- Yanbin (10/5): Great stay, nice location and view - Great hosts! Bringing my kids to view all the farm animals and the lovely creek… Nil
- Cimone (10/5): Exceptional - Cottage was spotlessly clean..homely perfect location for people who want to relax in peace
- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful little cottage that’s a great stop over for Great Victorian Rail Trail. - We love this little cottage that is located on a working farm. It’s only a couple of kilometres easy detour off the Great Victorian Rail Trail just out of Yarck township. We’ve stayed here before and loved it. The cottage is an older style but it’s spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Thebeds are all really comfy and warm. Robyn and John are extremely welcoming hosts and even let us ‘help’ them round up the sheep and little lambs (I’m pretty sure we weren’t much help) but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We also enjoyed meeting the cat, the dogs, the horses and the alpacas. Nothing. It’s great.
- Diana (8/5): Very good -

- Pachoco (10/5): Exceptional - The ambiance and the coziness of the house. It's far from the noise and busy life of the city. My children loves our stay to this house especially when they met Charlie and Jackie. Actually, I didn't like to go home. Hehe. We could stay another night if we didn't have any commitment waiting. Surely, we will stay again here if we're given a chance.

Convenient to rail trail Basic accommodation

- Joanne (9/5): Superb - Coming in from riding the Great Victorian Rail trail it was a relief to find ourselves in such a warm and cosy cottage with all the amenities we could need. I don't recommend trying to find the cottage on a bike at night as the road leading to it is very dark. However the location is beautiful during the day.

- Mr_techy (9/5): Wonderful Cosy Cottage - The hosts were wonderful. Value for money was great. The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable for a short-term stay. Clear communication before the stay. The complementary jam was a nice touch! WiFi was incredibly slow. The location was a bit far from things (but you get what you pay for!) and was initially a bit tricky to find. But otherwise, can't complain
- Bryan (8/5): Very good - It’s so close to nature and kids like seeing the farm animals here.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional - loved the jar of jam!

- Amira (10/5): Beautiful cottage - Very beautiful cottage surrounded by farm, we can walk around the cottage to interact with the farm animal. The owners' dog, Jackie and Charlie was so friendly. Its easy to interact with Robyn, she explains all the detail on how to go to the cottage. We also asked for early check in just to dropped off our luggage before going to mount buller, she easily cartered with our request. Very nice cottage with all the heated mattress, had a very nice deep sleep.

- Karen (7/5): Good -
- Feigan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - This is a small cottage on the farm, not a walkable distance from Yarck, but for driving or cycling it is literally 5 min.
The cottage is full of old curiosity features and has high ceilings. It has an aircon, and heated blankets, shower is big and water is very hot. Kitchen is fully equipped. John and Robyn are great hosts and John has come in to say hello and give us some advise on dinner options. Also they allowed us to walk around the farm, they have two friendly dogs, and two horses, and also couple of alpacas, sheep and cows. I didn’t risk to pet alpacas though enjoyed watching them from a distance :)
The cottage also has undercover area that is great for storing bicycles if you’re doing the rail trail. I cycled the trail in two days and found Yarck to be perfect stopover spot.
- Michal (9/5): Superb -
- Betti (10/5): The cottage was just as we anticipated…located in a beautiful quiet country environment. - Loved the quiet country environment with only a little detour off rail trail. The hosts, including Jack and Charlie the dogs, were welcoming. Great stay.
- Darshana (10/5): Definitely coming back again - Hosts are just great! Kids loved playing with the two dogs and helping out at the farm. We went sheep and alpaca herding. What a great experience. Loved the fresh farm eggs too. Internet access wasn’t good. But that served well too. Helped all of us to enjoy nature and wonderful views rather than using devices.
- Sundeep (10/5): Memorable farm stay - Excellent host.Gave is a tour of their 250 acres of farm . Beautiful n serene place.
- Matthew (10/5): A cherished memory my son will have forever :) - Robyn and John make wonderful hosts providing ample suggestions of things to see and do around the area. It was my son's first farm experience and he loved it - for context he's 9 years old. The hosts were gracious with their time and had him out and about feeding animals, cleaning up, playing with the dogs, viewing wombat borrows, and even a trip on their quad bikes! The optional provided breakfast was gluten free as requested and with fresh eggs off the farm. Plus home made marmalade and black berry jam. The cabin is entirely self-contained, and very comfy with a beautiful view and interesting ornaments. We will definitely be coming back. It was all great... if I had to pick out something... and I"m seriously stretching here, just the cutting knives provided need a sharpen.
- Skier73 (9/5): Comfortable country stay. - Loved the on-farm location. Robyn and John are great hosts.
- Janet (9/5): take your food, and enjoy the country charm, - country hospitality, well appointed, older cottage, super friendly hosts only having one night there,
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tessa (9/5): Our host gave us a tour of the farm and plenty of local tips - Quiet, private, very comfortable It was a bit muddy driving over the grass on the drive
