todo estaba bien. Como sugerencia quizás un microondas en la cocina estaría bien. La cisterna se quedaba atascada ocasionalmente, pero se arreglaba pulsándola de nuevo.

- Katarina (10/5): Overall a very nice stay - The location is great, just a step away from the tram, but also walkable distance to the city center and the Mitte train station for those of us catching a flight back. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, bright and warm. Although our apartment was on the side where the big railway passes, we did not have any issues with the noise at all. We loved the extra touches that were provided in the apartement. Although we were approved for an earlier check-in, the code to enter the apartment did not function. However, the customer service through booking chat was so fast and efficient that they remotely opened the door for us immediately. Later, we had no issues with either the code or physical keys in getting into the apartment. Another downside to someone may be that you do not precisely get the apartment you see on booking page, but a similar apartment of the same value and comfort. It did not bother us though. Only slight improvement that can be done, is the sofa bed, as it was a bit crooked and could be more comfortable for sleeping.

- Paulina (9/5): Easy Stay with Everything You Need - The apartment was well connected to public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. There were several convenience and grocery stores nearby, and the kitchen was well equipped — perfect for preparing meals during the stay. The beds were comfortable, and communication with the hosts was quick and smooth. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and convenient. On the downside, the bathroom ventilation could be improved, as it wasn’t very effective. Parking in the area can also be quite difficult to find. Additionally, the entry codes expire after the initial check-in, so it’s important to always keep the physical key with you to avoid any issues getting back in.

- Tony (10/5): Stayed for 1 week - Aussie couple with 1yr old. 7 nights stay. Very good location. Well equipped kitchen (little but small but fine for short stay) with stove top, oven, microwave. Nice cafe and supermarket downstairs and lots of restaurants near by. Self check-in was easy, and staff office based in the same building if you need them. Provided a free cot and high chair for our baby. The room overlooked the rail way, some may find this a bit noisey but with the windows closed you hardly notice it. If 4 people stay in this room (sofa bed) it would be quite small.

- Anna (10/5): - Great apartments and staff! An Apartments are just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. The place had everything we needed for a short leisure stay as a family with little kids. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming — we really enjoyed our time here!

Окно в спальне открыть нельзя, так как шум с улицы, а в квартире достаточно тепло. И я бы добавила увлажнитель воздуха, очень низкая влажность в квартире.

- eliezer (10/5): - הדירה מרווחת ומצויידת היטב (יש בה אפילו מכונת כביסה שלא ניצלנו הפעם). השהות בה נוחה. לא זיהינו נכון את מיקום הדירה ברחוב, ואנה מצוות הדירה הגיעה אלינו ברגל, ניווטה אותנו לחניה, עזרה לנו עם העברת הציוד לדירה והחזירה אותנו לחניה. בסמוך לדירה סופרמרקט בו יכולנו להצטייד וגם גישה נוחה לתחבורה ציבורית. תודה רבה אנה! החניה (בתשלום) לא צמודה לדירה. הכתובת המופיעה באתר ובהזמנה היא radetzkystrasse, 03 14. בטעות חשבנו שמספר הבית הוא 3 ונדרשו לנו 2 טעויות בהגעה לבית להבין ש-radetzkystrasse 3 הוא כנראה שם הרחוב, שמופיע על כל הבתים. מציע לשנות את הכתובת הרשומה ל-radetzkystrasse 3 no.14 כדי למנוע מעוד אנשים להתבלבל (כמובן שאילו השתמשנו מלכתחילה ב-directions שבאתר booking היינו מגיעים לדירה בקלות).

The blackout screens were fantastic. We loved the view. Despite summer heat, the apartment was always fresh and pleasant Staff was very responsive to messages. It was very close to the tram lines Recycling was off premises.

- Ivana (10/5): - Great apartment. Excellent location, close to the Wien mitte the mall, Stadt park, Prater. Bus station is infront the building. Very good comunication with the staff, whatever you need they will bring it to you very fast (e.g. cofee capsulas:)). Apartment is for every recommendation. Sofa is liitle uncomfortable for sleeping.
