• fsapla (9/5): The best choice in Razlog - This hotel has a small, but amazing territory. Great garden, trees, pool. Easy parking. Two lovely restaurants. Also, the stuff was friendly. The hotel is located just near P.Golf providing access to all the infrustructure. The appartment was spacious and warm with great view. Special thanks for kids playroom There were no kitchen appliances. Some sockets didn't work.

• Гергана (9/5): - Много отзивчив персонал, много чиста и голяма стая. Прекрасна гледка, високи тавани и голяма тераса. Много вкусна, прясна и обилна закуска.
• Анита (10/5): - Изключително приятен хотел! Запазих си апартамент, който беше супер просторен и с прекрасна гледка. СПАто не е много голямо, но си има всичко. Готвят много вкусно и в двата ресторанта! Азиатският работи само уикендите, а определено не е за изпускане! В другия много ми харесаха пастата и ризотото (като ценител мога да кажа, че рядко попадам на добре приготвени, особено ризото). Закуската също беше богата и разнообразна. А целия стаф бяха много усмихнати, мили и отзивчиви! Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса. Единствено бих препоръчала при почистването да обръщат малко повече внимание на дребните неща (сифоните и фугите примерно). Не казвам, че е мръсно, стаята беше добре почистена, просто си падам малко маниячка в това отношение и такива неща ми правят впечатление.

No equipments in the kitchen. 2 forks 2 spoons and 2 knifes is not enough. No tools to cook. We had to ask for a pot and pan. No drainer. Laundry service unavailable despite prior confirmation. We had to pay extra money to bring our laundry to a shop in town.

• Simeonova (8/5): Тихо, спокойно и чисто място, добър избор за истинска почивка. - Хотела е на тихо и удобно за достъп място. Стаите са просторни, удобни и с добра гледка (поне тези които гледат към вътрешния двор). Стаите се почистваха всеки ден, което поне за мен е голям плюс, предвид по-продължителния престой. Храната беше хубава, стремяха се да е относително разнообразна, но да има избор за всеки вкус (в пакета ми имаше закуска), но комплекса е с два ресторанта, като обслужването и самата кухня са много добри. Персонала, с който съм имала взаимоотношение, беше много любезен и полезен. Спа центъра е относително малък като за тази леглова база, но беше чисто и голяма част от съоръженията работеха. Като цяло доста приятно място, спокойно, чисто и с любезен персонал. Минуси поне за мен е, че имаше вписан фитнес, който на практика е една празна стая с няколко велоаргометъра, но трудно би могло да се нарече фитнес. В стаята има доста удобства дори за индивидуално приготвяне на храна, но не е предвидена посуда за това, което ако някой планира е добре да знае. Би могло да се обърне и още малко внимание на съоръженията в СПА центъра, или поне на режима им на работа. И басейна ми се стори доста малък за комплекса, който ако е пълен би бил недостатъчен.

Персоналът е любезен. Липсата на сушилник за дрехи. Не ни хареса, че хората които имат имоти в комплекса са с постоянно запазени шезлонги на басейна дори да не ги ползват. Не остават избор за останалите почиващите. Децата им ползват джакузито за детски басейн, влизайки с кални крака

Каналът в банята беше запушен и по-трудно се оттичаше водата, душ кабината е малко тясна. Всичко друго беше на ниво.

• Dobrina (10/5): We are very happy with our stay and would definitely come back! - The apartment was excellent – very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The whole complex is clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. Nothing, everything was great!

• Stanic (9/5): - The pictures did not prepare us for the reality - it is actually much better! The hotel is renovated, with spacious apartments and a fantastic restaurant and a spa, included in the price. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the prices are fair, There is a pool in the yard, a jacuzzi and a spa center with several facilities. The view of the mountain from the room is amazing. The apartment is so spacious that our son started walking on his own, so we will be forever connected to this place :) You can tell it used to be an old hotel which is now renovated, and there are many details they missed. But if you are not the type of person who seeks something to complain about, it does not affect the overall experience at the hotel. Also, it was hard to find somebody at the reception in the evening.

• Elitsa (10/5): Чудесен престой - Разположението на хотела е отлично ако търсите тишина и спокойствие. Гледката към планината е очарователна, хотелът е добре подържан с чудесна градина. Направи ми впечатление че при почистване на стаята не оправят леглото, а на басейна няма постоянно спасител, но това са дребни детайли на фона на целия престой.

• ARTEMIOS (8/5): Good location. Friendly staff. - Nice location. The beds are not so comfortable. There is two mattresses on a double bed so it’s pretty uncomfortable.
• goran.nikolov (7/5): Great value for a short stay - Our stay at Local Stay was a mix of highs and lows. The location was beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning mountain view. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool, and having free parking made everything easier. The breakfast was a standout: great variety, fresh options, and definitely made our day to day more enjoyable. We also appreciated the good quality coffee available for free. The bed was a real downside. Although we had booked a queen-sized bed, it felt small, old, and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. It’s a shame because everything else had so much potential. With an upgrade to the beds, this place could easily become a favourite for future visits.

• Kati (7/5): Kindlasti väärib asukoht pikemat peatus. - Asukoht (golfiklubi kõrval) ja vaated mägedele. Väga viisakas hommikusöök. Broneerisime toa rõdu ja kaminaga kuid kumbagi meie toas ei olnud ja kuna maja oli täis ei saanud ka vastuvõtt midagi teha. Vaatamata korralikule kööginurgale seda kasutada ei saa kuna puuduv nii pott kui ka pann.

La vue depuis la piscine n’est pas jolie. La vue de la montagne est cachée par des palissades et quelques bâtiments. L’accueil à la réception était assez médiocre.

• Chris (7/5): Prima, hotel is goed. Kamers zijn minder. - Restaurant, zwembad, cocktails, personeel en uitzicht vanaf kamer. Badkamer te klein, oogde niet heel Proper. Lelijke sobere inrichting kamer, geen flesje water of thee aanwezig, losliggende afstapjes die gevaarlijk zijn. Gebouwen in kamers leken studentenhuis.

• Desislava Deseva (9/5): - The hotel is spacious, with big rooms, well equipped, one does not notice the quantity of guests. Very nice view, good location, very nice outdoor pool and spa center. The outdoor space is very clean and well maintained. Over the weekend there is an Asian restaurant Chao, I recommend. I am not impressed by the service and the cuisine at the hotel restaurant.
