• Timy (1/5): - Doar zona De cand am intrat personalul ne-a tratat josnic ,deranjati fiind am facut rezervarea , a vorbit cu spatele la noi, ne-au si barfit ,radeau pe glumele la adresa noastra..... a spus camera pe care l-am rezervat nu este disponibil si nu intelege ce face bookingul . Cand am intrebat de banutii pe care au oprit pentru camera a ridicat umerii. Pana la urma au gasit o alta camera ...norocul nostru a fost ca am stat o singura noapte. Baia mirosea urat nu era curata deloc,ventilatia nu functiona praf in toata camera ,prosoapele foarte uzate doar pentru sters pe jos ar fi fost bune. De evitat categoric.

• Marian (5/5): Execrabil! - Aproape de centru. Total dezamăgit de condițiile apartamentului. Parte din plinta ușii de la intrare care a căzut la intrarea în cameră, pereți murdari, miros urat în cameră, halatele mizerabile, cada cu hidromasaj îngălbenită, lipsă scaun și scrumieră pe balcon, lipsa pahare pentru vin, tirbușon, perne fără fața de pernă, celelalte foarte tari, imposibil de dormit pe ele. În 3 zile nu au schimbat lenjeria sau prosoapele, televizorul antic, frigiderul extrem de murdar, mucegai și ceva curs în e, am făcut și poză. Nu recomand această cazare, a fost dezamăgitoare.

• Luis Miguel (7/5): Perfecta para parejas, pero la tienes que usar por turnos. - La amplitud de la habitación y el baño y la sauna El hidromasaje no es para 2, solo para 1 y la sauna también. Que la bañera tenga fugas de agua y tienes que estar rellenado todo el rato. Las escaleras muy incómodas y estrechas con escalones a distintas alturas que hacían que te pudieras tropezar. La cama es impresionante de alta y grande, pero no llegan las sabanas de arriba de lado a lado.

• Emre (3/5): - Не си заслужава парите, които плащаш, и дори не можеш да използваш удобствата, които ти се предлагат, като хидромасажна вана и сауна. Ваната беше голяма мизерия, водата, която течеше, беше жълта на цвят и миришеше ужасно. Паркингът е голям проблем, веднъж паркираш ли, излизането е голямо приключение. До хотела има клуб пак на капо, където музиката се чува до 2-3 часа и е доста дразнещо. Не се подлъгвайте от рекламите, които се правят от доста инфлуенсъри, не е кой знае какво. Единственото положително нещо, което мога да кажа, е че момичето, което ни посрещна, беше доста любезно и си вършеше работата както трябва. Като цяло мястото е ок, ако не сте много претенциозни и нямате някакви очаквания, иначе ако очаквате нещо по-голямо и луксозно, както е представено, ще бъдете разочаровани.
• Inga (1/5): Useless as a place to sleep - Nothing I liked - the stay was awful. I usually do not rate places to stay, but this one was so bad, that you need to know this. If you are a night person, probably this one is OK for you, however I arrived there specifically for the running race and I needed to get up very early which assumes that I needed to go to the bed early. When I checked in during the day everything looked good, but when I returned to the hotel to have a sleep at 21 - I was greeted by an insanely loud music. The apartment they provided to me is located exactly above their restaurant (which again would have been OK, if it truly was a normal restaurant). The problem is that this one looked more like a night club - there was really loud music with. a lot of BASS. So many bass that the bed was vibrating, the floor was vibrating, glasses on the table they provided were vibrating and I was vibrating on the bed as well. I travel with ear taps, but in case of such music it was absolutely pointless. Me and a husband discussed the issue multiple times with receptionist girl and restaurant manager, at some point they slightly decreased the music, but it didn't help at all. Police didn't help, booking.com didn't help. Music stopped at around 01:00 (when the restaurant closed). I was not able to sleep after that at all as for 4 hours straight I've been on nerves. You can imagine my readiness for the race that day - honestly, I'd got more sleep if I traveled directly from Sofia before the race than coming the day before and staying in that hotel. Btw, for those who are OK with that - you also need to know that the cleanliness of the room is on the really low level - I've found a lot of hair and dirt below the pills. Though I booked this place for 2 days, I was basically forced to move to the other place for the second day to get some sleep. And of course, they did not refund anything and refused the refund even for booking.com support, so again - think not even twice, but three of four times before booking this one.

• Lyubomir (8/5): Good value for money, if they can just fix their jacuzzi and replace the shower facilities. - The room was almost perfect. The sauna which it includes is great and super simple to use. The bed was really comfortable as well and the room had a nice sofa as well. The staff was really nice and location is very central. The included jacuzzi in the room had filthy water which smelled when I poured it which indicates an issue with the plumbing. The bathroom facilities such as the shower was also a bit outdated and a bit broken, which is an easy fix.
• Dafin (1/5): Персонала и кухната на ресторанта са страхотни но за ергенски купони не за семейства който търсят почивка! - Отидохме там заради стаята с джакузи която няма нищо общо с това от снимките джакузи и хидро масжна вана която е за един човек е съвсем друго Исках да бъда в стаята с голямото джакузи обадих се предварително няколко пъти взех си допълнително още една нощувка заради тази стая и пак не ме настаниха там общо взето не получих това което аз мислех за 82€ 165лева на вечер!

