• Simone (7/5): Great Views, Great Location, Friendly staff, Great Price - You can't beat the view, the location, free parking and great value for money The bathroom is a bit rundown, so if that's more important to you than Great Views, Location and price $, then maybe not for you.

• Kelli (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable with an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment on arrival. Had a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms a - Easy access walking to shops, food and views fantastic. Once car was parked in security carpark could walk to everything.Pool was clean and grounds very tidy. Staff were helpful when arriving.

• Donna (7/5): View was the best part about it - The view was amazing! It was clean and ok for the 2 nights we stayed there. The ensuite was dated and in desperate need of renovation - note that the vanity was built way too low so anyone above 5ft would struggle to use. The only aircon unit was in the living space - there needs to be one installed in the master bedroom. You can’t have the balcony door open at night due to noise at street level. I would appreciate an aircon over the huge tv any day The mirrors everywhere caused a lot of issues with my children waking at night - they were disorientated with all the mirrors around. Probably 70% of walls were mirrored

• Taylah (1/5): Great location and view, still wouldn’t stay again due to it being unhygienic. - The view was amazing and location was excellent. Late check in/out was straight forward and easy. The hotel was extremely dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were no basic cleaning supplies or toiletries provided, including dish soap, surface wipes or cloths or shower products. The room does not get cleaned at all during your stay so if you do use any items from the kites they have to be stacked in the sink dirty until you leave. The bedroom lacked proper bedding, only providing a sheet forcing us to use a dirty blanket from the cupboard. The entire space was unhygienic, dusty, dirty carpets, grime-filled bathroom corners, and visible filth like stains on the walls. With the room not being cleaned the entire stay, you are forced to use the same towels over and over again, with the minimal amount of linen provided in the first place and no cleaning supplies to clean them. The living areas were run down and dirty with the couch having a massive amount of filth in the cracks, including ear cleaners. We even found the remote and a steak knife hidden in the couch, highlighting how poorly the room had been cleaned.
• Larry (7/5): Overall it was a nice stay, I just wished the room was cleaner, loved the location. - The pool sauna was nice and location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly. The room was not clean, the carpet was dirty, under the lounge was dirty, underneath the cushions had crumbs and a vape that was left there, underneath the bed was dirty, the blankets that was in the cupboards were dusty, water came up through the drain in the bathroom/ laundry when washing clothes, pots and pans in the kitchen were old dirty and stained, wifi was not good, light didn’t work in one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is permeated with a persistent odor of urine. The internet connection inside the house is not working.

• Nelly (8/5): Excellent location. - The location. It's so so so convenient. Right on front of the beach, and next to a small shopping mall with Woolworths and all sorts restaurants. The reception ladies were really friendly. The room is a bit old, but has the basic I need for the short stay.

• Sam (3/5): won’t be staying again. dissapointing, would rather pay more for better. - beach view toaster kettle sliding door didn’t lock aircon looks like it’s working but actually isn’t. didn’t work the entire stay couch dirty with big dark stains smelled bad walls cracking at certain spots no hair dryer no shower items - complimentary body wash or shampoo or anything photos did not match the room, room is outdated dust on the dining table AND the coffee table, had it been cleaned at all? backs of curtains were horrendous, and holes in curtains.

• Arwinder (1/5): Over rated accommodation, I would never stay there in future and recommend others too, asked booking.com customer servic - Nothing , I would say Room wasn’t same what have been shown in the pictures upon booking. Booked ourself room for two nights, nobody make up even upon asking. Later when we got back, we rang customer service that towels hasnt been changed jnstead of replacing it she yelled on us and said im not coming to replace it you guys can wash and dry it in the dryer.

• Thabata (9/5): Amazing experience — we will definitely be back! - The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just steps away from pubs, restaurants, public transportation, and the beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with a beautiful balcony. I would have appreciated having a blanket provided, as the bed only had a sheet. The staff member who gave us the key on arrival was very friendly and kind. However, the person I spoke to on the phone for check-out was quite rude and unhelpful.

Queensland Health and Consumers Affairs should be notify. Charging almost $250 a night in such conditions. Shame on you Surfers International.!!!!
• Margaret (5/5): Passable - The views were amazing. Being on the 19th floor right in front of the beach you couldn't ask for more. Some of the appliances didn't work, and the water pressure was terrible. The shower leaked and water would go everywhere.
• Jade (9/5): Value for money - Great location cavil ave within walking distance. Amazing beach views. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Great pricing and after hours check in was a breeze. We had dirty cups on our cupboard. And some amenities in the room were a bit dated. No screens on sliding doors was a bit inconvenient.
• Maree (8/5): Very happy overall. Great access to everything, walk to all shops, restaurants, beach. - The building has signs of age but this is also an advantage as the unit is spacious. Bed and pillows were great. Everything you need is there. Surf views from balcony and main bedroom. Also walking distance to all restaurants and the Fri/Sat night markets. Just minor cleaning aspects like no attention to build up in corners or behind/around furniture. Could use a few hooks in bathroom and soap holders in shower.

Old rundown outdated apartment, needs paint, fixtures need modernising at this price point, air con rusted out, level 2 strong urine smell by lifts, stairs to the pool grimy, handrails greasy, brown splatter stains on the wall, dead insects on the steps, broken lounge chairs at pool.

Smelt very moldy and misty through the reception, lift, floor and room. Room was dusty and not cleaned. Spa had broken seats/headrests. Balcony doors didn’t open or lock properly.
