• Ashley (1/5): - Good location for my needs. Very dirty room. Lifts and lift doors and control panel were disgusting. Broken toilet. Hole in the wall. No facilities (no washing, no toaster in the room).Abandoned car in the basement. Leaking sewerage and drains in the basement. No staff.
• Aussie (1/5): Won’t ever stay here again. No customer service, never saw a staff member to help with our situation of having to cancel - Nothing. My daughter fell on the staircase inside the apartment and ended up in hospital and left with a moon boot and crutches due to torn ligaments in her ankle. I contacted the property as we had to cancel the rest of our trip but never heard a word from them and I haven’t received a refund for unused time after requesting one. We had to climb over 40 stairs to get to the top floor, which was never mentioned when we booked. Never received a response from management and never saw a single person at the apartment office that could help us. The office was closed everytime I went there, day and night. I would not recommend this place.
• Jodie (10/5): Family time - The set out was good. Nice view. Clean and tidy and spacious. It really needs a lift :). The parking space is a bit tricky with a big car. The lid of the bin was not clean it had food stuck to it. Also im not that keen on putting kids in the front room near the door and the was only the key lock so the kids could get out. Need more safty unplaced for people travelling with little kids because when u get back to your room you want to relax a bit not keep worrying and that about the kids falling or getting out.

• Michael (10/5): Santa Fe was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay - Right on the highway, but you couldn't hear the traffic. Close to the beach, shops and entertainment areas. The bed was so comfy. The apartment was well set out and very tidy Could have had a floor towel / mat in the ensuite of the master bedroom. the wood floor was quite slippery when wet. Otherwise no other issues

• Veronica (6/5): - The actual apartment was great. Lovely large room upstairs. Perfect for kids downstairs. Not suitable for parking tall vehicles or old people that can’t walk up many flights of stairs.
• Ashlee (8/5): Affordable, accommodating and spacious - The location was perfect for us and the purpose of travel. There is a servo and coffee shop directly across the road and a short stroll to the water. Apartment 17 was lovely and spacious, air con was fantastic. Kitchen was a good size with cooking facilities if needed and laundry area was also great to be able to wash clothes. both levels had a balcony which was also a big plus, the top balcony doesn't have a roof so don't go to sit there when its raining like we did but it was great! Any issues we had ( 1 small issue with a cleaning oversight) was corrected immediately and the owner was extremely accommodating to our needs and rectifying this. The stairs were a lot however we were aware that there were no lifts on booking so we were prepared for them and packed accordingly. No aircon in the bedrooms downstairs however the lounge room aircon did push cool air in there, there are ceiling fans but. The car spaces can be a little tricky to get into we have a larger car (Isuzu DMax) and it did take some skillful maneuvering to get into our allocated parking space, not an issue but definitely something to be mindful of - again though we were offered an alternative space for 1 of the nights when an alternative was available.

• Amanda (8/5): The resort is quite dated but this unit was really nice inside. - Inside the unit was lovely and the communication and flexibility for self check was great. The external facilities of the resort are quite tired and access to this unit would be tricky if you struggle with stairs, but the actual unit was lovely and had everything we needed.

• Caitlin (10/5): beautiful cozy villa <3 - wonderful location! the villas are close to the water as well as servos, food and coffee all only a couple of minutes walk away. really good for people who are not familiar with the area! the villas themselves were beautiful and perfect for our group size. we didn't end up using the pool or spa but were happy it was available. lovely outdoor areas too. and it was really good to have a dedicated parking space that we didn't have to try book or pay $20 a day for. i had a bit of an idiot moment trying to get the keys so called and the lady i spoke with was really friendly and helpful. i don't have anything to add here - not one complaint from me

Main bed was a little uncomfortable. The small bedroom at the back of the villa (one bed in) didn’t cool down at all - the fan didn’t work very well & aircon didn’t reach that room. Bedroom was reading 28 through the night.

Stairs, and parking. Parking it’s nightmare when there is other big cars parked in there, as it limits the space you have to park on such complicated corner. Also stairs not terrible but just not very open spaces.
• Jolean (7/5): We had a lovely family week stay for the week over Christmas. The only downfall was the stairs... - The apartment was lovely, the bed was comfortable. It had everything you needed. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. The stairs...we were on the top floor and hard to cart everything up and back down, i had a medical machine that had to be carried up and back down. One of our cars had to be parked on the street as we could only park it in the visitors car park for 4 hours. The main bedroom upstairs was dirty under the bed, maybe need to be moved and cleaned as this is noticeable when coming up the stairs.

The stairs are a killer, especially with a 6 month old and a 4 and 3 year old and all their stuff. But in saying that, they do tell you about that before you stay. Also needs pest control or spraying. There were 2 big cocaroches and 3 spiders i killed, so there. Also, messaging before my stay was very pore.

• Peter (8/5): Great unit and price - We booked the 3 bed unit. Unfortunately the 3th person never came but the price was excellent anyway. Very comfortable unit on the top floor with good balcony and views. Good shower and the unit was tidy and roomy. Complex requires a bit of love and care and is showing its age. It's still excellent to stay at!

• Kathleen (7/5): This was a holiday treat for our grandchildren. Aside from a couple of small issues we still had a t - Location was great for all we wanted to do. Kids loved the pool. It was a decent size apartment for the 5 of us. The apartment that we stayed in was not the apartment showing on my booking. I booked nearly 11 months prior to travelling so was a little disappointed to arrive to something different from the pictures. the fridge didn't keep our food or drinks cold and we had to throw things out daily. Our milk actually went off and our drinks we had to put in the freezer to make them cold enough to drink.
• Damien (8/5): Sante Fe by the Broadwater gave us a week of luxury at a great price that made the 17 hour drive wor - The room was immaculate, lovely and relaxing living area and the main bedroom upstairs with the ensuite was sublime to have our own area as our daughter had her choice of rooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay. Only things that were missing was no lift to get up 6 flights of stairs for a 7 night stay, had to do quite a lot of up and downs. I am lucky that we brought a smaller car for the trip as there would have been absolutely no way I could have got our car into the car parks. Took a lot of maneuvering to get in and out which made going anywhere a big effort.

Pillows were flat, coffee machine didn't work. needed to buy cutlery and cups as there were not enough available. The stairs were a surprise with older family members and no elevator. light in the master bedroom didn't work. We moved the couch and found alot of rubbish behind it.