• Ivanova (4/5): Приятна компания,атмосфера и персонал,занемарено. - Декора Ваната не беше почистена добре,жълта с власинки и вече стара,самите дюзи на ваната за запушени и пръскат във всички посоки и пускат черни мръсотийки,душа отгоре е запушен и тече отстрани,имаше мухъл в ъгъла на стаята,халатите за баня изключително гадна материя-не попиват ,бяха чисто нови от пакет и не бяха изпрани-миришеха на склад.Мокета в самата стая вече е захабен и липсата на чехли за крака причинява неудобство-трябва да се разхождаш в стаята бос и да ти се лепят боклуци от мръсния мокет.

• Юлия (1/5): Не препоръчвам - Единственото хубаво беше местоположението. Изключително амортизирано. Бяхме запазили стая с джакузи и сауна. Джакузито се разпада буквално, всичко вратички изпадат. Искахме да го напълним, но започна да пръска вода в цялата стая от дюзите. Банята е покъртителна, слушалката тече от всякъде, но не и от където трябва. Шкафа в банята е изгнил. Имаше топки косми по целия под. След наводнението с джакузито, викнахме персонала, преместиха ни в доста по- малка стая, на която джакузито беше едноместно и беше в банята. Нооооо, за да се изкъпеш, трябва да влезеш в него и да си държиш слушалката за душа….. Така и не го ползвахме. Платихме за едно, получихме съвсем различно, дори не си направиха труда да предложат дискаунт. Ползвахме стаята, като обикновен апартамент, но на много висока цена! Не препоръчвам и не знам как има такъв рейтинг.

• Deyvid (6/5): - Хареса ми, че наистина стаята е направена по начин да се почустваш комфортно и се различава от повечето места на които съм бил. Ако искаш романтична обстановка без да си заедно с други хора е направена всичко, което ти трябва в една стая. Първо, че се опитаха да ми отменят резервацията за втори път. Явно предпочитат да не минава резрвацията през букинг. Другото, което е че не беше почистено. Бяха оставили нови кърпи, но чаршафите и калъфките на възглавниците не бяха сменени, ваната е пожълтяла от ползване и като пуснах дюзите се разхварчаха някакви боклуци от тях. Видимо имаше наслоена прах върху масичката, тя не се заслоява от 1 седмица, нечистена.

• Aylya (4/5): Разочаровани - Локацията. Храната от ресторанта. Удобно легло. Сауната. Ужасно студена стая, затопли се чак на сутринта. Наложи се да си легнем с по- дебели дрехи. В банята парното изобщо не работеше. Мръсен диван, целият на петна. Чуваше се басът от музиката отдолу. Банята не беше особено чиста. Очаквахме джакузито да е в самата стая, нищо такова. Джакузито беше в банята, но не беше в състояние да се използва. Доста тясно за двама души, мръсна вода. Другото шокиращо нещо беше, че нямаше душ система, а само душ слушалка, като трябваше с едната ръка да я държа, а с другата да си мия косата. Слабо осветление в стаята. Като цяло сме доста разочаровани, тъй като на другия ден за тази цена отседнахме на друго място, където имаше басейн, Спа услуги и включена закуска. Бихме били съгласни на тази цена, ако поне джакузито се използваше.
• Corina15 (2/5): - Good location of property Very disappointing stay. The accommodation was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The jacuzzi was black with dirt, and when we tried to use it, black, foul-smelling water came out, which was honestly shocking. The carpet and the sofa were also dirty and stained. We even found eggs left in the fridge by previous guests, which clearly shows how superficial the cleaning was. Overall, housekeeping was done very poorly. The internet either didn’t work at all or was extremely slow. For the price paid, this place is absolutely not worth the money. The only positive aspects were the sauna and the mattress, but even then, the bed linen was wrinkled and looked unprofessional, as if it hadn’t been properly prepared. This accommodation has potential, but unfortunately the conditions are very poor and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend it unless serious improvements are made.

• Христина (8/5): Добро съотношение цена/качество - Хареса ни локацията, това, че имахме осигурено парко-място в гаражна клетка (10 лв.) и факта, че музиката от заведението спря в 00:30, въпреки, че беше събота вечер. (Очаквахме да продължи поне до 1 часа). Не ни хареса, че стаята се нарича апартамент :-) Също, че не е сложена дори една ел.кана за вода. Нямаше и никакви чаши.

