Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. Please note that reception and the car park are accessible via Halse Lane. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Mantra French Quarter is undergoing upgrades, including building repainting, apartment renovations, and pool area tile work. Works take place on weekdays from 8am to 4pm and may involve noise. All facilities remain open. Renovation work is taking place from 8:00am to 4:00pm Mon – Fri . The Individual Apartment Refurbishments are in progress with some noisy works expected. We apologies for any inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Shawn (8/5): Travelled from Canada for my daughter’s wedding, enjoyed the atmosphere of Noosa very much. - The rooms were nice, wonderful shower, great family pool. Two tv’s was nice. Close proximity to the beach was a bonus. The walk to Hastings through the garage was a little different but understandable with the layout.

It was lacking comforts like bedside lamps and plugs in the room to charge phones. Whilst the location is unmatched I can’t justify the price for the quality of the rooms. The hotel is better suited to families, I wouldn’t stay again as a couple.

It's noisy at night time being next to a pub and I was locked out of my room three times due to the key not working.

Plus the location is great. furniture in the apartment is horrible and needs a total update cooking utensils needs a big update - too old and needs a sharp knife and new pans the BBQ was broken when we turned up with meat no cleaning the apartment whilst there for 5 nights

Serviceable room, but a bit dated. - Pool area was nice and position was good. probably could do with some more facilities such as a gym and pool side purchases such as drinks and snacks. We were a little dissappointed with the room. It was quite outdated and first impressions were not great compared with the website images of the room. I also asked if we could get a room on the first level near thepool to which i recieved it now appears a disingenuous - 'can't promise, but will do our best'. As it turned out our room as well as not looking like the room in the website (there have been many renovated i believe) our room was stuck as far away as possible - furthest from the pool with no view to speak of on the second floor.

For over $400 a night for a double room, I would have expected housekeeping at the very least every other day, even just to vacuum the floor and clean the toilet. House keeping was available AT ADDITIONAL COST!!!

Bren (10/5): Loved it, 3rd time staying here and we will be back! - The room and facilities are always fantastic, well laid out and clean. The pool area is ample for the size of the property, always easy to get a sunbed or place to sit. Manager was as helpful as he could be in changing on of our rooms for a room with a pool view. The mattress and pillows are very very firm, difficult to get comfortable on and sleep well. An upgrade on mattress would be a good idea, certainly should consider giving guests the option for soft, medium, hard pillows.

Matilda (10/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location and pool. We had to move rooms due to a lot of mould. When we got to our second room, there was even more mould. I understand mould is going to happen because of the climate however it could’ve been cleaned. We had someone come and clean it and it didn’t return for the 9 days of our stay. All vents were very dusty, we had old guests products left in our cabinet, shower was very dirty too.

Natacha (8/5): Lovely stay in Noosa with great pool - Perfectly located on Hastings street, 5 minutes from the main beach. Loved the very big pool in the center of the residence with shallow areas perfect for the kids to play. Loved the 2 spas as well. The apartment are not the most modern and there are only timber blinds before the main bedroom and the living room which makes it a bit tricky with small kids when they wake up early.

Diana (5/5): Nice but the lift being out of order should of been a matter of priority - Convenient location ! Lift was out of order also 2 days of our stay and upon checkout had to carry heavy suitcases down the fire stairs in the heat
Mark (6/5): Great location, the worst room possible and filthy. Staff unhelpful. Very expensive for sub-standard accommodation. - The pool was great The 2 bedroom apartment was the worst location in the whole property. The photos depicted on Booking.com were balconies with views. The apartment we were allocated was on the lower floor with a concrete balcony. The outdoor air conditioning until was positioned on the wall and made the area so hot we couldn’t use it. The apartment didn’t have any ceiling fans and no way to get a breeze through so had to keep the air conditioning on all day. The kitchen utensils were filthy and limited. When I requested to change rooms I was told “the photos are indicative only” and they would not accommodate my request. I asked for top up kitchen items such as bowls and they said housekeeping would bring some. They did not over the 5 day stay.
Alison (5/5): The location was great. Unfortunately the rooms are old and dated, not value for money. - Location is good The rooms are old and dated. My room had an awful smell coming from the bathroom. The bed is small and uncomfortable, the price does not reflect the room and it is a huge disappointment.
