- CLAIRE (6/5): Lovely apartment. Terrible customer service - Clean and tidy apartment, great location. Appalling customer service. We were given the codes to the wrong apartment and my teenage daughter walked in on an unsuspecting male guest who was half naked. There was no apology from staff. Our check in was delayed significantly.

The underground carpark was hard to find as was the reception. Better signage would be great. Tv didn’t seem to be connected to wifi. But we enjoyed our stay anyway & will be back.

Vc já pronta para dormir eu odiei tudo isso , o boxe do banheiro vazando água , o ar não chega tanto no espaço do quarto porque tem ar somente na sala , precisa corrigir algumas coisas , já me hospedei várias vezes , mais precisam melhorar e muito ,..

It’s nothing about the property but our code kept saying it was wrong which is a bit annoying and we had to wait for other people to come and let us in. Will definitely stay here again Only complaint was the staff could communicate a little better. The pool key pad wasnt working on our 2nd day & when we called the number on the pool sign, we were told that reception would come up to take a look & asked us to wait for them. We sat there waiting for 20 minutes for reception, my brother went down to reception to find out what was going on & was told that the locksmith was still an hour away. Would've been nice to not have sat there waiting for someone who wasn't coming.

- Sue (8/5): Our stay was to attend our son's wedding and all of our family was located in your facility - The location was excellent for our requirements, the room was large enough for us and the bed was very comfortable I didn't like having to use codes to access the card park, the lift and the room door.... for senior people who are slow in their responses trying to enter codes and gaining entrance to the different areas was very difficult and I was worried that my repeated efforts to enter the code and opening the various doors would eventually lock us out and we would be stranded

- Shane (8/5): Great stay. We had a great time and would stay again. Thank you. - The location and room were great. Friendly staff and easy checking in and out It wasn't cleaned that well. There was an old towel left on the bathroom floor and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, made us feel the bathroom and kitchen may not get cleaned well.

- Maria (7/5): Lovely location - Excellent location nice view and great size for a one bedroom The codes to access everything was very annoying different code for access to garage and building Being advised I had to send a $150 bond via my credit card before I arrived via a link was also a little off putting