• Yoana (7/5): Lovely Jacuzzi! Great location! - We really liked the jacuzzi. Did not get to try the sauna as I was pregnant at the time but was a nice touch to the room. Room was big and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable I nearly fell twice but apart from that no issues with room. The host was really nice and paid for our parking as we did not have a Bulgarian number. The bathroom kept water after showering and no kettle, tea or coffee in room.
• Kristina (4/5): The money is not worth it. - The location is good. The sauna and Jacuzzi didn't work. This is the only reason why we booked this place. We asked for compensation and they told us we can have breakfast in the morning and that they will contact us in the morning before we leave. We were never contacted.

Dar despartitura dintre camera si baie este facuta cu geam ... si cam se vede ce faci in baie :-). nu recomand nu am avut caldura deloc. prosoapele si asternuturile nu s-au schimbat niciodata. curatenie nu s-a facut niciodata. camera a fost la etajul 1, iar la parter s-a dat discoteca pana la 12 noaptea - pe mine nu m-a deranjat .. dar aviz celor ce vin doar sa doarma :-)
• Razvan (6/5): Dissapointing - The room is quite big and pretty well sound-proofed, the bed is extremely comfy, the location is good in my opinion, being around a few restaurants and near a park. We got the jacuzzi+sauna room and got to say the sauna is a very nice addition, it's electric (no steam from water) and it heats up pretty well to 60°C max. It has a big and comfy sofa to watch TV, a big desk for makeup and a mini fridge inside. Sadly, that's all the good stuff. As said, we got the jacuzzi+sauna room, and being extremely excited to use the jacuzzi, I was quite dissapointed with its condition. Yellow stains all over it, a weird smell coming from it and its water (different from the bathroom water), the steps around the jacuzzi white from all the water, a plastic cover that hides the pipes fell off in the first minutes of the check in, and the worst part, black stuff/particles were coming out of the massaging tubes of the jacuzzi. Safe to say, we didn't use it at all. The room is all carpeted, which is not itself a problem, but one side of the jacuzzi was absolutely drenched in water when we got there, and being a carpet, we had to get used with the smell as it didn't dry up completely in the 2 days we were there. The bathroom has an interesting touch with it having glass between the bed and the shower, thing is, I don't think you want to see or be seen when using the toilet (my opinion). Besides that, you can't take a normal shower without creating a lake inside the whole bathroom and then using a mop to dry it up. And lastly, the parking. The hotel itself doesn't have parking area and you have to find parking space on the street. If you arrive in the middle of the day, good luck finding space, and then if you find space, prepare to pay, as all the parking spaces around the hotel are paid between 9:00-17:00. All in all, dissapointing.

• Anna (8/5): - Son habitacions sense recepció, no és un hotel com a tal, tot i a t`esperen en arribar. El restaurant no funcionava i vem sopar a la terrassa del costat. El menjar és de nivell mig, l`habitació és prouic còmode tot i que no té ascensor i estavem a tercer pis. El parking es paga apart i son 6 euros al dia, plaça molt petita. Está a un costat de Veliko Tarnovo però bastant aprop de tot. Una decoració correcta una mica psicodèlica. S`anuncia com a hotel pero en realitat son habitacions sense recepció.

• Crinu (10/5): Our stay was exceptional, with a perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and an owner whose kindness and professionalism mad - We had an amazing stay at this property! From the very beginning, the owner showed an outstanding level of hospitality and professionalism. He kindly upgraded us for free from the sauna room we had originally booked to a spacious suite with both a private jacuzzi and sauna, which was an incredible surprise. Since we didn’t have cash on us, he even paid for our parking himself and waited with us until we parked the car, making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, he proved to be the perfect host – extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. The combination of kindness, respect, and true professionalism made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a host who truly goes above and beyond. We will definitely return! What I liked the most about the owner was his exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect – offering us a free upgrade, paying for our parking when we didn’t have cash, and even waiting with us until we parked the car. His professionalism, warmth, and respect made us feel truly welcome and cared for.

• Yanislav (10/5): Топло и гостоприемно място с чудесни хора, уютни стаи, вкусна храна и незабравима обстановка. - Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив. Изключително приятни хора. Стаята беше чиста и уютна. Тъй като щяхме да пътуваме още след престоя ни в Търново, предложиха да ни изперат дрехите. Храната в ресторанта беше чудесна, както ѝ музиката- беше приятна, без да е твърде силна, като не пречи за провеждането на разговори докато се наслаждаваш на обстановката като външната градина беше много изпипана- лампички, кът за снимки, предлагат наргилета за любителите и голямо разнообразие от коктейли. Създадохме много приятелства с хората от хотела и със сигурност бихме се върнали.

• Ivanov (5/5): Мъка - Платих за стая с джакузи. Нямаше го :(. Прозрачната стена на банята може да е привлекателна, ако не се вижда и тоалетната чиния. За любителите на чалготеките, стаята е перфектна. Заведението на първия етаж има чудесен бас, матрака се тресе :) Не бих повторил.
